Despite their rediculously over priced planners, theyre an awesome location in that theyll hold your other purchases while getting your car serviced near by at Pep Boys. Be sure to use your Amazon app to compare prices on items. EVERYTHING is less there, but my momma wanted her envelopes and HP ink now versus in two days with Prime.

I was shopping there Friday evening around 7:30 to 8:30 we returned a office chair and they made us a shipping. Label so we can return a package I must say Stacey and Mark and they other that was there did an outstanding job I think they should get a raise because they made my night.Thanks for everything and I will be back

I dropped off materials a week ago, after waiting for more than half an hour to find out whether they were capable of doing it. After consultations with 4 different people, they charged me for it. Came back to pick it up a week later and nothing had been done. Even then, no one seemed to be in charge. I canceled the whole order and will not go back for printing services.

Usually I absolutely hate staples. They also have people who don’t take the time of day to assist you. But I was super desperate and needed something bound like yesterday - none of my other go to were able to do it. Went in hoping they can do it immediately and Taylor came to my rescue!! He was nice attentive and most importantly fast. Def changed my mind about staples for printing needs! Got all everything done I needed in record time. While helping other customers. Very pleased.

Olivia was very receptive, attentive and helpful. We had initially ordered custom post cards from Staples online and the products that shipped from the factory were significantly flawed. I went to the store in Winchester to address the issue, and Olivia was not only understanding and apologetic, she also fixed the error, printed me a sample, and assured me she would personally ensure the new prints came out perfectly.

Very poor service. Met with the manager who did not want to help in solving the problem I was having Vewith the purchase of a new computer. Her unprofessional manor was disappointing. I am a long time Staples supporter but will not be back. The local Best Buy has much better service and professionalism.

I went to Staples to purchase a toner for my Brother printer. The staff got me the wrong item which was a problem since I needed to print 200 pages for an event that evening.$80 later, I did a split payment with $50 being used from a Visa gift card I had. I returned 2 days later to return the toner after I discovered that it didnt fit my printer. I didnt have the receipt so it took a little while to find the proof of purchase. When I did, they refunded $50 to then debit card I used and gave me a store card for the remainder.I expressed that I didnt think it was fair that I a portion of my money was trapped to their store since I purchase from them infrequently (maybe once a year or so). The staff member was polite but said that she had no other options. That said, I opted to purchase another Visa gift card to liberate my money only to then find out that they didnt allow customers to use their gift cards to purchase other gift cards.After another brief lecture about Staples policies and procedures, the manager was called to the register. This time it was the managers turn to teach me their policies and procedures that:1. If you pay with a Visa gift card and have to return a product partially purchased with that gift card, then the full value of that card will be returned to your other method of payment (in this case my bank debit card).2. Any remaining value will be put on a store gift card without exception.3. Staples will not allow customers to use their store gift cards to purchase Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX gift cards.Thats nice...you can attempt to patronize a store with your money but if you have to return a product because their employees sold you the wrong item, the company reserves the right to find a way to keep some of your money permanently entangled to their establishment, unless after painful toil the management team is forced to do what is ethically appropriate and give you back your money!The manager then said, I mean I guess we could just give you the cash but you cant buy another gift card. Would that work? He, obviously annoyed, then begrudgingly returned the Staples gift card and gave me the cash value. The funny thing is I didnt yell and wasnt ever rude. I just stood there and let them lecture me about why it was difficult to do the right thing.Because they were so willing to dig deep past their policies to find a way to do the right thing, I also found a way to give them a second star. Well done, Staples, well done.#customerservice

I recently went into staples to buy more paper for printer and I saw how rude and unhelpful the management was to customers. The employees look and seem unhappy because I saw a manger yell at them. Do not go here unless you want to get something at the copy and print center.
