This is such a great preschool. Academics aside (because those are a given here), they truly grow and prepare the child for Kindergarten socially and emotionally. My child loves coming every day, and starts the countdown on Friday for when she gets to go back. The owner, Tammy, is the original owner and founder of the school, and is very involved with each family. She keeps it a pretty tight running ship and is very involved in every aspect of the school. Shes also always ready and available to talk about any issues or topics, until the parent feels comfortable. I wouldnt send my child anywhere else!

My daughter has been going to Kindergarten Prep since she was 2 and she is now in their Pre-K class. She is definitely learning academically but I’m more impressed with how she is growing emotionally and socially. Everyone seems to genuinely care about and get to know every child in the school. It’s a very warm, clean and happy place to be. I couldn’t wait till I could get my 2 yr old son enrolled too. It says a lot about a place when you pick your kids up after a full day and they don’t want to go home. We’ve been extremely happy with Kindergarten Prep and would recommend anyone to send their children their.

I highly recommend Kindergarten Prep for your child. Weve been to several child care facilities and none of them have exhibited the amount of loving care they give my child every day. Before coming here, it seemed that my son would always hate daycare and that was hard for me. But now he truly enjoys coming to school every day. He loves his teachers and the front staff. I love the curriculum. Every time I walk in the classroom theyre always coloring/doing puzzles/reading/singing (2 year olds!). My son and all the other children are always so happy when Im there picking up and dropping off. I also love the cost! I feel blessed to have found them when I moved here a year ago. If you are looking for a place to send your child, please consider Kindergarten Prep. You wont regret it!

The teachers and staff truly care for my kids, and this school is instrumental in preparing them for Kindergarten. Both of my children came from being cared for by family during the work day - no day care experience. Im glad we had them come to this preschool first. Kindergarten wouldve been a huge shock for my daughter academically and socially if it wasnt for this school. Pricing is also very reasonable, and hours are great. I am constantly recommending this school to others who have preschool aged children.

Kindergarten Prep is a very nice school. I visited serval schools before choosing this one. The low student teacher ratio and that they have teaching teams really sold me. The staff is always willing to help with any issues I have. There is not a lot of teacher turnover so they build a bond with the teachers throughout the years. The school is also very affordable compared to others in the area. I highly recommend Kindergarten Prep.

My daughter has been going to this school for almost a year now. It is a great environment for learning. You can feel the positive vibe when you walk in. Ms. Carla and Ms. Jenna have the sweetest personality and greet all parents when they walk in. Teachers are sweet and trained. They always greet my daughter when she walks in (unlike other preschools). It is a true pre-school and not just a child care center. My daughter is learning not just academically but also learning how to be kind, helpful and inclusive of all others. I would say that this place provides the kiddos well rounded development and nurturing. Thanks To Ms Tammie who is an amazing director of the school and a great coach for the teachers.

Both of our sons attended Kindergarten Prep starting at age 3. We were very pleased with the quality of their learning and never worried about their well-being or safety while away from home. The staffs credentials and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Kindergarten Prep is outstanding!!!!! This school is our extended family. I currently have a 5 year old and a 3 year old in the program. I also have graduate from the school. I love how the not only learned academically, but grew socially. The school adapts to the unique needs of my childrens different learning styles and embraced their strengths. I truly cannot say enough good things about this wonderful school. Highly recommended.

Kindergarten Prep was just what my son needed! We only had him in preschool for one year, so it was important to me that the year be high quality education. My son really flourished (and also enjoyed himself) as they focused on readiness skills and now that hes completed his one year I am 100% sure that hes ready for kindergarten. This is my fourth child to go through a preschool program, and Kindergarten Prep gave us by far the best experience and education weve had!

My daughter has been a student at KP for about 3 months now and she has flourished wonderfully. Ms. Sam and Ms. Rachel have been amazing for her! She loves her new preschool and couldnt be happier.

We have had an amazing experience with Kindergarten Prep. The teachers and staff are wonderful with the kids. They did a phenomenal job with helping my daughter develop her reading and writing skills. You can really tell they all love what they do and the kids are always their number one priority.

We are so glad to have moved both our kids from a different preschool school in Allen to to Kindergarten Prep over the last year. Unlike other schools that charge exorbitant amounts and provide mediocre care, KP focuses not just on academics but also enhancing the emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills of kids. The icing on the cake is the selfless, free-of-cost workshops that the Director Ms.Tammie conducts on topics such as conscious discipline that helps us parents handle challenging situations with kids at home. Last but not least, she is also very responsive in addressing concerns raised by parents. Cant wait to see the kids growth impacted by all the positive techniques being enforced at KP.

Excellent staff. My daughter has learned so much both academically and how to interact socially. We will miss the school now that she has graduated to kindergarten. Highly recommended!!!

So happy we found Kindergarten Prep Child Care Center! Everyone has been amazing, my child has progressed in the short amount of time there and most importantly she LOVES it! Would recommend them to everyone!

This school should be SHUT DOWN. My son went here and this is the condition he came home in. Bruises and nail marks in him. They didn’t even bother to tell me it happened until after the police were involved. They are dismissing this as an “accident” because my son was throwing a fit. How do you accidentally leave marks like these on a child, I will never understand. The owner let the alleged accusers still work there too and didn’t care about my CHILD’s condition or the safety that this could happen to other kids but rather that she didn’t want to pay time leave for them until detectives found out who did it. So much for caring so much about children! I don’t know how the owner lives with herself knowing this happened to my baby. I have had multiple teachers reach out to me that they do not agree with their discipline techniques and that the owner just cares about money and making sure they’re always at full capacity. This school is a good school, sure, but the heart of this school is in all the wrong places and I still to this day can’t believe the owners response when this happened to him. Oh BTW I was out of work for 6 months after this happened and my son was placed in therapy and just started a new school last week because he was so traumatized from this happening to him he didn’t want to step foot into another school. 6 MONTHS PEOPLE. You be the judge on if you want your children going to a school like this.* Just to clarify since people will state this, this was investigated and dismissed as an accident. * everyone will have their own opinions about it.

My son has been to Kindergarten Prep Child Care Center (Formerly known as Applecreek pre-school) since last 1 year. We are very happy with teachers & other staff. Always, greet when you go to school. I would highly recommend Kindergarten Prep Child Care Center for early child education which very well prepared them for Kindergarten.

Kindergarten prep is absolutely amazing. They are one of the few preschools in Allen that is NAEYC accredited. If you want to learn more about this accreditation look it up and research. It is not easy to earn this accreditation. My son who is 4th grade went to this school and my 3yr old is currently enrolled. My 4th grade child is academically strong and I believe it because he had a good pre school education. I believe this is the best preschool in Allen. They have highly qualified staff members. Ms Tammi, the School director, is extremely passionate about pre school education. Ms Carla runs a very good school. There is approach is teach through play. The environment is very positive. I would highly recommend this preschool.
