The store is well stocked about like any family dollar.

Nice people cashier very nice

I walked in, found a product I needed for feminine issue that started suddenly, went to check out was purchasing the product and I asked if I could possibly use the bathroom because I was having a feminine emergency I was met with “no try sheetz or Burger King.” I canceled my order and took my business and emergency situation to a retailer that would allow me to use a bathroom.

Clean stores. Very organized

I go to the store four out of seven days a week because it is convenient and on my way home and the staff has always been professional and very courteous until today. I understand we have a crisis going on at this point And there should be set measurements put in place to accommodate both Customer and store staff. I asked for help during my time at the store and after asking the fill-in manager ELsa She could not hear me because she had her headphones on listening to music so I tapped her on the shoulder and asked for help she guided me in the right direction. Then once finished shopping I go to check out and we had eight customers already in line waiting the cashier Carolyn Was doing a great job as best she could on her own I thought I would go back and ask Elsa if she would mind helping her. The response I was given was not until it gets backed up to the milk as that’s what her manager told her and this entire time she still has her headphones on and continues to talk on a personal phone call out loud very loudly through the store. There is no reason she could not have taken five minutes to help the other cashier with the line of customers and then return back to her personal phone call and stocking shelves. I would Rather go out of my way to another store moving forward then I could watch another employee put all the work on the other and not be willing to help. Thank you Carolyn for doing your job and doing it well you have always been very pleasant.

Great little store to hit up since Food Lion and Shop-n-Save left town. Nice salt of the earth people work there. Great work ethic and friendly.

I am purely astounded at the amount of rudeness given to my friends and I, a worker seemingly by the name of Barbara told my friends and i that we had an extra chromosome, suggesting that we have down syndrome not very cash money of her i am full of fear and absolutely mortified at the idea of having to go back there, a man with an oddly bald head attempted to stop me from simply leaving the store, not okay. 1 star, the chocolate milk was okay

Today, Sunday June 23, 2019. I went to the family dollar to get a few item. I never met such rude people working to serve the public. The bold head guy was very disrespectful and rude. I asked for a price check, and got a smart remark. I told him there was no need for the hostelness. I will never spend another dime or visit that store again. Nether will my family and friends.

Its ok for a discount type of dollar place. I dont think they have very much for as dollar. But they have typical discount store merchandise and a limited grocery section. It beats going to mega box store or grocery store for quick in and out items.

Absolute horrible service a mean women named Barbra told me and my friends that we had an extra chromosome and said she would take my friend outside and beat him which left us with no other choice but to use foul language and then Andre the giant yelled at us. I just wanted a drink Barbra. I would like to see her position revoked. Shes scary. DO NOT SHOP HERE OBAMA WOULD NOT APPROVE!!!!!

The personal service was great they are friendly and nice they know where everything is and are willing to help you tine what you need.

Family dollar has plenty of sactions for affordable merchandise also staff members cool they are friendly .I stop by whenever get a chance to buy little things and so far I found every thing at this store whatever I needs to use for daily basis.

Worst family dollar. Kicked my kids and their service animals out of store and proceeded to lie that they didnt see the vest and then said they saw the vest and leash.

Alright so I was shopping for some good ol chocolate milk, then Barbra the destroyer decided to say my friends and I had an extra chromosome, we were fearing for our lives, I had no choice but to use some yucky words, then some big dude (AnDrE the giant) was very rude to me, I am scarred.

Gave 1 star could not give 0 manager who refused to give her name but looks like a meth addict refused to do a return for a never used dish rack with receipt cuz it was dusty from being in my car .. I wont b back to give money to ppl who refuse service to my boyfriend who is an Iraq war veteran

Terrible service, locked door right in our face when we were about to walk in @ 950 when they close @ 10. Needed one thing, will not be getting my money anymore. So sad since I come here all the time.

Very disrespectful staff. Told my son that he had Down syndrome and proceeded to bully the poor boy until he was forced out of the store. If you find yourself in the store please look for the nearest exit.

Store was messy but I got what I came for. However my husband tried to buy a belt and the cashier didnt know how to take off the security tag. So she lost that sale. No one else to help in the store.

My son (Dominic) was very disrespected by the staff that works at this shopping center. His friend was told that he had an extra chromosome and he attempted to stand up to this Barbara. Then he was told that he would be beat outside of the store. Barbara must be fired.
