I came in wanting to print some papers from both a binded physical book and an email. He was kind enough to chop off off the binding so I could used the help yourself printing machines. I thought all was well until my papers printed out weird... well not all of them. I know the gentleman in the printing center was not amused by my lack of abilities, but he ended up printing my papers for me. I appreciate you and again thank you!

Ive lived here for 20 years and I have avoided this Staples since the first couple of times I went- lousy selection, poor customer service. However, my wife bought a chair there because my son found it online. She needed a copy of the receipt for a warranty claim. Only the Manager could do it and she might as well been asking him if she could give him a prostate exam. She had to wait in line and when she got the the register, there were 3 people in line behind her and he very rudely made her sit to the side until there were no customers. When he finally graced her with his attention, it took no longer than any other customer. There was no civility, no thanking her for being a Staples customer, he just handed it to her and went about his business. He wasnt wearing a name tag, only a hoody but he was the manager of the store at noon on 5/2/21.

First time at staples and most likely the last time.Placed an order online for a chair which was supposed to be ready for pickup at this location in an hour. I got confirmation email with order number. I show up at the store to pickup and a ride lady tells me the the order was cancelled and didn’t know why. She suggested I call their 800 number which I did from the store. Explained on the phone that I am at the store to pickup and don’t know why the order was cancelled. The rep told me that I can only buy that at a local store and suggested I go to one. Obviously, the rep wasn’t paying attention that I had just mentioned that I am at a local store to pickup. The lady at the store didn’t even bother to check if they had that chair that I could just but since my order my cancelled for reason that I never found out why. I basically, told the rep that I can see Best Buy across the street and I will just go there and buy a gaming chair.Classic example of a poor customer service.

Very friendly customer service and huge parking lot. Cool factor about this location is you can sign up for TSA PRE-Check for 85$ and you can walk in it make an appointment on TSA WEBSITE. Website makes it’s faster since you get to enter information.

Ive enjoyed shopping at this Staples for a long while. The service is good and the selection of available items is very good. Whether Im looking for paper, pens, pencils, notebooks or calendars, or general office supplies, they have always served my needs well. The wait times for purchases are fast and the parking is good.

I just started my own business and began using this store for business cards after having a poor experience with an online-based printing company. Staples’ print products are always consistent and excellent quality. If something doesn’t come out as I expected, they’re happy to make it right. Great customer service.

Customer had to ask if we had to wait until all those boxes had been shipped ... After a mean look from the customer the young lady said ... YesCould have taken the quick letters and then went back to the hour long shipping of the boxes ... Gone to the USPS

If you are trying to get information over the phone, good luck ! Called 4 times today tried 3 different departments and no answer, held and listened to music for 10 minutes(3 times) then sounds like someone picks up and there is no one there.

It can be hard to find what youre looking for, and the staff isnt really walking the store (when you ask for help, they are helpful). Its clean and has good items for sale. There is a good selection to pick from.

I stop in at this Staples because it is on the way home, but I never really seem to find what I am looking for there. The clerks dont seem to know the inventory of the store very well either.Granted, office supplies are nothing to get excited about but I always leave somewhat disappointed.

Ordered college ruled notebooks online for in-store pickup. Went in the evening and the store was not as busy but all employees were busy cleaning up. No one paid any attention to me standing by the pick up sign. Finally someone did...got me my order. 7 out of 10 were wrong kind of notebooks. It took additional 10 mins to get the right kind. I thought online purchase was supposed to save time ...not at Staples.

I purchased a pack of 500 business cards and a lot are cut differently (logo cut off at different points). I pointed this out to the representative and she said many customers get upset with the online template. It was cut different, not the template. Reordering my business cards somewhere else. I do purchase office supplies/electronics here and had no problems with that...

If you go to the IdentoGo office there, do not believe what they tell you. They told me it will be less than a week to get my TSA PreCk and now I find out that it will be 30-45 days for them to complete the background. So if you are traveling in less than 45 days from the day you complete the on-site checking, do not bother because you will not get it. TSA is also not helpful at all, I called and all they said was the same thing I get when I do it myself via the website.

This is not my regular store but I was in the area, had a return and needed ink for my printer. I was also turning in several (at least 10) printer cartridges for recycling/credit. I asked the woman checking me out if she needed my rewards number and she said she took it from the receipt from my return. Usually I get an email right away from Staples saying they had received my cartridges and a debit card for X amount will be arriving soon. I waited a few weeks and didnt hear from them. Logged into my account online and there is no record of this Staples taking my cartridges that night. I hate to assume the worst in a person but I wont be back to this Staples ever.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. I needed to print flyers for my lost kitten. I ran into Staples 20 mins to closing. I was beyond frazzled, on the verge of tears already. My flash drive wasnt working with the self-serve printer, so I frantically looked for any employee to help me. I eventually found one (5 mins to closing at this time). She then went on to tell me that she hates cats, and my cat looks like every other cat shes seen and that I probably wont find him. (First of all... Who does that?). Her computer/register shut down because it was now 1 minute to closing, so she printed my flyers and gave them to me. I tried to pay, but she said just take them. My computer was a pain in the ass, and you were a pain in the ass. I had just lost my kitten... Just a little kindness would have gone a long way.I would have paid triple for the flyers if I could have avoided the treatment I received. I will NEVER go to this store again.

Worst experience in this Staples store #0560. Went to buy a laptop with Staples credit card that I opened 1 day back. As per commercial store credit card policy like Kohls, Staples etc. if u open credit card in store & want to use the card till u get ur physical card, the card number that u got during opening & photo Id is req to process payment. In this store the sales representative in Tech & Mobility name Sunil, talking about policy & harassing me for almost 2 hours even when the Staples manager of Market Place Blvd where I opened the card called the representative Sunil twice with all the information require to process payment. This representative bluffed me & the manager of the previous store for hours & told me that Citi bank is not willing to process payment because he talked to them.When I requested this representative to give me the Citi bank number & called the credit card dept. they told me that the payment CAN be processed without card after my verification which is completed within 5 mins. The Citi bank representative then walk through the representative how to process the payment without physical card which took just 10-15 mins because the representative DO NOT know the process of processing payment without card & to cover that up was not willing to help me & instead giving me advice of policy & loss & prevention.Staples is a big company but need to make sure the quality of representative & other process in helping the customers rather than harassing them uniformly, where the quality of representative including the manager in Market place Blvd. IS TOO GOOD & HELPFUL while the representative in Tech & Mobility in Alpharetta store is not.
