We came into Balfour for a fitting and Samantha Quinn was a absolute doll to work with! She was extremely helpful in choosing the correct size jacket and made sure to double check the order. It was a very positive experience. My daughter loves her letterman jacket and has really enjoyed wearing it now that the weather is cooler.

We are on our second senior with Balfour. Our first experience was great. Everything we ordered was correct and delivered on time. We are hopeful for a traditional graduation for the class of 2021 and happy that our school is working with Balfour again.

My daughter is a competition cheerleader at Lambert High School, and we have used Balfour in the past for state rings, that have always turned out beautifully. I have also ordered a replacement state ring and it turned out perfect!This season we purchased all of our Letterman jackets from Balfour. They turned out amazing! The jackets are a very high quality, and the Balfour staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They thought of all the little details and had the jackets completed before the due date.I would recommend and use Balfour again and again!

Our school LOVES Georgia Balfour! We have been using them for years for our graduation announcements and class rings. Last year, we started using them for our letter jackets, as well. ALL products are top-quality and the customer service they provide us is always amazing. They go above and beyond for us and our schools families year after year - we highly recommend them!

This place has terrible customer service. I called to check on my sons graduation invitations and spoke to a woman who said her name was Sam. I told her I hadnt received them, when I ordered them and offered the order number. She immediately snapped at me, no, we dont do that. Then proceeded to be rude the whole conversation, telling me I ordered them 2 weeks later than the date they charged my credit card. My whole family was listening on speaker phone and no one could believe how rude she was. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people. There are many other options for graduation announcements nowand I sincerely wish I had used one of them.
