Weve been at Northgate KinderCare for a year now and it has been a wonderful experience. We started in the midst of pandemic in Aug 2020 and have felt very safe sending our kids in. The staff is wonderful and really think about the kids and put their experience/needs first. Our kids are always happy and excited to go to school each morning and that speaks volumes to the environment that the staff has established.

Northgate KinderCare has been wonderful for our infant son. They are great at communicating and almost everyday we get a picture or video. The place always looks clean, the toys are in good condition and age appropriate, they plan age appropriate activities (finger paints, water play, sensory boxes, outside play, etc.). We are very happy to have found such a great daycare.

My daughter started at Northgate KinderCare when she was 18 months old and her transition from Mommy 24/7 to new found teachers and other littles was made easy with the help of her AMAZING teachers! Drop offs started out as many others do with new kiddos, sad to see mommy leave and would cling and cry but her teachers were always so caring and patient with her. They always made sure that one of them would be readily available to distract her with toys and hugs. She very quickly adapted to her new life and pretty soon I couldn’t get her out of there during pick up!She’s grown so, so much in that center! We enrolled her in phonics and that help her speech TREMENDOUSLY. We also enrolled her in soccer there and she can’t get enough!We have our new baby girl enrolled and her teacher are just the sweetest! Each day they have a new story to tell me of different things she’s done in the class and I can tell she’s just so happy there.All in all, we could thank the amazing center and wonderful staff enough! From the moment we walked in we’ve felt so much warmth and care. Exactly what you would need in a place looking after your littles. I also want to give an extra special thanks to the Center Director, Ms. Jenny for always keeping us updated and staying so positive in the midst of all the madness of this pandemic.

Weve had our 2 boys here (infant & preschooler) for about 4 months and love it. I toured ALL the places when looking for childcare and loved the family feel of this center. They really get to know & care for my kids and communicate really well with parents. Would highly recommend!

We initially connected with Northgate Kindercare because our original childcare plans had fallen through and I was panicked! However, from the moment I first met with the staff they exceeded my expectations for my daughters first daycare experience in every way. They were patient and sweet when my daughter initially struggled to separate at drop-offs and now they all know her name and frequently have a cute stories to share about her when they see me. Even more so, my daughter has absolutely LOVED her time there. Shes excited to go every morning and is sad to leave her friends in the afternoon. I can tell from the way she interacts with her teachers and she feels completely safe and loved in their care. Every day she comes home with new songs, words, and stories that shes learned in class. My heart bursts with how proud she is about the new things shes learning! Theres also a great app they use that allows me to see pictures and videos of her day and quickly communicate with staff regarding supplies or concerns, I love it! Sadly, were moving soon but, if I had the choice, shed continue with this daycare until grade school! I cannot recommend them enough - lovely staff and a wonderful place for kids!

Really clean, organized, safe and friendly atmosphere for my grandchildren. They love the school curriculum, the camps and the after school programs like phonics and music. A great choice for children’s care for working parents. I highly recommend Northgate Kindercare!

Great center! The teachers are wonderful and the management team is great with communication and problem resolution. I love that my children never want to leave at the end of the day and look forward to going to school in the morning. The center always seems to be full of joy and theyre always doing something for families to help make the center feel more like a community. Weve been a KinderCare family at this location for nearly 4 years. Ive seen the center grow and improve each year. You can really tell that the teachers are committed and care about the kids. I highly recommend this daycare!

The people at Northgate KinderCare do a wonderful job of taking care of my baby while Im at work. Shes been there for the last 3 months, since she was 5 months old.Weve been through a lot of changes - teething, rolling, crawling, and more - and its been wonderful to share these milestones with the teachers. One time they alerted me to a possible yeast infection thats common while teething. I took my baby to the doctor the next day and was able to get it resolved before it turned into something worse.Even in the recent snowstorms they opened for as long as they could, giving parents much-needed support in a time that was trying for everyone. The staff was super communicative and very transparent.Im super thankful for everyone at KinderCare. Its a great bunch of folks.

My son has been here nearly a year. Less turnover than other centers we have used. Management is consistent, approachable and flexible which is amazing because no two kids are the same and sometimes you need a little flexibility.

The teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming every day. They really take the time to get to know all the kids individually.

Dedicated center director and staff. Plentiful and fun outdoor play areas. Rooms looking great with recent remodel. All meals and snacks provided. Mild chaos at some times, but lots of happy kids all the time. Good curriculum and variety of activities. Safety a top concern. Room layout in toddler and infant rooms is slightly unorthodox, but is actually quite useful in allowing staff members to support one another and keeping the groups of kids connected. Have had a little one there from three months old. Currently 1.5 and we would be very sad to leave. Hes learned so much and has a lot of people, both big and little, that know him and care about him there.

Our daughter has been going to this center for over two years and we have been very happy. Some of the teachers have been there a long time and I love that they have a large playground both covered and uncovered so no matter what the weather the kids can go out and play.

Thankful to Kindercare NG a nurturing place for our baby. He seems comfortable and confident with activities provided and teachers who work there! I enjoyed seeing his February art project-one of my firsts as a parent:) Happy here!

Both of my children were at Norhtgate KinderCare until they were almost four years old. The staff is amazing. They truly care about the kids and are excellent communicators. Management is wonderful and incredibly organized. I recommend this location to all of my friends.

The director is very unprofessional and makes promises which are not fulfilled. The tuition jumped $30 a week in one year with phonics only being taught if you pay an additional fee.

This daycare runs by unprofessional people. PARENTS If you love your kids dont send them there. TERRIBLE PLACE FOR KIDS.

At dropoff time its chaotic and not a good experience dropping of your kid. A strange layout with some big rooms( lots of kids in one room). Looking for a new place. One toddler.

The worst place ever. Dont send your kid to them. My son was 3 years and half , and was there for almost 9 months and he just cry every morning every afternoon they dont care they dont feed him enough he got lice from the other children and they dont care. I hate this place , bad manager , I just had bad memories from this place. I feel bad about my son in that time I could not find another place because I was a student full time.

They do not care about the customer at all
