Deeply committed, innovative teachers guided by a clear, forward-looking director of curriculum. Teachers and students are supported by an outstanding student-learning department that meets kids where they are and provides the tools for their success. Instructor compensation has recently caught up with peer schools, and instructors benefit from a solid teacher development program. Great facilities and no debt. Still a pretty WWTD community (white and well-to-do), but its evolving. Diversity commitment is authentic, supported by financial aid, and the curriculum, teachers and staff truly honor all cultures, traditions, and families. Much more to say, given time and space, but bottom line is, wed definitely do it all over again if given the choice.
