I have been working with Seattle Cucina the past month to host virtual cooking classes for my clients. Alice is wonderful to work with. She is super responsive and kept everyone very engaged, even over Zoom! Their delivery of all the ingredients prior to the event was so helpful. Cannot say enough good things... Highly recommend!

My boyfriend took me here. It was my first time ever cooking class and it was super fun! I went with my boyfriend for a taco class. Everything was easy to follow, the instructors were super friendly and patient (they seemed to know a lot about the ingredients and the history of the food), and did I mention? the food itself was amazing! fish tacos (you make your own tortilla) with fruit salsa, green mole with shrimp, and apple sour cream mousse dessert! btw, they send you all the recipes to your email. Ive made the fruity salsa at home multiple times when making tacos at home. Highly recommend!

Our daughter and her friend took a sushi and mochi making class today and had the best time! They can’t wait to sign up for more classes. I think they felt very grown up being able to make something that they could bring home and share with their families. Very cool! We might try some of the family cooking classes, too.

We took a class at Cucina Cooking School during our short stop in Seattle and it did not disappoint. Alice is wonderful to work with! She created a lovely menu that kept my daughter engaged and happy. The evening was fun, informative and delicious. Alice had great stories that add to the experience and was extremely attentive to the needs/pace of each student. She uses fresh, local food. We loved every minute.As we were leaving we decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you Alice!

My kids has such a fun time at their after school cooking class! They came home and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. My jimmy is so excited to go back!! Would recommend.

Seattle Cucina worked with me to host a family cooking event at Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center! It was about the freshest most local meal you could imagine and it tasted soo good! After we harvested, the families (including kids of all ages) got to work with real tools to chop veggies, roll out dough for flatbread, make pesto (with a mortar and pestle) and enjoy their meal all within a 2.5 hour program. It was amazingly well coordinated and we all had fun, went home with full bellies, and not one plate was left empty! The fresh apple pie crumble at the end was such a bonus treat! Erica from Cucina was flexible, easy going, and clearly values local and sustainable food. She went out of her way to use all Oxbow veggies in the meal!

We had such a fun time, and learned a lot too.Jessie, who has been cooking professionally over a decade, was thoroughly dedicated to making sure that we had a most excellent time.She really knows her culinary science and has mad skills in the kitchen, and shes a good teacher who happens to also be a lot of fun.No topic was off topic, from the history of GMO corn to the genetics of Roma tomatoes to how to properly dice a shallot to how to properly prepare shrimp.We made home-made masa tortillas, we blackened and fried fish, and much, much more.Highly recommend.

Seattle Cucina is amazing! I’d recommend their classes to anyone who is considering!
