Professional, friendly staffs and exceptional communication. All 3 kiddos love it there.

Our daughter has been here since she was eight weeks old. I knew this was the right place the day I met the warm staff and saw how open, cute & clean the space was. Now, over a year and a half later, we still want our little girl cared for and taught by the lovely people at Childhaven. The costs are reasonable, the service itself is fantastic and Ive seen how special each child is to them. Thank you so much for all you do!

I absolutely love Childhaven Preschool and Daycare. My family has been there for 3 years. My eldest son has seen the most growth and development and inclusion with his special needs. The love and attention that he receives has helped him graduate from speech therapy. His teacher Mrs. Lee is AMAZING. He loves her and especially Mrs. Winesome who was his first teacher. She cant leave the center without saying good bye to him and give her hugs and kisses.My daughter, thrives with the affection and attention that her teachers shower on her. She is free to be herself and they have helped to mold her into a lovely little girl.My youngest is 1 and has been there since he was 6 weeks old. Ms. Donna loves on him like he is her own. He is now walking and I ama thankful to Ms. Donna for teaching and encouraging him everyday. I dont know what I wouldve done if I hadnt found Childhaven. My family loves all of the teachers and we are thankful for them.

I love this Place,After carful considerations from all the daycares my wife and visited i can honestly say by far this is the best Winchester has to offer. This Staff makes you feel like family and not just a business operation. My child has been to 2 other daycare in Winchester and this one it just remarkable from the up keep of the facility to the customer care when dealing with their parents.If i had to do it all over again this would have been my first stop.

I absolutely love and reccomend Childhaven. Ive always been a single mom of two little ones so its very hard for me to trust just any day care. My children have only been there about a month but all my worries have been calmed because I can so clearly see the commitment that the teachers and owner have for children. My youngest daughter even called the owner Ms. Winsom mommy. It is such a relief to see my children in such caring and competent hands. ❤Also, my eldest daughter has autism, shes been asked to withdrawal from two other daycares (due to their classroom sizes being so large she wasnt getting assistance). Childhaven was able to not only give her the attention needed but Ms. Crystal and Mr. Dwayne can calm her so quickly. Ive never seen anyone other than me do that. These teachers really have a gift for working with diverse needs.Just an update-Ive continued to use Childhaven as my childrens daycare and I still feel the same as I did over a year ago!The pandemic terrified me but Ms Winsome and her staff take it seriously. Theyve added safety precautions and make me feel like my girls arent at risk everyday they go to daycare. I still strongly recommend Childhaven, especially to any parent with pandemic safety concernsAnother update-The Ms. Winsome and her team have been absolutely amazing since my daughters Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. Ms. Winsome is even paying out of pocket for insulin certifications. I just wanted to reiterate how amazing this business and the people who work there are. Everyone of the teachers have asked about my daughter to check in, and Ms Lavonne and Ms Crystal have even taken time out of their days to give me additional information and resources. You genuinely cannot find this type of compassion just anywhere and Im so blessed to have my girls enrolled there.

This is the best daycare in town. Great staff, great operation.
