They said the seniors of 2020 could return for senior prom of 2021 since we never got ours due to COVID. We never got reinvited.2017 RBA was the glory days and peak preformance of the school, change my mind. Had some great memories of this place, but other people took charge that lead it into the wrong direction. Great for people who have autism or just dont fit in since its so small. Just dont be afraid to voice your opinion, students and parents. Keep the school going but just be catious. It all depends on who youre sending there and whos running the place at the time. This is coming from an graduate whos seen the place since day 1.

Still smells like a shoe

NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD. IEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED. THEY MAY SOUND GOOD BUT IT HAS TO BE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET MY KIDS IEP MET BECAUSE MOST OF THE KIDS HAVE THEM AND RECENTLY, THE TOP GUYS ARE CUTTING THE THINGS MY KID NEEDS. THEY ARE ALSO CUTTING THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. (And giving themselves 30k in raises after fully paying for sped directors college)I HEAR A BUNCH OF staff RECENTLY PULLED THEIR KIDS FROM THE SCHOOL. I PULLED MY KID BEFORE THE YEAR WAS DONE. VERY SAD, VERY SAD INDEED. I DID WANT MORE OF MY FRIENDS KIDS TO GO HERE....NOT NOW.Note to admin ( that they wont heed)Weak leaders measure success by money, position and power.(hence admin 30k raise while staff got paycuts)Strong leaders measure success by the difference they made in other peoples lives.The secret to the success of my own career was to hire good people, trust them to do their jobs, and bring out the best in them, not the stress in them.Good people need little to no management. They need support, clarity and encouragement.But most of all they need leaders who care.If we dont care about people, we dont deserve to be leaders.Try this please... Because from what i HEAR currently none of this happens.
