Barely answer the phone when I need to call in regards to my daughters bus but when they finally do answer they’re usually ok. Depends who you get on the phone though

Costumer service sucks, theyre rude, unprofessional, careless. When you call requesting information about your childs bus, theyd say they dont service your area and give you the number to the school district downtown without even looking the name of your child up, just to have the school district say you need to call first student because theyre the ones being paid by Rochester School District and supposed to be providing the service.To top it off, my youngest daughter was assigned to a community stop which is located right in front of the residence where the two other boys who ride the bus live as theyre siblings, the boys dont have to wait outside in the dark. Bus is never on time and my daughter most days stays at the corner by herself awaiting the bus if I cant wait any longer due to my work schedule, this scares me a lot because we are in a bad neighborhood. Some days she waits anywhere from 20-40 mins. We get a new driver at least once a month if not every couple of weeks and every time they change the driver, pick up time would be all over the place for a few days again. Overall the worst I have seen, and thats when we have school bus services from NYC and Pennsylvania to compare, we have never seen service this bad. Im currently giving driving lessons to my oldest one and as soon as she gets her junior driving license she will be driving her sister and herself to school.Obviously students are not a priority for First Student Inc.

This guy told me that I filled out two applications which I never did and he didnt give me time to say that my identity has been stolen I just got frustrated with him because he clearly felt that he knew I had put into applications and he said oh they didnt match of course it wouldnt match one of my identity has been stolen

Bus HCJC7555 almost drove into me on University Ave, drove into my lane and beeped at me, what she didnt see, is her lane curved left then merged into single lane, I turned before the merge. maybe you should watch your lane before you put the horn on somebody.

Management sucks buses are old and ragged. Sends drivers on runs stressed out management fights with employees

Its ok to block traffic .
