Great instructors! Its worth every penny. I feel stronger less stressed more flexible and confident. Easy to jump right in and start learning whether youre beginner or advanced.

Took my 4 year old boy in today for free drop in deal. It was so much more than I had expected. The owner/instructor is awesome, great with kids, teaches respect and discipline to the littles.My son kept saying , I love this, I love this. What more can I ask for.Great deal to sign up! Looking forward to the next session which lasts about 40 minutes, three times per week.

New to the area and dropped in to train tonight, had a great experience! Very relaxed atmosphere but still a lot of good emphasis on the details. Werther is great at breaking things down and explaining them well. Highly recommend for some solid no gi training!

The facility is brand new and clean! The coach, Werther, was super knowledgeable, he took his time teaching techniques and ensured that each of the students understood and were able to execute each move. He also competes regularly so I feel like I am getting super quality instruction. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly, I cant wait to go back!

Werther is not only a talented competitor, knowledgeable instructor, and genuinely nice person but he as the combination of practical skill and passion that is necessary for every great teacher regardless of field. I’m happy to be a student here and highly recommend to anyone and everyone that they take a class here and see someone taking such a complex art and making it easier to learn by having a clear curriculum and building sequentially.
