Our son is 4 years old and part of the Little Dragons program and HE LOVES IT. The instructors are great! They make it so fun for the littles...so much that our son asks to go all day . If you are thinking about it and are not sure, just do it. We have seen such and incline in his confidence. Also, the atmosphere is clean, welcoming and fun. My wife loves talking with the other parents. So...like nike says JUST DO IT. You wont regret it.

My family loves this place. The instructors are very good at what they do, especially at the classes that my son and daughter attend. Mr G is a wonderful teacher who connects with each student, instills discipline and inspires learning in a fun way. Even in a group setting he manages to tailor his teaching to each student so they get the most out of each session. Not only do they gain self-defence and fitness skills, but also self-control and self-confidence.

I’ve trained under the guidance of Mr. G and many other wonderful instructors for around 7 years. RHAMMA is a place to have fun and learn how to defend yourself. RHAMMA is a place for children and adults to make new friends. RHAMMA is a great place to let your children learn the techniques of a martial artist. Mr. G is a wonderful instructor and is a great role model for all students. Mr. G is able to incorporate learning with an element of fun. RHAMMA isn’t just for kids however, they offer a wonderful adult program where you get to learn the basics of Krav Maga. RHAMMA offers more than just self defense, RHAMMA offers a bag class and a weight training class. I would recommend RHAMMA to anyone who is interested in self defense.

Our son started attending RHAMMA 4 years ago when he was in kindergarten and we wish we would’ve enrolled him sooner. We experienced different schools before we enrolled him at RHAMMA and found that Mr. G’s teaching style is perfect for children. Children learn discipline, fitness, and a mix of current and practical martial arts skills. Mr. G instills discipline into his students but incorporates a fun learning environment. Mr. G reinforces the principles of the school (humility, integrity, gentleness, perseverance, self-control, and unbreakable spirit) and influences the students to practice them at class, home, and school as well. We’re so glad we found a martial arts program for son that has enabled him to set goals, build discipline, and learn a skill that he can practice into adulthood.

Great place for training! Mr. G is a great instructor, able to integrate the class and guide all students to the next level (including in a multi-level class). The environment is judgment free and everybody is very friendly, so it is easier to learn and have fun!

Attending RHAMMA has been an excellent experience for my son. After a difficult experience at another dojo, my son was hesitant to return to martial arts. Friends kept recommending signing him up for one of Mr. Gs classes and I am so grateful we did.Mr. G has been so positive, encouraging, and gentle with my son 100% of the time. He has high expectations, but is able to adjust appropriately for students with unique needs. He connects with each child and builds not just their skills, but their self confidence. Not many people understand my son and how to work with him, but Mr. G figured him out right off the bat. It was reassuring as a parent to know my child was in good hands each time he walks through the door.

I have trained at RHAMMA in Krav Maga and Choi Kwang Do disciplines for around an year and it was an awesome experience.Mr. G is a great teacher, I learned lot from him. From little kids to adults, he can train all. I would also like to mention that all people who train here are very welcoming and supportive. No egos hurt even during sparring. I had to discontinue because of my personal reasons but waiting to join them as soon as I can.One of the best places to learn martial arts.

I have been coming here since it opened. Not only has it been a great work out but Ive met a great group of friends. There is a lot of comradery which makes it even more enjoyable to train here.

Great place for my kids to blow some steam, learn self defense, discipline. It was an excellent choice to bring them here.

My son was no longer taking classes, and they continued to charge for 5 months in my credit card , when we recognized it we requested our money back and they denied, and they denied and justified that it was our failure.
