I needed a form faxed went to office max and they faxed the form for me quickly and employee was pleasant.

Staff on May 26th 2021 evening hours is lazy.

I couldnt find anything I needed at this store, the customer service was as helpful as a flat tire.

Fast service. Was able to order some documents that I needed to be printed out online, and picked up from store within the next few hours.

Employees need to get off their phones to assist customers. All I needed was a phone charger but I had to get it at Walgreens.

I personally love this store just because of the cute office supplies I can use to organize my classroom, home and life. 5 stars because I like the cleanliness, products and the employees have always been helpful. I do wish theyd sell more kids supplies like paints and such for me to grab on my way home for my classroom. That selection is really slim, but theyre an office supply store not a craft store so the fact that they have kids supplies/classroom supplies at all is nice.

I ordered a laptop online for 1 hour pick up. Shortly after placing my order I received an email that my payment method needed to be updated. After updating my information my order then said processing. I went to the store about 2 hours later only to be told my order was canceled, on their end. Although I was already charged for that order. I asked the associate what I should do and his advice was I cant just give you a computer, we have nothing to do with the website. Call the 1800 number. After about an hour on the phone and the woman insisting my card wasnt charged, she finally said my money would be refunded within 24 hours. Now 48 hours later my money STILL has not been refunded and I am told in order to get my money back I have to contact my bank and despite the charge. Never again will I buy anything from office Max.

Train your staff better, and provide more than one cashier. I waited for 10 minutes and then gave up.

I actually did not want to leave the 1 star, but that was not an option. I went to the Officemax in Sanford, NC to purchase a desk that I had seen online and wanted to purchase. The website reflected that Officemax in Sanford had 2 of these desks in stock. I drove 30 minutes to Sanford Officemax only to be told by the MANAGER that they did not have this desk in stock. I explained the the (so-called) manager that I had been online and the Officemax website reflected that this store had 2 in stock. TheMANAGER then proceeded to tell me that you cant go by the website. It has inaccurate information. What kind of customer service is this? Also, on top of thos, she was very rude and has no customer service skills at all!!! I a m not sure what qualifications thos company is looking for in a manager, but obviously they dont have very high standards and do not expect much from managers! Bery dissatisfied. I would not buy from this co.pany now ever again!

I love their office supplies sales. I save a lot. I bought a computer for school and it works flawlessly. Staff is friendly and willing to help you if you need any help finding something. :)

Great store for purchasing office supplies, printers and copiers. They also do fax and make copies. They can add a spiral to some books. They tend to be a little pricey, but where else can you get a good selection to choose from in Sanford NC.

Only disappointed because I had a coupon that was only good for regular priced items. This also means everything in the store was on sale which is a good thing. Customer service is great in this store they really tried to help out. My thing is if its always on sale how can you ever use a coupon?

Returning an unopened telephone was easy. Went to cashier, gave telephone and receipt, and my card was credited for the return. No problems.

Sales associates apathetic and unhelpful. One rolled her eyes at my husband. Cashier took five minutes to correct items that didnt ring up correctly. I was on the verge of walking out twice, but decided to make this my last visit instead.
