Our two daughters love Small Miracles Academy! Our four year old loves to share what she learns everyday- she learns new songs, months of the year, days of the week, new letters and numbers, and she even learned how to spell her name. Our 18 month old learns a new word every day- she can even identify and repeat colors.Both girls love the staff and are excited to go see their teachers and friends each day. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive to all of our needs and concerns. They seem genuinely happy to see our daughters every morning. I feel calm and confident leaving my girls in their care each day.

My son has been going for almost a year now. Everyday he runs inside with a big smile on his face to see his teachers (especially Rosa) and when it’s time for pick up he never wants to leave. The staff is amazing and take such great care of my child. I couldn’t imagine my son going to any other daycare.

My daughter is about to be 8 and have been attending small miracles academy since she was 3 and she loves them my son also goes there and he love them as well! Most kids that are there having been going for awhile as well so the baby’s are all friends ! Great place to enroll ! We love small miracles!🥰

Our son currently goes to Small Miracles and both our girls went there and we’ve had an amazing experience since 2013. Mrs. Rosa has been there from the beginning and we love her and all the staff!! We highly recommend Small Miracles!

Best daycare ever. The people that work here care. We love Marissa. She’s so attentive to all the kids and all the teachers love the kids and what they do. I highly recommend. They are Allen’s hidden gem. I have a 3 yr old and 1 year old here.

Planos school was bad. but this school has surpassed. completely untrained teachers, including a school board. It hurt my heart to think I left my son in this place. be watching for a day. And you wont be back anymore. teachers shout at the children, my son gets hungry or all day long. a week is enough to get out of here and never come back

It would be REALLY great if their van drivers dont drive so irresponsibly or erratic. Moments ago, in rainy weather, I was headed north bound on Allen Heights, [in the 300 block where their location is] the #2 van driver [mid-20s, female, Hispanic] decides shes going to pull out onto the street. She *doesnt look to check* or °totally disregards that traffic is coming°. I was driving with my headlights on so she SHOULD have seen my vehicle approach. We almost collided, but I averted the situation, then I called to ALLEN POLICE to report UNSAFE DRIVING. Theres no way I would trust the life of my child or anyone I care about to be there at Small Miracles Academy!! BE CAREFUL & choose wisely,. That van driver almost got t-boned and it could have your kid inside.

The staff is very friendly and close. They are all very helpful and they all have a lot of experience with childcare. They also try to connect with each and every child along with their families. Being apart of Small Miracles Academy has been a great experience so far!

My 3-kids go here. One full time in Pre-K and the other 2 kids after school. The staff are very nice the kids love their teachers. The prices are real good as well. I would recommend this child care to anyone.Thanks for all your hard work!!!!

We enrolled two of our children here for the summer... and it was one of the biggest mistakes Ive ever made. Kids here are out of control and the teachers do not know how to handle it. My 5 year old was being bullied and the teacher in his class told my husband that my son basically brought it upon himself. My FIVE year old went through a spout of depression because of all of this. He never wanted to talk about it...he just became very angry and he started throwing insane tantrums. We decided it was best to pull him out of that class and put him in a class with his younger sister. Then my husband witnessed another little girl walk up to our 3 yr old and say Im going to punch you in the face. And my husband had to tell that little girl not to talk to our daughter like that... the teacher did nothing about it. My son has come home with scrapes under his eye, scratches around his neck, and my daughter has come home with bruises from being pinched. The place has now switched management and things have gotten WORSE! I didnt think it was possible. My son is now 6... but he is in the class with the younger kids so he wont be bullied... and the teacher DEMANDS he takes a nap. He hasnt taken naps in 2 years. She sends him out in the hallway because he is restless because he cant sleep! She punishes him for that and he has to stand in the hallway by himself. One of the other older kids in the class brings a game boy to class to play with during nap time... when we asked of our son could bring one, they told us no. We had to push this issue for multiple days before they finally allowed him to do so, but the teacher was VERY rude about it. The teacher tried to discipline our son while my husband was present, she was DEMANDING my son look at her while shes talking, and when she couldnt get his undivided attention (he was just excited to be going home) she cussed! Seriously?? I was on the phone with my husband the entire time this was happening and I had half a mind to drive up there. This place has traumatized our kids and has greatly affected our family... we never want to send our kids to daycare EVER again thanks to this establishment. DO NOT send your kids to this place.
