I came to Cichons Wing Chun Kung Fu for my 6-year-old daughter to learn self-defense. This style’s forms and techniques enable even a child to hold their own against an adult would-be attacker. Sifu Russ is attentive to all his students and has been very accommodating and patient in working with my daughter. He is technically very precise but is flexible in teaching approaches to help his students understand the lesson. The studio offers an incredibly supportive environment filled with deeply kind people of every skill level. My daughter and I have been made to feel as part of a family. There are no belts or uniforms and each student progresses at their own pace with direction and tutelage from Sifu Russ. I highly recommend Cichons Wing Chun Kung Fu and am so grateful for the warm welcome that my daughter and I have received.

Its a great martial art to learn no matter what your age or medical issues you have and the instructor comes from a direct instruction of Ip Ching. Probably the greatest thing is theres no uniforms and you can wear shoes or anything you want and you can go at your own pace and make it what you want.
