My sweet little girl has been enrolled for a few weeks now and I cant explain the leaps and bounds she has made in her development in just a few weeks. The staff is so wonderful with her. She is 3 years old and this is her first time in a formal child care program. I was very nervous about it because she had never been away from me or a relative since she was born. I have been so relieved that they have taken so much care to help her adapt. Their app keeps me updated on her day which has helped me adapt to being away from her more than I have her whole life. I love that I not only get updates throughout each day but also get great pictures of how much fun she is having. The first few days it helped me feel much better when drop offs were hard as she didnt understand why I was leaving. I am so grateful for this place and how much they care for my little girl!

After the new management take over the care center, it become too worse. So many good teachers had left. Children to Teacher ratio gone up. Sometimes I used to see more than 22 kids in a single class with one teacher, even during COVID pandemic. Unhygienic, no healthy meals, reduced the quantity and quality of food, most times they dont provide what they mention in the food menu. My kid often got sick here, after changing the day care center he is doing good health wise.

I am so impressed with TLE Allen. My niece is 3 years old and when I visited with her she was playing school at home. She was pretending she was Ms. Miriam, who is her teacher. She had all her dolls lined up on the floor and she was singing to them in Spanish. When I asked her what she was singing she told me the months of the year because that is what Ms. Miriam sings. I would like to thank Ms. Miriam for what she is doing at the school. My niece is so happy and it is very obvious she loves going to school. During these tough times it is wonderful to see that TLE is striving to keep as much normalcy in the lives of the children they care for.

Our children have attended TLE Allen for the last 12-13 months and it’s been a downhill ride since the beginning. In this time we’ve seen 3 different center Managers/Directors, 2 of which were really pleasant, accommodating and helpful, both of which are no longer at the Center, this also applies to the teaching staff which I would estimate at least a 200% turnover in the last year.The food served to the children is really disappointing too. Now I don’t want to make out that I would expect the finest quality meals, but the best they’ll get are a couple of pizza rolls. Dry saltine crackers, a slice of proceed ham and plastic cheese seems like a regular staple.The Owner, if you’ll ever get to meet him (my Wife and I haven’t seen him in the Center for Months now) will sell you on his passion for education and childcare however, if you ever have an issue with the level of care, service, or monies paid, you’ll get invited in to talk, or get the option of a phone call for him or the center manager to reaffirm there position that they’re right and they’re running an amazing establishment that we should be so fortunate to have our children go to. I understand that a daycare is a business but I feel this place have one goal in mind and that making as much money as they can by cutting corners with quality of care, learning and food.I look at the majority of positive reviews that you see before mine (no matter how long ago) but I would be completely dumbfounded if ANY parent with children at this location would give a truthful 5 star review. I have never left an online review before! That’s how disappointing this place is. My only recommendation would be..... STAY AWAY!

Weve had our now 1yr old boy at TLE Allen since my wifes maternity leave came to an end; we both work full time and this is the only child my wife will ever have due to medical complications, as you can imagine she is, understandably, very picky about how our child is cared for.After moving across town to Plano, only a few minutes from TLE Allens location, we initially had three childcare locations on our list to tour - TLE Allen was the first one we visited, after touring and meeting with Sameer, the owner, we didnt bother touring the others.I work in the mergers & acquisitions world as an operations manager for a large team, as such I see entire businesses vivisected daily as we represent their sellers and over the years in this business one thing is painfully clear - ownership and management set the tone for any business, large or small, and if they espouse an attitude of quality in leadership and management of their people, it trickles down not only to their subordinates but also the clients, but most importantly in this case - the children they are caring for, namely mine.TLE Allen is an exceptionally clean, well-kept facility, and the management of the facility (Mickey in specific) are very clearly giving 110% effort for every child they bring through their doors; our son has moved up from Infant A to B and in both rooms has had top-notch caretakers - from Miss Jennifer and Candy in A to Lucy (and Jennifer sometimes still!) in B along with the others who fill in from other rooms, we are kept up to date via mobile app minute-to-minute on the care of our child, what he is doing, where he is, and how is feeling.This is an invaluable comfort for my wife, its difficult to put a dollar value on security like this especially for a mother like her; I cannot recommend TLE Allen enough to anyone in the Allen/Plano area. What appealed to me most was the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, the engagement level of the owner and center management, and the diligence of the entire staff.Taking care of other peoples children is a daunting task for everyone - business owner down to whomever mops the floors - these children are the livelihood of their parents. Everyone at TLE Allen takes that seriously, and it shows - this is a perfect choice for your child to be cared for on a daily basis.

I am so thrilled that I have found a daycare where I feel that my daughter is learning so much, with the great teachers and staff!! Everyone is so amazing they have listened to my concerns always and answered all of my questions. The school is always clean, safe, organized!! I absolutely love the learning experience in Allen.

We wouldnt have our 4-month old daughter anywhere else. If youre familiar with Watermark Church, this childcare is on par with theirs.The teachers here genuinely care about their students because they all WANT to be there. They quickly got to know my kids wants and needs.The cleanliness rules like taking off your shoes before entering the infant classroom and frequent hand washing are consistently maintained by guests and teachers alike. That means that while my daughter has been there for over two months, she hasnt gotten sick yet (probably just jinxed myself but thats okay).This is a well-earned five star facility.

Great environment for kids to learn and grow. The staff is always looking for ways to improve the operations and ensure parents and kids are priority. Both my kids loved it here and felt proud to attend this school. From the moment they stepped in the building they were ready for the day until the time i pick them up. I personally felt the activities, workbook and curriculum pushed them to develop ahead of their age which I was very pleased with. We also enjoyed the app to review my kids activities and pictures on a daily basis. The teachers definitely care for the kids! Unfortunately, we relocated and are no longer part of the TLE family. Our new school does not measure up to the experience at TLE which has set the bar high! To the Owner, Director, Office Manager and Teachers, Keep up the good work!!!

We have had our son here for 21 months and we have to leave. Did not want to move him for as this was the first place he attended beginning at 16 months old; however, he constantly gets sick here (more than normal 8+ per year). The facility looks good and is relatively safe. Learning program is ok. The teachers and staff are nice but our kid stays sick. Ok for infants but would not recommend for toddlers. There are other places with better educational programs. Also, they will nickel and dime you with fees. We will be moving our kid to a different place.Edit: son went back to school for 1 week after being out for 2 weeks. We went on vacation for a week and he stayed home for an additional week. He is now sick again. No one else in the house is sick. Downgrading from 3 to 2 stars. This is way too often to be a coincidence. He is switching to another school next week.

We love TLE! We appreciate so many things about the school after looking at so many others. The safety is top notch, the menu is healthy, the teachers and staff are great, the owner is very hands on and listens, The curriculum is strong, and the tuition is good.

The teachers, staff, and owner are all amazing. They take great care of my daughter, and Miss Vanessa follows any special instructions we give for our infant. The building is secure and so nice.

We love TLE ( Allen) very close of my heart. Sameer always made us feel like family and the staff is great with our son. They are very quick to address any concerns and always appreciates feedback.

From the moment you simply pull into the parking lot, you experience a clean and safe environment. The entire staff is the kindest and most real around and the curriculum is top notch! From technology with their user friendly (and fun!) app, to the written daily reports at the end of the day, we are always up to speed and informed on what our little one is doing and what he is learning. The meals and snacks are healthy and our boy loves everything they serve! As a family, we could not be happier with our experience at TLE. As a member of the TLE family, we couldnt be happier with the progress our son has made and the excitement on his face every day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife and I just took a tour of the facility, planning on putting our 15-month old in their school, and we witnessed a teacher pick a child up (toddler) by one arm. The teacher was watching around 6-8 very young children, probably around the age of 3-years old, they were in the process of going down a for a nap. You could visibly see that the teacher was frustrated when one little girl moved off her floor mat, the teacher grabbed her by one arm and lifted her up and placed her back down on the mat. The manager who was giving us the tour immediately seemed disturbed by what we saw but did nothing to intervene and even told us that what we witnessed was not aggressive behavior. I am calling the Texas CCL to make a report as Im writing this review and WILL NOT trust this facility.Picking a child up by one arm is dangerous due to possible injuries it could incur, pain, strains, and possible dislocations. The fact that the manager defended what we witnessed was also alarming.Im not a doctor or a CPC officer, I can only tell you that in my opinion what we saw was completely unacceptable and I feel, as a parent, I need to report this.

Ms. Doris and all the other teachers genuinely care about my two kids that attend TLE Allen.Having looked around quite a bit before making a decision on childcare, I know for sure TLE is the bebe in the area. Their baby rooms are THE BEST with 1 teacher to 4 babies in each room. If you can get in, I highly recommend! It was easier to go back to work knowing my son was getting individual attention from his teacher.My 4.5 year old has been attending since she was 3. She already knows how to write her name, and all her letters and numbers. The curriculum is really fantastic and Im so impressed with her progress.One of the biggest differentiators for TLE Allen though, is the facilities. They are almost new, with an indoor playground for rainy days and outdoor playgrounds for littles and bigs. The classrooms are spacious, compared to other schools I toured in the area and kept extremely clean.I was concerned about my older child aging out of TLE Allen and still having my younger one there. But I learned Allen ISD has a really fantastic after school care program. So we plan to take that route when the time comes and give my son the same opportunity to enjoy the amazing TLE curriculum as he grows.

This school has been great, I have a 5 year old and 8 month old currently enrolled. Sense being enrolled my oldest has learned a ton of numbers, words, and objects. Also before she leaves every day she hugs her teacher, and other kids in class which shows me that she has had a great day. As for my 8month old she is always giggly when we drop her off to mrs. benny, my wife and I are very happy we can go to work without worrying about her because she is at such a young age. I felt like I should leave a review due to our kids being here for some time now and as a parent I know I always check reviews on schools. Highly recommend a tour if nothing else.

Our son has been going to TLE since last two months now and he loves it. All the staff and teachers (shout out to our favorite Ms. Danielle) are wonderful. They truly care for each child and ensure that their parents also are at ease by sending daily push notifications (diaper changes, how much lunch/snack the child ate, activities and the pictures) on their awesome App!! Our son was under the care of home nanny so we were very skeptical about how he would adjust to daycare, but to our surpirise it didnt take him long at all. I think the staff and teachers played a big role in making him feel comfortable and at ease. We are very glad that we chose TLE for our son.

My family LOVES the Learning Experience. My child has been enrolled for almost 4 months now and I only have positive things to say! They have been extremely accommodating and welcoming. The teachers are amazing, friendly, and caring. My child has no issue going to school because he is excited to see his friends and the staff.Before choosing TLE I toured MANY daycares. None of them made me feel comfortable enough to let them take care of my child. The owner, Sameer, is absolutely amazing. He gave us a tour describing in detail their processes of safety and curriculum. It is clear that he cares about children and ensuring the safest and best learning experience possible.I cannot rave enough about the staff. My childs teacher, Lyndsey, is friendly, caring and passionate about child care. Every day she gives us a run down, on top of the updates that we receive on the app. The other teachers that I see on a daily basis are also great! They make a point to have relationships with children outside of their classes.It is a great feeling knowing that your child is in good hands when you have to work.Im extremely thankful for TLE and everything they do to make sure my child is taken care.

My cousin goes to this school. She used to hate going to school, but now she loves going to school ever since she got enrolled here.
