The training was more then I expected.The lesson plan and the direction that the Instructor had. Kept all clients in gaged and on course.The instructor was respectful, had great life experience to share about the field.I work for NYC Department Of Environmental Protection. This course and will be shared among my colleagues and co-works. As well as my own company employees.I look forward to going back and bring my employees to experience the same.Kevin, thank you for your input and your comment to the field. I took the Cont/Supv refresher in syracuse with Tom G. as the Instructor. Over the years Ive been to all the places in CNY that offer initial and refresher classes for the various certifications and licences that we In the environmental field are required to keep. I can honestly say that i think Tom Gs classes are the most Informative. He Keeps everybody involved, encourages class participation and keeps things on track. Most importantly he understands that some people learn differently, have different levels of experience or knowledge. He has the ability to recognise when somebody needs something gone over again or explained in a different type of way. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.
