The great thing about the Outco program is that they teach you the techniques and the underlying foundation of how tech interviews work. These include not only the coding part, but also the nontechnical part (how to present yourself, how to respond to behavioral questions, how to show enthusiasm, how to plan your interviews schedule, how to manage stress during the interviews and during the whole process). They also have a resume workshop where they teach you how to write a resume that really showcases the impact of your work experience. Besides, they have many other sessions such as salary negotiation, mock interviews, system designs, etc. The instructors and teammates are nice, and they make you you feel comfortable asking any questions you want, no matter how basic the questions are.The technical sessions are solid. These sessions are meant to cover all the gaps in your fundamental knowledge in data structure and algorithms. However, these sessions only serve as a foundation - you need to do leetcode on the side to strengthen your coding interview skills.The program is very valuable if you come into it with an open mindset to learn, pay attention, ask questions until you really understand the taught concepts, do the homework, do leetcode on the side, and start interviewing right after the program ends.

I learned a lot from Outco and met great people from the program. Staffs are always there to help you and it was really useful. After the program, I kept practicing with people I met at Outco and joined several useful sessions Outco provides. Totally SCAM, wastage of time for this training, they will cheat you & delay in process. When you get job yourself they push you for paying penalties.

I did the Outco program after my job hunt after graduating a bootcamp had gone stale, and it was a great decision. The tech curriculum helped me get a solid grasp about the computer science concepts I had learned but not yet mastered. Outco is amazing! The guys teaching you algorithms and helping you become more personable are so genuine that it feels more like a group of friends trying to help you get a job.Before Outco, I was struggling to just to send one job application per hour or day. I hate cover letters! lol I would be lucky if I get a call back. By the 3rd/4th week of Outco, Im having trouble balancing my time with class and all the interviews/coding challenges.
