If I could give it 6 stars -- I would.My 5 year old son and 6 year old daughter took lessons here and loved it. The instructors clearly enjoy working with kids, and effectively teach children with all different learning styles (and attention spans). The kids have fun AND learn.It actually looked like so much fun, I began taking lessons myself, and love it! (Im 47 and -- added benefit -- lost 20 pounds without even trying!)The instructors will push you as much as you are comfortable with, assisting you with technique, strength, and self defense. The different teaching styles of the instructors (all Masters at the 5th degree or higher) also helps ensure you have the opportunity to really understand proper form and movement in the way you learn best.If competition is your thing, they will also help you prepare; from starting colored belt Forms through world class sparring.If you are just starting, or are looking to take it to the highest levels; this is the place.

Im a black belt right now and its the best center Ive seen and I have been to 5 different martial arts centers. They push you to your highest limit, and then make you raise that limit till you can do it all the way.

THIS IS THE BEST TAE KWON DO STUDIO EVER. I am a blue belt and the masters are so nice and funny. I love this place sooooo much

Im a a Black Belt now and this is the best experience i have ever had. I recommend this place if you want to learn Tae Kwon Do or Judo. The masters are amazing and very helpful.
