Poor customer service. No receptionists, if you want to get a hold of them when you need, you can never reach them. I cant believe they still in business.

I danced here for a couple years when I was a child and I remember the staff being very polite and the dance shows were well-organized.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. After supporting her business for over six years with two to three classes, not any correspondence about shut down. Yet, my credit card was dinged for two months. I am now stuck with very expensive costumes for which we have no use. No recital as proposed.

The owner is rude and I refuse to support a business that treats people poorly. The owner yelled at me for letting my toddler use a flyer for coloring (we paid her the 20 cents it cost to copy it ;) and she kept my credit card on file year over year without my knowledge or consent. My kids classes became busier to the point of insufficient instruction.

Rude and unprofessional owners. Little to no communication.. They talk down to the dancers and its a very negative and unwelcoming environment. If your kid doesnt have the right look, this is the wrong place for them. They only train in contemporary and modern movement and are not grooming well rounded dancers. They are over priced and only care about collecting trophies. The training is very robotic and all dancers are trained to move the same with no self expression. Horrible experience.

The classrooms are small compare to the class size. Dance teacher are nice, but dont expect students can get enough attention unless enrolled in private lessons.

Poor customer service :( I cant support businesses that treat people the way the owner of this studio does.
