Ive been a participant of Landmark and in the Phoenix center since October 2011 (I cant believe its been 10 years already), but my life is unrecognizable. Early on I tripled my income, then doubled it again - all because I started becoming and owning my life vs at the effect of my circumstances. This has impacted my friendships, family relationships, romantic relationship, confidence - really all areas of my life. I am SO grateful for Landmark and the Phoenix Center! This is the most exciting thing Ive ever done in my life and I highly recommend!

The landmark forum has been a very very bad experience for my entire family brainwash accuse negativityBrainwashing young elderly and other vulnerable peoples minds with nonsense. Our lives have not been the same since my son at the age of 17 attended landmark forum. He has a horrific outlook on life since he attended. He was a happy respectful young man with very little problems very energetic very compromising very reasonable and now he is gone the complete adverse 360 opposite negative since the landmark forum beyond belief. Stay away from landmark forum keep your loved ones away from landmark forum run for your life.

This has been the worst experience of my life! I originally agreed to do the forum because my boss thought it would be good for me as I was struggling with some personal issues. The experience in the room felt like torture. The room was too cold, we were followed to the bathroom and chastised for even going. I know some people had really great experiences and at first I thought I had as well. However, since me doing the forum last year I have been harassed by people from landmark with them calling sometimes up to 12 times a day. When I call them, they do not answer and they do not return calls as promised. They talk so much about integrity but have none of their own. The worst part is that I paid a ton of money including paying for my sister and my boyfriend to attend the forum both who also had a very negative experience. I then paid for an “advanced course” before realizing how bad the situation was and I have been contacting the center for months trying to get a refund for services that were both not effective and some courses that were paid for and I did not even attend. Again, they do not return my calls. Since the forum, I have not had a good nights sleep. I have crazy dreams and experience what my psychologist describes as psychosis. I have never had sleep or mental health issues before the forum. My life has gotten astronomically worse since the forum and put me in debt that now a year later I am still trying to recover from. My psychologist that I now have to see to help me recover from this terrible experience describes it as some form of hypnosis that gives us that warm feeling after the forum but quickly fades when we leave the building. At one point I had been talked into joining a leadership program and then my mom fell ill so I expressed that I was unable to attend and the center manager actually told me that I needed to be there because I had made a commitment to them. He told me I had a responsibility to landmark and not my mom. I chose to go be with my mom and she actually passed away that weekend. I am so glad I did the right thing and not listen to them.

Incredibly powerful. There isnt anyone who will not benefit from the forum if you do it how its intended to be done. Highly recommend for everyone!

Complete scam! I My personal experience with the Landmark forum was pretty negative. I would never recommend it to anyone. It is a complete loss of time and money.Joy was the name of the trainer and for the first 3 hours she kept explaining how cheap that forum is for what I am getting back ( the whole time it was unclear what exactly am I getting back) and what a good deal we have for the money we are paying. Then some people that said they participated in every forum started asking questions such as What can I expect from the forum?, How the forum will help me overcome my issues? , etc.. which for me it does not make any sense..if you participate every time you should know what to expect. The whole thing looks so staged and fake!!The trainer was so rude and impolite to the people sharing their stories. The whole time she kept saying how she does not care if we think she is rude or impolite, that we have to wait for the breakthrough and we cannot leave after the first day unless we are weak..?!.Obviously they use brain wash techniques and they understand peoples psychology very well. Especially if you have life crisis or any kind of personal problems they know how to use that against you and brain wash you and take your money.

After resisting Landmark Forum for 20 years, I finally decided to take a chance and see if it delivers as advertised. At worst, I would be out some money and 3 days -- At best, it would change my life in a positive and meaningful way. It was the best. An amazing experience thats difficult to describe. There are no secrets - Heck, everything I heard can be found in books and podcasts. But what makes the Forum unique is how its all pulled together and executed so intensely -- Similar to learning a foreign language through total immersion. I highly recommend the Forum, whether you think youre perfect or not. Just remember, as in life, the Forum is what you make it to be. (Grateful to course leader Katherine Zakrzewski.)

One thing it is not...It is NOT a cult. Only people who have never done the courses and/or dont understand the tools that are given to create an amazing limitless life of their choosing would say such a thing. It is the single most empowering thing Ive ever done for myself. Ive read a lot of self help books and taken a lot of courses throughout the last 15 years and this compliments many of the ideas but goes way beyond all of that. Simply put, its profound.

Steer clear. This is a hard sellin somewhat culty self improvement MLM-like scheme. I was lured here at 7pm under the pretense of celebrating a friends graduation. (I shouldve realized thats kinda bizarre since she spent all of about 3 days at the place).Once I arrived they asked for a little too much of my personal information and started jotting it down on paperwork. Then we were ushered inside a big classroom and the presentation began; boasting of all the big name companies theyve had some tenuous connection with.Then came the charismatic speaker telling us were all awesome just the way we are BUT we can be even better! Lets get you registered for the forum for the low price of $650!Rinse and repeat with lots of positive platitudes and repeated attempts to get you registered and to fork over at least a deposit. I wonder if they do this somewhat late in the day since you may be tired, and may be more likely to be swayed?Had anyone else lured me here I mightve walked out and let her Uber home, but alas I stayed and endured the whole thing. Got approached by 3 people throughout the night that reminded me of used car salesmen. My chats with them were kinda like interrogations about what would like to change in my life and what do I have to lose? And more platitudes and encouragement to improve my life and to register. (Only $650!)So yeah, Im willing to bet whatever good things one might be able to get out of this place can be had from an inspirational YouTube series or by attending classes at a library or community college. And doubtless theyll cost far less and wont require you to try and lure friends and family in afterward.

This work has transformed not only myself but my whole family. The impacts of this course are still present in my everyday life choices. The trajectory this has taken me on has been straight up!

My experience with landmark is truly one of the most confusing experiences I have had. After coming from an introduction in a slightly high pressure sales environment, I bought into the Forum only to be turned around and told “the forum isn’t for me” when I arrived for my session 1 month later. I had taken off 3 days of work and missed a doctor appointment with my expecting wife to come to the forum so this was a bit frustrating. I still benefited from the intro and had an individual breakthrough nonetheless.I would recommend anyone to give a shot at something they were unsure of, yet believe could change their life. I thought that’s what the Forum could be for me and it wasn’t, but that doesn’t mean it can’t work for you.

Their main course, Landmark Forum, powerfully impacted my life. It transformed my personal and professional relationships. Through putting back my past in the past where it belongs, it significantly reduced my useless fears and worry about future, which in turn improved my productivity at work.

This place is a cult from the first minute i walked in i got a nasty, demonic atmosphere to where the leader of the group was calling everybody a loser, to Philip who Im not sure who he is there but complete IDIOT didnt give a care in the world what I felt he said that i was acting a fool because i started to cry due to the fact that these people are trying to brain wash everybody he asked me what can we do so they wont have this happen anymore and i replied tear the place down and he simply laughed and replied you must be stupid right. I gave them a star because i couldnt give them zero or else it wouldnt let me post.

RUN AND TELL ANYONE INTERESTED TO RUN Landmark is labeled a cult and banned from France. Landmark leaders presentation is entirely scripted including when to move their chair and into what position. Participants are only provided one nightly meal, are not allowed to leave the site except for dinner, are woken up if they fall asleep during the 11+ hour days, are followed by employees if they leave the room even to use the bathroom, are required to sit except for four 10 second stretches throughout the 11+ hour day, are forced to repeat Landmark jargon until perfected to other participants, family, and friends, are pressured to stay the entire 4 days. Every sentence uttered by the leader starts and ends with I promise you if you do what I say you will transform your life, Landmark is amazing and this is what it did for me followed by unsubstantiated examples of tremendous wealth (the leader said he raised $2 million dollars in 3 days), limitless persona growth. Yet, the leader relentlessly told us to forget everything we’ve ever been taught and do what he told us exactly how he told us to do or say it. We were told there is no reality only our perception of reality and through altering our perception there was limitless freedom of choice. YET the leader told us we were liars, nobody had ever hurt us we only believed they had in our minds, and we needed to make call people we lied about and make amends with everyone we had wronged. If the event didn’t exist, according to Landmark teaching, we never lied, so why did they call us ALL liars and frauds. The leader told us we were lying about what ppl did to us bc it benefitted us to do so. Half of the ppl were there to grow their business the other half was there for therapy with personal relationships: problems with family, friends, bosses, coworkers. All day every day we were told to call, not allowed to text, people we knew to invite them to the last two days of the workshop. Only 15 minutes, sometimes as little as 5 minutes, of each section was devoted to “teachings” the other 2.5-3 hours of each session was devoted to reciting Landmark jargon by either the leader or us. I’m not kidding. The culminated “teaching” jargon could be provided in 2 hours max, but participants were required to spend 11+ hours a day reciting Landmark jargon. In one 3 hour session titled “children” the leader only uttered one sentence on the topic bring your kids to the children’s forum where parents leave their children with these psycho strangers unattended for 5 hours a day. The rest of the 2 hr 55 minutes was spent signing participants up for the next workshop and recruiting participants family and friends to attend the 2 remaining days. I hope you read this and think what idiot would attend any workshop of this tyrannical organization. My bf has been to 4+ workshops and forced, literally told me he would leave me if I didn’t attend. Landmark has indoctrinated my bf to the extent he threatened to leave me if I didn’t go. THAT is what Landmark does to people. They criticize you, call you a terrible person, then demand you pressure your family and friends to attend and have their lives “transformed” by Landmark.

This cult ruined my life. It does what every cult does it knocks you down to bring you back in their own image. Ask yourselves how are they so successful yet dont sell anything, its because they take your money and leave you in the dirt.

Best program Ive ever taken and Ive done a lot of them. I paid as much as $18k for a program and didnt even get 10% of what I got from (Landmark Forum) this education. I know they have an introduction...everyone should at least check it out for themselves.

Typical cult not even really a special one at that. Nowadays especially with YouTube and the internet why anyone would waste their hard earned money or time with this garbage is beyond me. And for anyone who says its not a cult trust me it is, I should know I grew up in one right here in AZ too. For example are they primarily financially motivated? Yes. Do you they push you to continue taking their programs? Yes. Are they conditioning the way you think and act? Yes. If it doesnt work for you do they blame you not the program? Yes. Any more questions?

There is no end to what you can learn and discover for your life. If you want it, you can create it. Landmark education has drastically changed my life for the better.

I think it is life changing and wish everyone in the world had a chance to attend. If they did we would have a much happy and understanding planet.

After I’ve left numerous messages, texts, and have also emailed national customer service, I am shocked that Landmark is not getting in communication as promised. I’ve received no response from anyone. I had an urgent matter to be addressed. Please close the gap on this Landmark.

Their programs have led me to incredible opportunities which have increased my income many times over. Really amazing stuff.

Disappointed. May be a good program to sm1 totally naive and unaware. Rip off in many ways.They are pushy, very philosophical and rather RIGID in their beliefs. This is the only way to do it.. comes up over and again. They exhibit a strong sense of superiority about themselves and the program that they lack basic human values of humility that I would expect or want from highly self aware individuals.Our leader was good at her work and yet could be cold and harsh for the more sensitive lot. Lack of flexibility, openness and lack of honoring other more ascended souls is their weakness. Its like they just cant accept that someone could have done all that work without being in Landmark Forum. It is like even if BK Shivani or Mother Teressa stood before thrm, they would challenge them and want to prove how much work they need to do. All the forum exercises are all EXACTLY the same ones we do in Life Coaching, almost feels STOLEN from Life Coaching Modality in so many ways since we have extended more detailed one on one work on the exact same exercises they present over just 2-3 mins. Being a Transformational Life Coach myself, I can speak for it.Their philosophies can also be rather challenging religiously, meaning they can brain wash and the more gullible, followed type people which make a good percent in this world, may be easy targets for their money programs to fill their pockets. Like the ones that just jump to sign that cheque for the next program without looking what else is available in the market.In the 3 day workshop, 30-40% time is spent in marketing themselves. Another 30% on ontology and their strict, rigid philosophy and only about rest of time on any real work excluding the unnecessary long breaks. They do have some good work for those who want to do it and yet I would think its not worth time or money spent. Go see an excellent Life-Coach and get more unless if u value philosophy to the core and love group work, then this may be a good program for you.Also, I received a follow up call where the caller addressed my last name and had major comments about it and asking me if Im related to Pakistani president, before he said anything else. Very unprofessional for me.

I have attended 5 courses to date, The Landmark Forum, Advanced Course, and 2 Communications Courses plus a Wisdom Course and have signed up for a huge one in November, TMLP. I can tell you from one person who was extremely skeptical in the beginning but after I talked with several people that attended the courses and read their information all over the internet, I decided to jump in. I have now found that these courses profoundly transformed my life both personally and professionally.I now have closer relationships with my mom, dad, 3 daughters, even with my clients and the consultants that I train all over the U.S. The transformations are truly amazing that include growing and expanding my 2 corporations - Simple Solutions Credit & Debt Consulting and Simple Solutions Credit Consultant Training; starting a new weight loss and exercise journey with a trainer/coach: started a new Home Staging business (I Love It Home Staging & Design); joined as a co-host on a iTunes Podcast Team called sip and listen; and currently working on starting a new non-profit company to provide education on credit, debt and financial information to low income families and abused/battered women shelters. Plus I plan on doing so much more in the future since I removed all of the self sabotaging blocks that I used to have before attending Landmark courses... I will even be doing a lot more public speaking on Ted Talks, DebX, Television shows, Radio, newspapers and more! So for anyone looking to attend the Landmark courses that are reading this... JUST GO!! YOU REALLY OWE IT TO YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE!

This is 100% the BEST thing I ever did in my life. What I love most about them is when they say what Im saying is not THE TRUTH. You dont even have to believe what I say. I invite you to try it on. This whole corporation doesnt claim to have the answers. Theyvedone a great job creating a methodology that gives people a new way, or filter, to look at life from which results in a huge transformation!For me, this is my experience, the short version...So stuck in my ways, views and opinions for 26 years, this educational program provided me a new way to look at life that left me completely unobscurred by my past anymore. I lived life like my own family never loved me, I had to be independent to make it, I was horrendous at relationships with my coworkers, friends and intimate relationships. I was convinced that if I never talked to my parents again, Id be happier. Every couple weeks, alone in my house, I would sob myself to sleep, wondering why I felt this overwhelming sense of loneliness. I WAS NOT IN ALONE in those feelings. I realize humans really deal with stuff like this.I thought that my past dictated who I was and who I could be. I was so caught up in my own interpretations of everything in my world that it kept me completely stuck, seeing no way out. Once I got freed up from EVERYTHING on Sunday afternoon of the Landmark Forum, I had the experience that ANYTHING is possible. And it has been ever since, almost 2 years later. My life has opened up in ways I never believed possible. I cleaned things up in my life, I am close with my mom and dad, which was never going to happen before. Not only that, but my confidence, self expression, peace of mind and overall happiness is completely transformed. Permanently.These people who say this is a cult, I really feel sad for because I read that most of them left before the completion of the weekend. It saddens me because they didnt get what was meant to be gotten by finishing it. :( I got a brand new life out of this. One that I love. Not one that I feel like ending anymore. And I know dozens of others who feel the same, 6 of which include my mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and 2 best friends. ♡

I almost finished their curriculum for living until half way through their self expression and leadership program, I started to realize what this company and this ideology is about. They successfully transformed me from someone with a clear outlook on life, into someone that had no idea what reality was (or as they say not knowing the difference between your a** and a hole in the ground). They claim that they are NOT concerned with what you think about the world, or what your personal beliefs are, but rather just to try it on what they are preaching. This lead me to accept one thing that I had conflicting ideas with after another, and I did it because in doing so I was being a bigger person and that I was living in my possibilities now instead of what the past dictated of me. The problem is, this IS a belief, and a certain philosophy of life.You may in fact look up the philosophy developed by Warner Erhard, which Landmark is principally based upon. Save yourself the money and google him, seriously.By asserting this philosophy through means of anti-reason (the just try it on bait), they destroy your views on life, your values, knowledge, and ideas. Instead, they tell you to worship only the things that seem important in the immediate moment just from passive feeling, or as they call it whats so or just whats there without the burden of the past. This is where they come out with the idea of your possibilities, which is basically the feel good whim of the moment acted out over and over again until even you believe it. This is the avoid reality and make up your own program essentially. But think about the cost of giving up what you so dearly value just so you can get your way. By preaching irrationality at the expense of your own values, virtues, and moral code they insert their beliefs of pragmatism and whim worshiping to give you the feel good moments that people want. It is manipulative and immoral.Now, thats just the first two courses. The SELP (the last of the three classes) is just putting all the reality warping ideas into practice. Indeed, its just a class of doing a project that is supposed to benefit community and influencing people to believe in your possibilities. Sound manipulative?They do mention a few things about you past, but it is all about the past defining who you are in the present moment and then trying to eliminate that past so that you can get back to whim worshiping. Most of it is relating your past as a child to how you relate to things in the present moment, which may be true from a psychological perspective, but DO NOT trust these people as your therapist. They will very cleverly pry at your vulnerabilities to get you to buy their thousand dollar advanced class. They use your past as a tool to say that you are being inauthentic in life because of your misfortune or irrational choices as a child. But of course you werent rational as a child, so you will be really in a bad place if you get stuck in an emotional episode because you realize youre not behaving the way you want to. If you can surrender reason, then you will have an easy time in this philosophy. But I urge you not to fall into this trap of pragmatism, group-think, collectivism, and irrationality.In case you were wondering is this a cult?, I would argue yes it is for a couple reasons. They direct you to take specific actions, such as calling people and talking to people and sharing with people. This is more specific that a general philosophy that gives you the means to make decisions, but not what decisions to make. They also emphasize the group and sometimes address you as group, so you are suppose to think of the group as higher than yourself, which is comparable to religion expect replace God with group. Indeed, the whole idea of the third class is to think of anyone except yourself. Lastly, you are also set to have a specific goal which is to transform your life and the people around you. Yes, thats why your friend invited you.

I have completed the three courses called the curriculum for living with Landmark. There are a few things I didnt like about the program but that doesnt stop me from recommending it to everyone I meet.
