Jillian runs a wonderful performing arts program. She is a gifted singer with phenomenal production skills that dedicates her time to helping her students be the best they can be. The group has a broad range of ages (8-17yrs) with varying skills and experience. There are superstar singers, dancers, and actors as well as kids brand-new to any type of performing. The performance skill building is great, but its the social and emotional development that makes this group stand out from all the rest. Jillian promotes an environment where every kid can build their self-confidence, learn how to work as a team, learn the importance of hard work, and respect for all. This is a group where my daughter feels encouraged, respected, valued and supported and that makes me one happy mama!

Our 10 year old has been with this program for a year and a half. During that time we have watched her blossom into a caring and confident young lady. Unlike the typical school yard experience, where kids in one grade rarely befriend kids in another grade, and where you always seem to find groups of mean girls or bullies, the three dozen or so boys and girls that attend the conservatory span in age from 7 to 16 and they treat and support each other like you wish all kids did. It is truly a positive environment that teaches the kids so much more than singing and dancing. It teaches them positive social interaction skills, confidence in public speaking and self-discupline, even if your child is not of Americas Got Talent caliber.(Lets face it. Very few are). The kids simply have fun! Jillian is a true professional and has taken a few of her kids to audition for AGT, The Voice, etc., but that does not create elitism among the ranks or effect the supportive and cohesive bond that these kids share. We are truly grateful to have found Jillian and her program.

So my husband and I stopped by one of their productions sights today at Desert Ridge. We were immediately accosted by a man who identified himself as Larry the attorney. He accused us of stealing a pink bow, which by the way belonged to my 15 month old daughter and was tucked into my back pack. We were stunned to say the least. He was so hostile, he even asked us if we were Trump supporters, to call him crazy would be an understatement. So we get home and I call the business owner Jillian, she did not apologize but hung up the phone. Wow! If this is how they treat the public, how do they interact with children when no one is watching.
