The staff is wonderful with any age. They teach the basics of swimming and water safety.A five star swim school !!!

This is the best place we have ever taken our kids to learn to swim. I highly recommend this facility.The best part about it is that as parents we can schedule a class that fits in best with own schedule. It isn’t some preset time like most other places we have taken our children.We have had a positive experience with both Ms.Julie and Mr.Blake. Although I believe we would be satisfied with any of the instructors.Thank you for teaching our children to swim!

We loved this swim school, but I do NOT love how they have conducted themselves since Covid. They chose not to reopen, which I understand, but then refused to communicate with customers regarding refunds of prepayments. Now, they have disconnected their phone number with zero communication and no plan for refunds to many of their customers. If you are a customer, I strongly encourage you to dispute the charges with your credit card company.

We could not be more happy with Kids First of Winchester. We do semiprivate lessons and my 3 year old is learning so much. He went from being terrified of the water in his first session to jumping in under the watchful eye of his instructor. He counts down the days until we get to go again. He has completed 2 sessions and we plan on continuing as long as he wants to.Management is always up - beat and we have had an excellent experience with the teacher the past 2 sessions. She is leaving but the teacher we have next sessions gave an incredible first impression as well.The price is just right for what is provided. There is an obvious passion for teaching in many of the teachers and management.The facility is clean, the people are friendly/passionate, the lessons are valuable. I highly recommend this swim school.

I highly recommend taking kids of any age here. They teach from infants up to pre teens. I have had kids in all of their programs including their swim team. I would like to give a shout out to Miss Julie for being all of my kids favorite instructor. They have an excellent staff here.

My kids have never learned so fast with ANY sport. They love it here. I do too! I could not be more happy with everything they learned here over the past few years. If you are looking for an strong teach who is also encouraging .. go with Julie or Thane.I will never go back to anywhere else for swim lessons again. This place has such excellent management and a fantastic program. 10/10 recommend.

My niece had a birthday party here recently and I was very disappointed, especially after I found out what my sister in law had paid. We first arrived and had 3 chairs for the party. There were 9 children and probably 9 adults...with 3 chairs. When asked if we could have more chairs we were told we would need to wait until the other party in the other room was over. So we all just stood around for about an hour and 15 minutes before we were given enough chairs. Being that this was a reserved birthday party the establishment should have been prepared to have enough chairs for both scheduled parties. There were random toys in the party room and a random child, who didnt belong to our party, just playing with the toys. Around 10 minutes after we noticed the child someone came to get him. The kids did have fun swimming in the pool. Although for a $300(!) party you would think they would be able to swim for more than an hour. The whole two hours we were at the party only one staff came to ask if my sister in law and brother needed help and this was 20 minutes before the party was over. Very unimpressed with the party room, the staff, and the whole experience.

Teaching kids a lesson that can save their life while they have fun playing in the water is priceless.The excellent facility is tucked away in a shopping complex, but dont let the exterior fool you. The pool is exceptionally clean and kept warm preventing there kids from getting cold in the water. The depth of the pool allows my 4 year old to walk by herself and swim in the deeper end.They have changing rooms and bathrooms equipped with showers.We sign up for lessons every year and really appreciate the swim coaches that give each child the individual attention they need.Our birthday party was a complete success with the one hour of swimming followed by the party located just outside of the pool deck.Teaching a child the invaluable lesson of swimming in this family friendly facility year round is priceless.

I am a student here at this school! I LOVE IT HERE! I get exited everyday to come to this place and I usually dont like sports... but I hope I get on the swim team. The teachers are nice and really patient with you. Thats really all I have to say about that!

The pool depth ranges from 2 feet to 4 feet 9 inches. They keep the water and air temperature very warm so kids dont get cold. The instructors are very attentive and encouraging. Our special needs son feels very comfortable here and absolutely loves coming for his lessons and family swim times.

Best place to go for birthday parties! Will definitely be coming here again in the future!

My 5 years old daughters swimming teacher didnt come when my daughter waited at pool side. She was stood up!Its stupid to pay for this.Absolutely not “KIDS FIRST” its adult first🙄I think you should revise your customer manual.Really bad service.
