I sent a picture of the bottle that I had just opened. I asked them to send another. They did not rectify the situation. The quality has gone down over the years and any expert can recognize this. This is the first time I have ever complained to this company. Needless to say, I have made the switch to the number 1 lash company in the world based out of Houston, Texas because their customer service is impeccable. Kristen is a great Lash Tech Trainer/Instructor. She’s very hands on, she will answer whatever your needs are & help you if needed! She may can’t teach everything in 2 days, but she will instill enough knowledge in you for the time being. She also offers on going mentorship for after classes!

Ordered a pair of tweezers and they also sent me a lash mapping pen! Shipping was super quick and the tweezers are amazing! The first pair I had were not grasping all my lashes, and they aren’t designed with a sweet spot either, they just weren’t great lashes. These boot tweezers are perfect for making my fans and they’re gold which I absolutely love. Customer service has been so sweet and efficient, checking in with my order. I was recommended a specific pair of tweezers from Lash Affair and I’m so glad I tried it out. I loved it so much that I went back and ordered 3 more pairs for back up and a couple others to try out. Karsen did my eyelash extensions and I couldnt be happier! I barely have any natural lashes, very short and sparse, so I went for the volume lashes. I got more volume that I ever could have have imagined; theyre gorgeous! The major difference between extensions and false eyelashes is that the extensions look so natural, but thats because I had such an amazing lash artist!

Cutest lash studio/head quarters in Scottsdale!! Very clean and i felt extremely safe. I recently got my eyebrows laminated and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. My lash artist Angie is amazing! She takes her time and makes sure that your lashes make you look beautiful. I get the classic set and I always get compliments on how natural they look. Love foaming cleanser 3 in 1 - I started using it when I got my first lashes a year ago. I still continue to use it. I used it even after my lashes fell out to remove my eye makeup and noticed it was more gentle but strong. So I use it even when I have mascara it doesn’t remove my real lashes like others. So it keeps my real lashes long and strong. Thanks. I don’t know what I’d EVER do with out it. I never put reviews but it’s a must for me.

Living in Colorado, learning lash extensions was hard because the glue they supplied us for training during the summer was not a low humidity glue. After doing some research, I found that The One low humidity glue was reviewed well and gave it a shot! It’s a complete game changer! I love this glue and everyone in my training class now loves it, too! If you’re in a low humidity climate, I’d definitely recommend trying The One!

Ive been using Lash Affair adhesive for several years now. Ive changed which one Ive used, depending on the environment of my room. I have always had fantastic retention with their products and my clients never complain about it irritating their eyes. I also find the price point to be very fair for a high-quality line. LOVE their stuff!

Honestly Lash affair had some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. I would not have purchased if they weren’t consistent and helpful. I can honestly say it felt like they really cared. Not too sure about there services outside of selling lash supplies however if your a beginner and are looking for a company to start with, this is your best option. Coming from someone who has never visited their store and was only serviced over the phone, they really know what they’re doing here. My tweezer are my new go to. I’ve been using lash affair gel extension remover for a few months now and it’s is absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect consistency to use on all clients as I can easily place the remove on the extensions and not the skin. Works very quickly and efficiently I don’t find that i have to reapply the adhesive breaks down fairly quickly! Definitely recommend!!

First off, I LOVE that Lash Affair is a strong women-led company!! I order online every few months and receive gel pads that I cannot live without! One of my favorite things about Lash Affair is signing up for the subscription program! This makes life so much easier for me, especially when I forget to order gel pads (which is crucial to lashing) and they show up in the mail unannounced to save the day! :)

I’ve be lashing for 2.5 years and had used several different brands of lash glue. The clear connection is the first clear glue I ever used and I’m in love with it! It dries in a good speed and the retention is really good. I’ll be purchasing another bottle for sure!!!

Lash affair adhesive has saved my butt!! I Recently was having retention issues with all my clients. All of them would come back within 2-3 day after their appointment saying all of their lashes came off 😭. If you are a lash artist you know this is a major issue and causes double the work for you and can permanently loose clients because of this. So I did my research and found Lash Affair adhesive (LOVE POTION) . I read that it was great for high temperatures and perfect for my controlled humidity. After trying all other well known brands Lash Affair has done it for me. Im obsessed with the retention of all my clients and so thankfull that I found an adhesive that works for me ♡ definitely will be my go to adhesive.

Right when you walk in, the studio entrance is bright and clean. I immediately feel like I am in a high end location. Kami was very welcoming. Kristen did a volume set on my eyelashes and they were stunning when complete. She had a very gentle touch, and for the first time ever, I had a lash wash!
