In the past this location became my go to office supply provider because of the employees and the inventory mix. I purchased a lot and wide variety. Then I became invisible. I went to this specific location to purchase an executive chair at least 4 times and was left to myself until a snagged an employee. I wont call them sales person. I finally went to two other companies and purchased two for two different work stations. In my opinion they are a shadow of what they were.

The guy who works in the print area, who I will definitely not make a voodoo doll of, is the funniest, most helpful staples employee... Im pretty sure... Ever, anywhere. Thank you! -The chick with the .png files.

They wear shirts saying they support learning but when you try to do something to support education. And the teachers that are struggling daily to educate our youth they run you off their property

What a rare treat to get such STELLAR customer service! My new printer malfunctioned just days before Christmas so I called the store. Associate Nick answered phone and was SO friendly, getting my upset, listening and really understood so he passed me on to the General Manager, Donna. She was AMAZING. I rarely if ever write reveiws, but this one is a pleasure to do. She understood the situation and was so friendly, understanding, helpful and resourceful! She went above and beyond finding a replacement and even drove across town herself to pick it up so I didnt have to. She remained so friendly, helpful and made everything easy! She even had an associate, Rick carry it out to the car for me! I felt like royalty! I was back in business within a few hours to finish my Christmas printing! I like this store but now it will be my go to. A lot of retail businesses would gain loyal customers if there were more Donnas and Donnas that trained people! Thank you Donna!!

Michael in the printing area is the best. He always gives great suggestions and awesome customer service. He took the time to run my cards thought the cutting machine and showed me how to order them online next time. Thanks!

This is the closest Staples to my house and all the employees are very nice and polite and professional. And today when I went in I found a thing that was on sale which was the Clorox wipes in the three pack and I asked them if they do price matching. They look it up online I found out that they do indeed do price matching and they found a lower price than their store had and they gave me that lower price which was a really great bargain! I was very pleased with that kindness and thoughtfulness of theirs! I also went to the copier section and the lady there help me make copies that were color copies of some important paperwork and she did a very nice job for me! Also the other lady there in The copier section was able to do some adding and subtracting for me upside down by the way and help me figure out a total I was trying to figure out after I had paid for my bill. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how she was able to read like that those numbers for me! Everybody there was so nice and they are always nice and professional! I highly recommend them and this Staples store is just north of Osborn off of Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.

Every time I go in, the staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Whoever was working at the store tonight at closing time - a manager may want to look into her customer service skills - answered the phone about 8 mins before closing time as though it was a bother to answer a quick question just before closing. Laughed as though - how dare someone call at that time. And then she said the store didnt carry the item I was looking for. After I responded, really, no envelopes? Her response was, it says there are some here on the kiosk, but honestly we are closing so.... I said, soooo you cant help me?.. to be honest the way you handled my call was pretty rude - she just hung up on me. I wouldnt have called at this time if I didnt need the item Im looking for ASAP. Thanks, Ill just order from Amazon.

I came on October 12, 2018 and Bobbie was my cashier. Let me tell you this woman is a gift from God and she is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. Im only coming to this staples instead of the OfficeMax i usually go to. OfficeMax doesnt have this fantastic customer service. God bless her.

Being in marketing I have worked with a lot of printer centers. I also dont leave many reviews, but I wanted to say thanks to Jennifer and Evelyn in the print department. They helped me get two urgent orders done in time for a big client meeting. They were super responsive to my emails, contacted me right away when they had a problem with a file-- and even stayed late to get it done. Thank you so much!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Came in to print something today at 3:50 on and was still waiting at 4:30 to get a quality print done for a simple front and back image. The guy had no clue what he was doing and was rude as can be during the entire process.In the end he didnt charge me for the print.

The Store Manager and salesman harassed my wife and tried pushing her into a credit card along with adding a $15 pre-assembled fee to a USED FLOOR MODEL CHAIR! The Manager also denied her from ordering the chair online and refused to acknowledge inventory of other local Staples stores.The manager then proceeded to tell her that the sale was only today (the sale was in fact all weekend long) and that she needed to hurry and pick a chair because they were closing soon (It was 6:05pm and the store closes at 7pm).My wife was again harassed upon trying to leave the store when the manager forcefully asked why are you leaving, I thought you needed a chair?, and she felt as if they wouldnt let her leave the store. Luckily another customer came to ask a question and she was able to finally escape.She was treated inappropriately and felt very uncomfortable with the employees at this location and I would not recommend this Staples to anyone.

Id say more like 50% of the employees are OKAY and maybe 5% actually have customer service skills and act like they care about themselves. The other 45%....HORRIBLE!

One of the few Staples here in AZ, this one is clean and efficiently one.

I have been their customer for a while but not anymore. Apparently in order to find out pricing for invoices I have to stop by next day. On my question where they have rental agreement I was told dont know, they are somewhere out here. If thats what their customer service has come down to, Im not shopping in that store anymore
