Wow! What a fabulous experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by the warm and inviting reception staff as soon as I arrived at Imaj Institute. After a brief wait to allow me to get comfortable, I was placed in the capable hands of their laser technicians and managing supervisor. They scheduled me for scar revision, skin tightening and a relaxing microdermabrasion treatment that left my skin glowing! My husband and I traveled to Scottsdale for work so the pampering at Imaj was the perfect refresh. Since returning home I have received so many compliments on my skin! My friends want to go with me next time. Thank you to the entire Imaj staff for your care and expertise!

This is long over due but...This is what happens when the instructor is sitting down across the room, not watching what the students are doing! After 10 minutes of spider vien removal, she comes and takes a peak, tells them to turn it down, after TWO students have already apparently been burning/blistering me.I understand this is a school, BUT PAY ATTENTION AND WATCH WHAT YOUR STUDENTS ARE DOING.I have scars now and this could have been prevented!Pay. Attention.PLEASE!

IMAj is the best school in the country! They focus on advanced procedures in both laser and aesthetics that actually cause change. The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. If you want the best education in the industry, look no further.

My son is 16 and has been dealing with acne from Hell for years. I have purchased every supplement and skin product available. He has been on antibiotics and seen by 4 different doctors in the last 2 years.Today is his 3rd treatment at IMAJ in 6 days his acne is down by 50% and new fresh skin is forming. It will be about a month of therapy the skin takes time to heal, but in one week we have had more hope than the last 4 years put together. Searching for answers is not easy we were at the point Accutane was the route we were going to do but I just could not do it. I am so glad I got out of the medical echo chamber and came here. If your fighting acne come get treatment at IMAJ.Last benefit is the price is the cost of less than most insurance co-pays.

IMAj Institute is a great place to get spa and laser treatments. The staff is very friendly and the students are great! It is a school but you would never know it because the students are so professional. I would totally recommend anyone wanting to get an affordable spa or laser treatment to check out IMAj!

Enjoyed my first facial at age 58! The students (thanks Asia!) are very knowledgeable and thorough. She informed me all though my anti-aging facial (remember, its my first time!), kept me at ease, and pampered me like crazy. Go there for the facials, go there for something else, just go there! You will love it!

Amazing place and great services. I had my facials and makeup done by the student who is absolutely gorgeous, kind, and knowledgeable. I signed up to be the case study so I had several treatments done by the sweetest European student under a supervision of her instructor. I see the results and am impressed.

Most delightful throughout the entire Microdermabrasion and visit. The back massage certainly relaxed me for the facial. Then I got my hands done - how cool is that! The service was great and everybody was real nice. This will be a regular stop for me.

I had the sculpting procedure on my face and neck about 2 years ago, and I’ve just had it done again, yesterday. I’ve had good results with this procedure, and will repeat it in 2 weeks as they suggest.Imaj is a school so you will have students and instructors working on you, but mostly students. The instructor will demonstrate ( pay attention so you can tell the student if their “style” is not the same as the instructor’s). The prices are discounted compared to a regular spa. I’ve heard you can sign up to be a case study for a student for around $400, it’s for either 8 or 12 weeks. You get pretty much all the treatments, a good deal if you like the treatments. I just like the sculptra.

This is a complete rocket !!!! nothing but a scam !!!They took my laser machine to fix and solve the problem and Mr. Gary Begley, President of IMAj was assuring me that they fix lasers ALL THE TIME and this is an easy problem and easy solution. AFTER MONTH HE RETURNED my laser all discombobulated , not put together and charged me 1200$ for it, did not even talked to me or explain anything at all as he had his worker give back the machine in the worse condition then it was left there,. He was impossible to get on the phone after he charged this moneys , he never returned my calls. This owner of this business has no integrity .WHAT A SCAM!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE . I was pregnant at that time and he took complete advantage of me ...they will also take advantage of you!!!!!!

This school is such a good place to go they really make sure you know your work and have a positive environment, the high tech technology is so fun to work with and all the teachers are great!

IMAj institute has a great circulum teaching advanced aesthetics and awesome instructors who are knowledgeable and passionate about aesthetics! Loved attending this school!

I’m a former student from IMAj, it’s an amazing school with great teachers. The atmosphere is welcoming!

The students were great BUT not one instructor looked at my problem area before I was told by a senior student that a certain treatment would definitely work on me (not the treatment I was asking about to begin with). WELL, after 14 days....I was told to come in again for another round of treatment as nothing improved. I was very clear that I was only in town for vacation but they insisted another round should work. I went in the day I was flying out. 1 month later, I look the same and they are now saying that I should not have been told that 1 treatment would actually do the job. Not only am I now stuck for the summer since its too late to try other means and heal before bathing suit time but they want to add credit to my account for when I happen to be in Scottsdale again. I have an inquiry into amex to get reimbursement.
