Had an intenss class tonight with students in person and with others online via Zoom.

I recently moved to the City. I was looking for a kung fu school. As I used to practiced before. This one was very close to my place. Took a couple of classes and I loved it. This is my second month. Great Sifu and school and great culture.

Ive been training here for close to 4 years and the culture at the school is awesome. Its a close knit group that trains most weekdays after work (except Friday) and Saturday mornings. Everyone is very nice and approachable and its easy to practice and learn at the school.Theres an intense HIIT workout (changes every month) to start before getting into the martial arts training with Sifu (teacher at the school) and the various students. Sifu teaches many great lessons and applications that helps to prepare you physically and mentally for everyday situations.

Too sad that I only found out this place until my 3rd year in SF. VTS family is a great community. Sisters and brothers here are super nice and always willing to share knowledge and practice with junior ones. Sifu really tries his best to help everyone to grow and learn Ving Tsun. For me, I feel that this is better than any other Yoga studio or gyms I went before.

Great Kung Fu. Great culture. Great people.

Have been practicing with the school since 2011. Our Sifu is down to earth and has been practicing Ving Tsun for three decades and bring us a lot of insight on what the system teaches.The school is non-profit and the core mission is to let you learn Ving Tsun at your own pace.
