Ive been attending WT classes for 2.5 years taught by Sifu Joseph. Sifu Joseph is very skilled, patient and generous with his knowledge. Hes an excellent instructor. Were lucky to have him. I look forward to every session. It is a very technical art and the classes can be as athletically rigorous as you make them. Also, of the three martial arts Ive practiced youre least likely to get hurt practicing WT (gotta go to work after all....)

I have been training with Sifu Joseph for about three and a half years, averaging 5-6 hours of class every week after starting with no prior experience. Becoming a member of the IWTA (which is optional) also gives you the opportunity to attend seminars and practice with people all over the country.Teaching is centered around forms and the best ways to apply them in a fight. I personally think that the art itself made me a healthier person both physically and mentally, and I rely on it to get away from what can be a stressful day job.
