My kids love it here!! Always so friendly and loving.My kids come in happy to go here and are greeted with love everyday!They actually have a app that allows the teachers to send you pictures of your child throughout the day. Also the app allows you to have direct communication with the teachers which I love. If I ever have a question or concerned I get a answer within minutes from my childs teacher or office staff. I will not takes my children anywhere else. We love Kid City Douglas!

This facility is great if you want to bring your child or toddler to a place where they could learn and grow. The staff is always responsive and respectful of any concerns that I may have. My son is 3 years old and his teachers Ms.Ty and Ms. Faith are amazing!! The owner Betty is wonderful and very hands on with the staff and children. In addition, Mariah and Sabrina are always attentive and great with my son. I leave my son there knowing he is well taken care of and his needs are being met in my absence! I love the app that sends me pictures and messages throughout the day! Thank you Kids City USA!!

My daughter loves this place she learns so much and makes friends. The staff treats her so sweet and kind. The staff is so nice and attentive. For our first childcare adventure I’m glad I chose Kids City USA DOUGLAS!!

My kids have been at this school for the last two years. Management has changed, but during my darkest moments... they have been very patient with me when it came to making payments, allowing me to get caught up when it mattered the most. My daughter is two years old and knows a lot at her age. They have been potty training her, which has been amazing! My son has had a few issues here and there with his temperament but we have sat down and straighten those matters out. I have known Stacey since high school and the other girls have always been upfront, honest, and patient - even when I was not a pleasant person to deal with. I am saying all of that to say that my kids don’t come home with any marks, bumps, or bruises. Everyone is extremely transparent and they are always open to talk about misunderstandings. These women run a tight ship and they teach these kids in ways that help with visual learners - like my son.

I love how safe I feel when my kids are here! The staff is friendly and professional. Great communication from staff and owners. The owners are actively involved, and constantly working to make improvements on the facility. They are clean, organized, and the extra precautions being taken during covid give me peace of mind. I also love the app they use to stay in communication with parents throughout the day with ease. Thank you Kid City!!

If I could give no stars I would. I did not want to make a review without facts to make sure people know this is not the place for your child. My son ended up with a bump on his head from school, they were not able to provide me with any information on how it happened. One of the teachers said “ it probably happened when I was changing diapers but he didn’t cry.” Betty the owner offered ice like that was going to fix the problem that no one know what happened to my child’s forehead. She offered to allow my child’s father to watch video at the facility. But when my child’s father came in to watch video. There was an issue. I quote “ it could take days to fast forward to get there “ stated Betty. But Betty made it a point to mention “ we have high definition cameras.” The first issue was that she could not put the video on the computer, she could only watch from her phone. Also if it’s high definition why can’t I fast forward in a timely manner. Doesn’t make sense when they make it a point in the manual to mention they have cameras in all of the rooms. Not to mention there has been times I show up with no one in the front to watch who is coming in. That is extremely dangerous. Mariah barely wants to speak when you have entered the facility. All together they do not watch your child, horrible customer service, and no up to date cameras. Please please please parents please report them to the BBB if you experience any issues with them like I have.

Kid City is absolutely the best school to bring your kids to. My boys love coming to school and are always telling me what they did when i pick them up. This is a beautiful school and the teachers treat the kids like they are their own. Ms. Betty is an amazing director that is willing to work with any family no matter their situation. I always have a sense of security and a peace of mind when i drop my boys off. i wouldnt trust my kids to any other school. Thank you Kid City USA Douglas Ave.

We Has been attending kid city forever five years you’ve always been very nice and courteous and knowledgeable they give our Child a ride to school and then back to Kansas City every day he enjoys staying for a while after school to play with the other children and has a great time I would recommend Kissimmee to any family that needs help with Daily childcare they get five thumbs up from us Jim and Diane adler

My children have been going to Kid City USA Douglas for almost 2 years now the staff is amazing both of my children love it there I have never experienced any problems or experienced any issues my kids are very happy there they cant wait to go to school they ask to go to school even on the weekends the staff there are so loving and caring they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they ensure your child safety if you looking for a quality place to take your little ones look no further you found it Miss Betty goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and so does Sabrina and Mariah the teachers even provide you with updates throughout a app and pictures detailing your child day love love love this preschool ❤❤❤❤❤

I would highly recommend this daycare. The staff is amazing and seems to really care about their children. It is also clean which is very important to me. As a teacher myself, the curriculum is on par with where VPK should be.

This is the first day care that I actually loved too work at everyone treated me like family and cared about the issues I was going through the environment was Soo good and nice and clean Betty was an amazing director and boss she did everything for the kids and staff shes amazing person all together I miss working there ♥️♥️♥️

This Place is a Rip Off!!!!! First of all the school is mediocre... over crowed and a bit chaotic. (kids all over the place often unattended) but that’s not my issue with them... but these people will tell you that you didn’t make your payment... and when you show them proof that you have made a payment they say “oh our system is messed up”. The owner (can’t think of her name) is a total air head. I payed the last week of school and the first week of summer camp. This woman took my payment of $150 even though she knew there was no more room in the summer camp program for my son. And when I asked for my money back she told me that I was behind and would only write me a check for $45. Are you Serious!!!! I’m disputing this with my credit card company right now. But I’m writing to this to warn other single moms that this place will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

They are amazing with my 6 month old baby girl Ellie! I am a first time mom and probably over paranoid and the staff make me feel totally at ease leaving her with them. I couldnt have asked for better care for my angel. Thank you guys for everything you do!

I would not recommend this child care facility to anyone. At first glance it appears to be a nice center and most of the teachers there seem to be nice and friendly along with the directors/owners. But the place is absolutely CHAOTIC!!!! The kids have no structure and theyre running around everywhere, no one seems to be learning anything. It is very loud and out of control and no one seems to know whats going on!!! I was not impressed AT ALL!!! :(

I would not recommend this school to no one, these people are emotionless to kids, only show up to work for parents money 😐. Parents always arguing at the front desk about their kid not being treated the way they should.They wright up your kid for every thing.Place is so over crowded and very Chaotic.I actually saw a teacher wrestle a child by detaining him, my child got hit by a teacher......trust me this school needs invention!!!!!.I could go on and on but you get my point.GO AT YOUR OWN RISK
