We have been at this academy for 4 yrs. It’s given our son confidence and courage. The professor has created such an amazing family unit with all the families. All these families have been with him for years and the parents all join the fitness work out after the kids classes. We have watched all the kids grow due to Professor. He teaches them values and keeps them focused on what’s important in life. I have been witness to many things at this academy and if anyone wants to reach out and ask me anything please contact me. The loyalty we all have to this academy is a testament to the human being the professor and his wife are. We have pastors , law enforcement officers, counselors and lawyers who love how this academy shines focus on integrity. Thank you Overall for helping my son have confidence!My son was a very very timid kid. Last year at school an older kid was bullying a younger kid. My son asked the kid to stop . The bully then went to touch my son and my son warned him not to taking him and my son immediately blocked him and took him down. This was al from class.. the professor focuses on self defense and never be that bully. The aid at school saw everything and said she was so impressed cause our son kept warning the kid he didn’t want to hurt him but if he was touched he would defend himself . Thank you overall!!!

My husband and I enrolled after seeing our son enjoying juijitsu so much. Top of the line training! Amazing people and the best coaches. My son has self defense training and can’t wait to attend class and my husband and I are in the best shape in our life! Best thing we could have done to join this juijitsu family!

I love dropping my kids off with Nicollas after school. I literally have to drag them out of there. My kids love Professor Nicollas and have never met a nicer group of families and friends in Agoura Hills. Professor Nicollas is so humble I just learned how accomplished he is as a professional. I cannot say enough on behalf of this great opportunity.Ive tried this Brazilian (the best) training at other places with little luck because they were not good TEACHERS.Nicolas, the owner, is a patient, kind, highly skilled professional jiu jitsu competitor who is an excellent instructor. We call him Professor because he sincerely wishes to impart his experience in an enjoyable, safe, environment where each student can proceed at his or her own pace.My son would have been in his class at 6 if this facility were in Agoura in 1991.I wish I had this knowledge when I was 9 years old and bullied on Clevelands West 25th Street. I had to learn self-defense the the hard way with street fights (which I usually lost).Most altercations devolve to the ground within 30 seconds. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu addresses that inevitable problem and turns ostensibly vulnerable positions (like on your back) into powerful offense.All fancy kicks and twists of Tae Kwan Do or Karate are little more than dangerous choreography when one is attacked from behind at school, in a parking lot, or on the street. Even the U.S. Army did little to help me. If I had this Brazilian jiu jitsu skill as a young boy I would have developed self-confidence at 10 years old. Thank God Nicholas teaches this stuff to little boys and girls who neednt suffer fear or low self-esteem at the hands of bullies.We live in an increasing dangerous city. Why not have fun at developing preemptive defense skills.They have a free 2 week trial period. Just commit to that alone and believe me, your son or daughter will know some practical moves for fun and self-defense after the first week.Try, Learn, Enjoy.NCM

Ive been training with professor Nicolas for the past few years, and I must say Im stoked hes opened his own academy, active competitor and bjj champion that does very well so he knows what to expect in todays always evolving jiu jitsu competition scene, very respectful, doesnt play favorites, pushes you at your own pace, and tries to make all his students excel from children(many of which place in tournaments)to adults of all ages.
