A fantastic facility where I feel my daughter is safe, cared for and enjoys attending. The teachers are extremely loving and devoted. They’re communicative and particularly communicative in the infant room.

As a mom of 3 little ones this is a great place to bring them. My son loves attending the preschool and his indoor soccer and sports classes. Also I love the morning magic program that I take my 2 year old and 9 month old it gets them out of the house and they learn and play something new every week. It’s a great place too just to get the kids out of the house for a little while to play they even have a toddler room and small gym for the your younger kids too.

The staff at O2B is like family!!! We joined when they first opened and it was a big transition for our little princess. The staff was amazing, caring for her as of if she was their own. Each day when I pick her up, she never wants to leave so we usually stay and play. I don’t think you could find a better child care facility, that also includes all of her extra curricular activities. O2B and their staff are truly one in a million!

From the first day my daughter attended morning magic not only did my daughter fall in love but so did I. The staff is very friendly and competent. The variety of classes included is amazing for the price; its very affordable! The only downside that I have experienced so far is being wait listed for classes that my daughter really wanted to participate in but I dont think that will be much of a problem once they add more classes. We attend the Altamonte location.

O2B is an amazing childcare facility that offers plenty of extra curricular activities for children of all ages to do. From day one my son has loved coming here. His teachers go above and beyond every day to make each day special. He is always excited to go and talks about his teachers and friends well after we are home for the night. Couldn’t have picked a better place!

I used to be an employee there at first experience was amazing until my further employment at the job. My boyfriend and I worked together but in different areas but apparently it seemed to be a big problem and some of the higher positions of employment were talking ill of him and I. After I resigned one of the supervisors had the audacity to talk ill of me to my younger brother and threaten him to not say anything to me. I will tolerate being treated like that because I am older but to talk to a child like that is not OK the supervisors name is Jamilia. This was not professional how foolish is she to think she could get away with that. I will be contacting Buzz.

I am impressed with the idea and concept, but not the execution.Positives: nice staff, clean for the most part, clean bathrooms, a good variety for the kids.Negatives: my biggest issue is organization and lack of substance. Why are there toys just everywhere? Legos here, clothes there, dishes and food a mess, etc..No staff cleaning up and keeping it kept up. You have this gold mind of opportunity and what are you doing with it? The place was disappointing for 15 bucks...and you want me to have a membership for 50 bucks. I think not. Franchise owner needs to reevaluate staff.Try having staff check the floor and rooms at least 1x an hour. Sanitizing buckets. Rotate toys, add more to areas...But concept is excellent and i can only speak for the free play area not classes or anything

I must say just like other post I’ve read the concept and idea of the school is great but management and staff need a redo. They are unorganized, lack communication skills between each other and parents, and when push comes to shove they lie in their favor.Let me start by stating, my child is not perfect, no child is. Some days he can be more difficult than others. However, while his difficulties are not consistent or towards others. I was treated as a parent with disregard for their childs issues at school, and who is incapable of disciplining their child, by the facilitys management Shannon and Nancy. For a child who was stated to be the smartest kid in the class, we were quickly kicked to the curb by management. The director Shannon has no psychiatric background or masters in early childhood education to believe she could diagnose a child (which they seem to enjoy doing) and when called out on a lie will continue to lie in her favor regardless of what proof you have. As for the first class my son was in (Angie) he was picked up multiple times with soiled clothes whether it was a number 1 or 2 I could smell it upon entering the room. I always provided 3 changes of clothes for him. I picked him up with a BM that looked like it was there for hours, dried and stuck to his rear. When expressing my frustration and disapproval of the situation to the preschool director (Nancy) all I was offered was an apology no additional training was offered to the teacher no action was taken towards the teacher. Luckily my son has never had a rash from being left that way.Believe me, I get it - at the end of the day, this is a business. However, some of us take this very personal, especially as we entrust our children with your care and guidance day-in and day-out. My child enjoyed this school, some of his teachers, and his friends. But this school gave up on him and abandoned the opportunity to support him in his growth, development, and future. This is unforgivable and I urge parents to greatly consider every aspect of this place before deciding to leave your beloved children here.

My family and I love going to o2b kids in altamonte springs. The atmosphere there is amazing. The staff is genuinely nice and caring which allows my family to feel safe and completely comfortable every time we go. The classes that o2b kids offer are wonderful additions to our homeschool schedule. The teachers do great with interacting with my children. I love the way they give notes allowing us to know what our children have accomplish that day and how theyre progressing. I believe this was a wonderful choice for our family 😁

My Daughter was a member here for some time and she LOVED it, as did I. The Morning Magic shows and classes are worth the cost of the membership alone. The Art classes, Erica with the gymnastics- she is exceptional, and the reading time was something we both looked forward to every week. I was home for a while before I went back to work and O2B saved us. I would even invite my other friends who had toddlers and their children and they all Loved it as well so I had her 4th birthday party here. I really cant say enough good things about my experience. Im giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because: (1) The afternoons when the older children are out of school is absolute chaos so unfortunately our membership, for my childs age, is best used in the mornings. If you have to work M-F, that only leaves Sat. and Sunday and a membership wouldnt be worth it. (2) The times for classes for small children should be earlier and they are cancelled much to often. If the best time to use the membership for small children, i.e. 1-4 y.o., is the mornings and early afternoons, the classes should be at those times as well. Maybe days when their isnt a Morning Magic show. (3) The Daycare Part-Time Schedule is not as reasonable as other comparable child care facilities and the price point isnt as competitive.

I relocated to the Altamonte Springs area in August of 2017. My first contact with O2B was the with the Oviedo location. I was super excited, however, due to transportation I was unable to visit. Last week I noticed that O2B opened in Altamonte Springs. I sent a web inquiry, then called to no avail. In a moms group on FB I see the GM, Michelle inviting a mom to visit so I pvt messaged her and she seems really nice on the phone and set up an appointment for me to come in with my son at 530 pm today (6/18/18). I arrived at 5:20pm. When I walked up to the guest counter, I advised the young lady that I had spoken to Michelle and she we made a 530pm appt. I was told Michelle had just left but that another lady would be available to help and to please have a seat. I did so, and I was patient as I could see there was ALOT of commotion as parents were picking up their children. Not very organized I might add. Anyhow, after about 25 minutes waiting, I see the young lady who attended me grab her purse and leave. She didnt even come up to me to advise me of my wait or who would see me. So I waited another 15 minutes when I inquired again. All I was told is that the person who was going to help was with another family. At this point I left and and contacted Michelle regarding my disappointment in the wait/dismissal manner of my visit. Here is the punch line. Michelle advise me that she was there until 5:45 waiting for ME? Really? funny, I believe if she were waiting for me and she would have asked about my arrival, she would have known that there a parent waiting. If management can lie and employees have no communication, I wonder how my child would be treated if he needed something or if an incident were to occur how would management handle it? I am not on over sensitive individual but being dismissed as if my inquiry nor my time was not important made me think twice about enrolling my son to this facility. I must agree with another review, concept seems great but execution and management of the facility really needs a uhaul.

We have been members for almost a year and am so happy that we found this amazing place. They offer so much that no one else does. Our favorite part aside from all the amazing teachers and personnel is that our daughter can take as many classes that she wants in one location and for one price. We used to have to pick and choose activities but now she can do them all. In one week she does jazz, cheerleading, hip hop, tumble, gymnastics, art around the world, chemistry cooks, o2b glee, Hogwartz, and Keyboarding. They have quite a few classes to choose from but those were our daughters favorite this session. As you can she she does a lot, and a low weekly cost and being able to stay in one location for all of those classes is priceless. They also offer summer camp and extended day for after school. The convenience will only grow when my son is old enough to start taking classes also! Also a huge shout out to all the amazing teachers like Roberta, Natalie, Caleb, Raqeul, Jazmine, Jasmine, Spidey, and Danielle. All the front office staff are amazing too and Sheena and Erica are amazing fun counselors that assist with any questions I have.
