My wife and I love this KinderCare! Our daughter has been through both the infant and toddler room over the past 15 months and the staff has been fantastic. They treat our daughter so well and are quick to respond to our messages through the app. We usually get 1-3 pictures or videos posted each day, which is great. The app also gives updates on what and how much food she eats for each meal, if they need more diapers, etc..They have done an incredible job staying open almost everyday during the pandemic, which has been a lifesaver for working parents, thanks to good protocols, contingency planning, and communication. Its just a very well run center.If I had to make one suggestion to the staff, it would be to give the parents a quick recap of the activities they do in the toddler room. Maybe the older classrooms release a structured outline to the parents but we typically only see the activities via the pictures, videos, and the crafts she brings home (which are fantastic!). We know they keep her busy because she comes home with new skills and words each week but COVID has made it difficult to ask informally chat with teachers to see how shes doing and what they have been up to each day.Besides that, we have no other complaints/suggestions. We love this place and would recommend it to anyone!

It’s the first time I take any of my kids to daycare, and I was nervous! KinderCare Addison made me feel so much more comfortable for me as they send updates on everything and are so friendly and respond quickly to any questions I have! Very good communication:)

My daughter loves it here. They are so involved and keep her busy. I even love the app. They keep you informed about her day , anything she needs, activities and news.

When we moved we thought it would be a rough transition for our girls and Kindercare made it very easy for them. Teachers are amazing, my girls love it there. Whenever there’s an issue or I have any questions they have an answer and are always happy to help.

My son is there and we love with all our hearts, the patience, tolerance, respect and love that they have with all the children and more with my son ❤️.. if we could leave him there all his life we ​​would! We love you very much and thank you for all the good work you guys do every day!!

I’d like to say that my first born has been a part of the Addison kindercare family since he was about 6 or 7 months back in 2018. I now have both, his little sister and himself, going. My kiddos are always coming back w/ an art craft or a picture. Really shows that the teachers really take their time to make it fun and educational for the kids. Communication is a key and they definitely communicate with parents about anything, especially during these covid times.

The staff and teachers are excellent. They share information with the parents and are open to receive information about the best care for your child.

When we were in need Kinder Care made enrollment easy and i have seen some improvement on my sons speech for 3 year old i was concerned but theyre attention to my son and easy billing was and will be why we continue with them, very courteous and respectful, and informative.

The teachers and directors are very attentive. We know that they take good care of our child.

I love this KinderCare my son is Autistic and has gone to this school for 3 years now and I have to say it’s nothing but the best. The staff is very good and understanding when it comes to accommodating my sons needs.

This was the 1st daycare we toured and we instantly felt comfortable with both the staff and the center. The staff are great about always keeping things clean and wearing masks (especially during COVID-19). I also love how the staff always greets my son by his name. Both the supervisor (Marlin) and assistant supervisor (Heather) are also always so professional, kind, and very prompt in returning calls and messages.

I love this daycare! Theres always someone at the front to greet me and answer any questions or concerns and the teachers are very nice and caring. Most importantly, they actually teach at this daycare. My 3 year old knows how to count, knows his colors, and can sing his alphabet as well as recognize most of the letters. They keep me informed in whatever theyre working on for the month, so we can work on it at home too. One thing that I love is that I get the cutest pics of my son doing activities every week. ❤❤

My son, Nicholas, has been attending daycare since the Summer of 2018. We started in the toddlers classroom with Ms. Marge, Ms. Benny, and Ms. Brenda. They are all wonderful teachers. I am very satisfied with the care and education that they have given my son.He is now in the Twos classroom with Ms. Blanca who is a sweetheart. She is such a happy upbeat teacher.The staff is always so welcoming. My son is happy to exchange “good mornings” with everyone.Addison KinderCare and staff are integral part of my son’s school and home environment; I am happy to have chosen this facility as a second home for my child.

Ive been taking my kids here for about a year now and I love it. They have fun activities going on throughout the year. The teachers are very attentive and the director, Marlin has such a great heart. I couldnt choose a better day care! Very satisfied.

Marlin helped me get my daughters into KinderCare when other facilities would give me the run around, or no room. She helped me out. And I couldn’t thank her more for that. This Kindercare is awesome ! I have a 2 year old and a nine month old. The infant room is always kept clean and sanitized for the little ones. They are so loving toward the babies and attend to their every need. Any concern or questions are always answered. The toddler room has the most amazing teachers and. Benny, and. Marge and Ms. Nicole my son isn’t always willing to stay but as soon as he goes into the room they put him at ease give him lots of love. They also teach at this daycare my son knows colors, numbers, alphabet, shapes, animals etc. Every activity or project they do they send them home with you so you can see the progress ! They always take pictures of them doing so too! The staff is awesome! Take it from a parent who literally does not leave her kids with anyone! I trust this staff 100%

My daughters have been attending KinderCare for about 2 years now. I am really happy with the way KinderCare works and takes care of my girls! My daughter has been at this kindercare for a little over a year. She has transitioned in to a different room twice and each time was very smooth. There were some concerns I brought to the directors attention and they were handled in a very timely fashion. The teachers there really care about the families and I feel very confident sending my daughter there! :)

Absolutely love the care and comfort that the teachers and staff provide to my daughter. Shes been enrolled since late 2016. The teachers and staff identify and relate to your childs needs. I would highly recommend this center for child care.

I love this learning facility for my son. My son learned how to count, his colors and alphabets in only a month! Not only do this learning center teaches students, they also offer activities and picture day for the students. I highly recommend Addison Kindercare!

This is the most amazing KinderCare I have ever sent my kids to! I have been through 3 or 4 KinderCares through moving etc. and by far this daycare has the best and sweetest staff!!! I drive 30 minutes from home just to use this daycare!! It is seriously so good. Never had an issue and never had more confidence in every teacher I have come across in one daycare. My kids LOVE coming to this daycare and I love taking them :)

Both of my kids go there and I love it ! It is more on the expensive side but it’s true you get what you pay for. If I’ve ever had an issue they resolve it right away and keep me posted while doing so. My oldest doesn’t go there often just when his school is off so drop offs are hard because it’s not his normal routine. Miss Jackie helped ease him in even letting him visit his younger brother to make him feel better. They even sent me updates on how he was feeling that day Now that is amazing! It made my day knowing that they cared that much and took the time to make him comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who asked !

If your looking for great daycare experience this is the place to be. My children have been in another kindercare in the past and this one by far is the best. The staff is great. There is always a director or assistance in the office to assist with any questions you have. The director/assistance responds to emails and concerns promptly. I receive picture emails from my childrens teachers of their activities and projects they are working on, which melts my heart every time. They are very helpful and amazing to work with. I have 2 children that attend here. Its an amazing feeling when your kids come home and they have learned something new daily. Im a full time working mother and Its a great feeling to know my children are in a safe environment.

I love KinderCare it’s a great environment for my son, he loves his teachers, his friends and the place in general, I will definitely recommend Kindercare 100% to my friends and family.

Tbh I love KinderCare! Not only they know my kids but they also know me and they are very understanding and are their to help in anyway. Personal I get alone with every person that works there from the women to the 2 guys that work there 😅. And my kids love all the people there too. I also like when I call and I say my first name they already know who I am. My son is started at 1 1/2 and has learned so much there; like his ABC’s, numbers and talking more then ever... and I know it’s because of the center.

If I could Id give zero stars. A friend of mine recently had to pull their child from this school. Her child was held upside down and taunted by the same people we trust to take care of our children.They say they have no cameras in this facilityWhich for one is a Major safety concern and second of all is a way to save their own negligent asses from having to deal with a law suit!!!!DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN HERE

My experience with the 2 ladies in the office Nicole and Heather was very draining. I should’ve knew the experience would be bad just by the dirty looks I was given, as if I was bothering them. I paid an enrollment fee of 85$ that was good for one year. Within that year they switched the price with attitude and when I asked about the 85$ agreement that was already paid, I was told to “take it or leave it and it’s non-refundable” and the heard the dial tone. I know for a fact the ladies don’t speak to other ethnicities this way. Please don’t bring children of color to this location because if the 2 women in the office are playing the race game god only knows what’s going on In the classroom. $85 lesson. Better Business Bureau here I come!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Benny abuses and yells at 2 year olds; she is a horrible teacher and if your children are in a classroom with her please consider moving them to a different center. I disenrolled my child recently because I witnessed her physically abuse and yell at a two year old girl.I was in room A picking up my child from the 2 and under side during lunchtime. On the two and over side I heard a girl crying on the other side of the room, then I heard Benny yell and saw her yank the little girl up from the floor, drag her, and shove her into a chair, and then yelled at her to clean up her mess! She shoved the girl so hard that the chair almost fell backwards.The girl started crying again and the Benny started to walk away but then I confronted her and she gasped because she didnt know anyone saw her. I told the supervisor immediately and got the regional director involved.I followed up and the worst part is that they did not even tell this girls parents the day of. They have to conduct a formal investigation first before they can tell the parents. I hope this place gets sued because they didnt even send the the teacher home for the day, or say anything to her when it happened. I was horrified at what happened and how they are choosing to handle it.Do not send your children to this kindercare.

I witnessed one of the teachers from Preschool 2 Ms. Tania shouting and pointing finger at childs face so I immediately reported her to center director and she did absolutely nothing about it , Ms. Tania is still working there and probably still bullying her students .
