I went to this place since 5th grade, and I already graduated. It feels like yesterday I was fast-walking to my Social Studies class. I suggest this school for anyone who wants to be challenged, to be curious, and to make good friends. Of course, there are some mean people, there will be drama, but that happens a lot, whether at school or outside of campus. Despite this, I have met friends I am still with, I remember uniting with others under the hate that we had for assignments and work. The teachers here really dont mind mind if you ask dumb questions, I asked them all the time, and now, I mostly have all Advanced classes. The time you spend here, since its a small school. Your time will be memorable, it will have its sorrows, downsides, but you will mature, youll learn many new things because of the strong community feelings you have here. There are new teachers, but I I can assure you, if they were accepted there, their great, they will listen and mentor you. So I do suggest going to this school.P.S-There may be popular and unpopular, but if you look closely, youll find gems in the multitude of colors. Just look and choose your friends wisely, although this applies to many schools.

This school use to be fun, but not anymore. The school is very strict and limits fun and those decisions were made by the stupid and mean principals. It allows only two parties a school year. Its hard for you to make friends and its segregated with popular and unpopular groups...

I go to this school, its pretty good I guess. But the fact that some of the teachers dont allow small things is kind of annoying, and the principal needs to do more things.

Im a military member who is gone all the time and my daughter and my step sons attend this school. Upon visiting San Diego I was told by the children and their mom that they were suspended after being racially taunted by other kids. When the faculty failed to do anything about it the kids defended themselves accordingly but were suspended while the other kids walked. I was told that these other kids werent being held accountable and that many of the black children are being singled out. This school is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. My daughter was assaulted when a fellow student spit in her hair, but nothing happened to the other kid apparently.

This is a great school and the teachers really try to teach, I mean its their job and theyre doing it correctly!

Bethune is a school that discriminates against children, this school did not let my child walk because he chewed gum. This school has irresponsible staff, they do not update the parents on anything, and they mentally abuse the children which results to the child having low self esteem.
