Went for printing services and the girl working yesterday evening ran it like a champ! Also ringing people up and answering phones all while being polite and courteous. She deserves a raise or promotion for her excellent customer service skills!!(Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she has dark brown hair and said she has a brother that works with her there.)

Overcharged. 02 for black and white copies! They must REALLY need the cash! DISGUSTING!

My at-home printer broke just two hours before I needed my documents. I emailed this store and when I showed up 30 minutes later they had everything I needed and was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. They definitely saved the day! Ill come back here to buy a replacement printer for sure.

Unfortunately from time to time I have to shop in person at Office Depot for work and it’s just irritating that the male employees still wear their mask not covering their nose they take it up and down to talk We are way past the point of having to educate people on how to properly wear a mask to protect their fellow citizens and certainly the customers of Office Depot!Why have a sign on your front door about wearing a mask that your employees don’t follow ?

All of their self service copiers are broken. They’ve been out of order since yesterday.

@Jack2311....I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Mr. Jack for assisting me today. For the past one week I have been lost trying to print out some invitations with gold trims. I went to Fedex....they could not help. Anyway, I ended up going to office depot on Windward Parkway...Where I met Mr. Jack. He told me their printers cant do the printing because of the gold trim but went above and beyond to explain how to do it myself. I did exactly what he told me to do and it worked. I really do appreciate your help Mr. Jack. Will definitely be shopping there again. GOD BLESS YOU!!!

I stopped by to print my Amazon return label from cell phone. From the moment I walked in Office D. a special young lady name Daisy was absolutely Amazing! Thank you for all of your assistance today.

I should have believed the reviews when I read them, but I went against them and thought people were just lying. This place has the worst customer service. I stood in the middle of the floor for over 10 mins and no one acknowledged me. There was a male and a female there but neither one looked up, said hi or can I help you. The sad thing is I have an Office Max Business Account and will be cancelling due to this. Why would I give my hard earned money to people who treat me like this. I was trying to buy a desk for my office but now I refuse to shop at Office Depot and will let others know too not to shop there.

Mikisha handled my very complex print job under a lot of stress(time sensitive) while taking care of others with incredible grace. I had stores in the two largest shopping malls in the nation for 10 years. If I had more employees like her Id still be in retail. Very impressed.

Mikisha is amazing. She helped a very confused me with a printing conundrum for my wedding. She was bubbly and helpful and patient. Will always come back here if I can deal with her every time! I will definitely be back for my other wedding printing needs!!!

Got overcharged for copies over $100. I was doing self copying 2000 copies cost me over $250 it should cost me only 146 when I got checked out employee show me The price sheet that shows that multiple copies over 1000 was only 8 cents per copy instead of 12. he said you should tell me from the beginning When Im working in a store I specifically ask if the price will go down based on quantity and he said yes. When he charged my card he said sorry. From my understanding he just ring me up wrong. Overcharge me over $100 . I will contact the management hopefully there will be funded to me. Super busy mom have to businesses should not spend time on this at all.update 10.30.2017Manager was very helpful and nice. issue got resolved. Very fast response and assistance. Manager said that it was misscomunication and he will take care of it. Got refund.

Chris in the copy print center was great! Good customer service and very patient. I had a not so simple print job for invitations and Chris insisted on making sure I left satisfied. Good guy.

I went to Best Buy, Staples and Fry’s only to find what I was looking for here at Office Depot. They never disappoint. Friendly staff.

The service here was great and the employees were nice and able to help me and my parents get what we were looking for.They had a clearance desk we had been unable to find at the last office Depot we had visited tonight so that was a huge plus

Our practice orders from this location almost weekly. Orders are delivered almost the next day sometimes. Always good prices and the option for net 30 billing. What could be better.

I drove 20 minutes to print some cards that I needed. John didn’t seem to want to work today. From the moment he saw me he hand an attitude and told me that’s they were backed up and he doesn’t know when he can get to me. The store had 3 customers only and the register line was completely empty. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

The lady (Store Manager) was too rude and she don’t know how to treat customers. She asked a guy to check our bags, don’t know what made her to do this. It was a big insult and we now realised why the rating for this store is less. Never go to Office Depot in my life. Very bad staff.
