I highly recommend Flatiron! Top notch Curriculum, incredible and talented Coaches, amazing community and life long memories. I was an athlete that got injured and in 6months I went from not knowing Code to getting a Job as a Web Developer at an Intelligence Medical Software Company.

While our course was moved online because of COVID, the teachers went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. Flatiron has a very no student left behind approach that is very refreshing.

Admissions was really rude she didnt seem open to answer questions. I decided to go to General Assembly they have better payment options and have held remote courses longer.

My experience attending Flatiron was a complete rollercoaster of a ride. Regarding what I had hoped was to attend the in person campus experience, however, due to covid I experienced the online Full Time experience. Flatiron did a great job adjusting us to the online full time program.Personal concerns I had with the program was the fact that we lost an instructor in Module 4 when learning react, which was a bummer considering there was so many questions to be asked but only one person could answer them. Needless to say that helped everyone get comfortable in talking to each other more and asking each other for helpAnother concern I had was how the curriculum was written. Some of the Learn labs badly explained certain topics or gave little to no information about a topic, which I am not sure was n purpose or not but it was frustrating how vague a lab would be and unclear the instructions were to get through a lab.Overall, I appreciate all that I learned at Flatiron. The instructors are great, knowledgeable and reliable. My cohort-mates are all amazing people that I am happy I still get to talk to from time to time!

This campus of Flatiron School puts students first. From campus management to each coach (teaching assistant), everyone is passionate about what they do and they put in as much sweat equity as possible to help students to get trained in new skills and join a new industry. The campus space itself is nice; its a spacious WeWork with plenty of nooks to focus, lots of interesting events, and a big game room. Were Course Reports 2020 Coding Bootcamp of the Year, and youll get out of the program at least what you put into it. Disclaimer: I taught at this campus of Flatiron School for 9 months, only leaving because of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on an emerging product at another reputable company.

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the staff and instructors in SF. Have been to numerous events online and in their beautiful SF location. Their teachers are really top-notch—very knowledgeable and engaging. I’m considering their Cybersecurity Bootcamp.
