Fun, health and positive classes. Excellent atmosphere and fast skills growing. Weapon technics are unique. As a beginner, Im very comfortable with the soft and productive approach of studying so complex things.

Sensei Zach is an outstanding teacher. Since starting back in October, 2017 its been nothing but an amazing adventure in the world of Aikido. Sensei Zach has a really easy way of explaining the many different techniques and is very accommodating to each individuals comprehension. I have been amazed as to my personal growth within myself and very much look forward to each class. Cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a strenuous yet soft approach to what Aikido has to offer.
