My children had been going to this center since we moved here 3-4 years ago. The first year was great everything that I was told would happen actually occurred. It seems like once the old director left the center started to go down hill. All original staff that worked with my children from day one started leaving one after the other. There was MANY of incidence that occurred while my children were present that the staff nor director could explain including sending my oldest home with a black eye. The newer staff were not trained properly and even admitted it to multiple families. They were overly aggressive with all children and didn’t seem to have control over their class unless they were using some type of “force” for lack of better words. I was extremely disappointed to find out that even after my children were removed from the center that gossip from within the center got back to me about my child and her “behavior.” If you want some lazy babysitter material teachers monitoring your children then this is the place! If you would’ve asked me a year or two ago I would have highly recommended this center...now I wouldn’t even recommend this place to a bug.

I would not recommend this site because the site manager Jamie is very rude, as well as the staff. There have been several incidences where my children have had scratches that could not be explained and when I approached the site manager about it they made it seem like I was being hostile for even asking a question. There was also another incident where one of the teachers grabbed a student by her shirt and when I said something about it the staff and manager said I shouldnt get involved because it wasnt my child. I would never send my children back there and wouldnt recommend no one else does as well.

My daughter has been attending this school for 2years I was told today by the new director that she has been kick out of school because she has tantrums not only that I told the director that one of her teachers pinched my daughter I was told that she was having a tantrum and her teacher accidentally pinched her none of her staff brought this to my attention or even wrote a incident report To me about it my daughter told me what the teacher did and the director made a excuse for her and said she didn’t have a mark on her or a bruise so there was no need wow and this was last week if I didn’t mention it I would have never been told by childtime staff she also jump and gave district manger information about my daughter and made a decision before even having a one on one conference with her parents about her behavior my daughter tantrums was what a 4 year old would do she just turn 5 I feel sadden it was more like we don’t like her or want her here so she kick out never talk to district manger or anyone about my concerns or my child well being I’m so disappointed and ashame how we was treated I have been nothing but nice and patient I’m so disappointed and sadden about how we was treated at this school .when miss Shannon was the director I never had any issues this is ridiculous

Today while at work I received a call twice from Childtime on White Pond Drive that Quon couldnt return for the rest of the week because he got into a altercation with a teacher and a student. When I picked him up the assistant manager of the center was sitting at the front desk so I asked her what happened because over the phone the teacher who he got into a altercation stated that she physically pushed him and he said Dont touch me beaver teeth and that she was so upset she refused to take him to school. The center manager told me that it is okay for a teacher to push a child as long as she didnt have bad intentions. I then asked her again are you saying its okay for a teacher to put her hands on a child? She said ummm yes like picking them up or even moving them out the way. So then she told me since your upset dont bring him back. I asked for corporates number she said no its on the wall. I then asked again and she wrote down 2 numbers one was supposed to be the branch managers number and the other was corporate. I dial the branch managers number and it was the daycare lady who answered. I said hello? However I could hear the background was me. She was caught off guard because she didnt think I would call. The kids from daycare came to my moms and told us that the teacher grabbed him and someone else and were pinching them and thats when Quon said what he said. He had a deep scratch where skin was broke and she got on the bus and grabbed him by his head and yelled in his ear. I moved Bailey because she would come home with mold in her bottles and spoiled milk! I took the bottles to them so they could see it and I took pictures. Horrible childcare!!
