I am so thankful for kinderoo. First off I came in right before my daughter turned 3. They completely potty trained her and gave me all the tools I needed to succeed at home. Also, my daughter suffered from behavior issues. They helped me to do the paperwork to get a great therapist to come into the school and work with her 1 on 1. It’s really changed our lives. Another thing is the teachers actually love each of these kids. My babygirl comes home and is singing songs, months of the year, days of the week etc. Thank you for all that you teachers have done for my family and I. You deserve a raise;)

Great School with Amazing empathetic teachers and administrator, Mrs Kayla and Mrs Sandra are truly amazing, they are truly caring teachers. My son is my WORLD and it takes a lot to earn my trust with him, he was a premee and sometimes requires a lot of patience, they both go OVER AND BEYOND with him, I wouldnt take him anywhere else!!!!

My son has been going here for almost a year, but as of the last few months its gone completely down hill.No daily reports, no idea what he eats and when he ate. No artwork, what does he do all day? What is he learning? No pictures, only a few here and there of certain kids on social media.We pay $200 a week and have no idea what our son does at daycare. He seems as though they are/were short staffed... but thats not an excuse. We are looking at other daycares that are the same price and offer everything this place does not. We will be changing daycares asap.Today my son was sent home AGAIN. This time for having pink-eye in which he does not have. We took him to the doctor again. I lost my job because I was constantly getting calls to pick up our son for a runny nose etc. Our son is constantly getting sick from this daycare, he is never around any other children.Our son is constantly coming home with marks and injuries with no incident report (see photos). When I left voicemails for Ms. Sandra I never got a call back. Funny they can call me to pick up my son for no reason, but they cant call me when he is injured. He has a nice scar on his eye from months ago thats permanent and there was no report written up.When I spoke to the director, Ms. Sandra about our concerns, she seems to not care at all and has no plans to resolve our issues or fix things. Stated she is okay if I leave a review and file a complaint.To be continued...

Honestly being a first time parent my son is still enrolled in the daycare and I can’t express how happy I am to have met Riley. She is the most happiest and understanding person I know in this daycare. She loves my son as if he were hers. My son enjoy spending time with her daughter and everytime my son see her he gets excited runs to her and hugs her.

I felt very uncomfortable with this childcare, the price was very reasonable compared to other childcare’s but they are cheap for a reason! They have one teacher in a room with over 20 kids and their was times when a kid would press the button so I can go in, their was only one teacher their name Ms.Grissel that was amazing! In fact, that was the only reason why I left my son their a little longer until I was able to find a different place! Ms. Grissel was very loving and is well educated, but as for the other teachers they are mean, they yell at kids and they have other younger kids taking care of the little ones and the teachers are not certified, I also saw a few times when they were cleaning the table with a rag they would use the same rag to clean a kid face with it and go to the next kid face and go back to the table. They are nasty! Once Grissel left and I found another place, I was gone ! If you can spend a little more the. Avoid going here! They don’t care! They only want your money!!!!

I can only share my experience:My children have been attending Kideroo for about 2 months and although they had a rough start due to previous negative experiences with daycares, they have adjusted well.They know their teachers by first names (low turn over rate) and they have been in a few different rooms with a few different caregivers, all of which have all been professional, caring and experienced in childcare.The academy has adapted a successful routine of basic care and learning. As a result, my oldest has become outgoing and more confident in social interactions and personal capabilities. He loves doing homework. Has excelled in language and math basics. And barely acknowledges me at drop off, running to his teacher and eager to participate in whatever activity his classmates are engaged in.My youngest has shown increasing awareness of how his behaviour can impact persons and situations, resulting in an emphatic and loving child. He has become quite articulate and enjoys summarizing his day in school to everyone in our family. He is proud to show off all his artwork and projects from his classroom.The director (Angela) is always pleasant and accommodating. My husband and I look forward to seeing continuous positive results. I am grateful for this daycare.

In response to some of the negative reviews i have read about my 2 daughters favorite daycare,I find it very hard to believe .This preschool surpassed my expectations , My daughters love it,They love their teachers and being there,The staff is very helpful every time i needed assistance , so i am very surprised at the negative feedbackAll and all, great school, great teachers.Thank you for taking good care of my kids

Even though I drive almost 45 minutes I dont regret a bit. WE LOVE IT!!! My baby smiles all the way with his teacher. He loves it. 💚💙

Honestly one of the best preschools in the area. I have 3 kids here and they absolutely love it. The teachers are very attentive to my children and their safety and I totally recommend this preschool to everyone.

DO NOT send your child to this facility. The only teacher there who actually shows a genuine love and care for the children is ms.Carmen. The front office is a MESS. The director has no idea what shes doing. There have been multiple times where she tacked on unknown fees and charges- has missed payments on the printouts- to make it seem as though there was missing payments. She is unprofessional and doesnt carry herself well AT ALL. If you deal specifically with her you wouldnt even feel comfortable leaving your child in the building at all. She is trash, and so is this facility. Very rude and unfriendly staff once you do a few pop ups without them knowing. ESPECIALLY the director. Dont waste your money on this unruly place

My son started attending Kinderoo for after school care in 2013. He enjoys being there and has nothing but good things to say about the staff. He was full time over the summer and as a parent I was very impressed with all of the organized outings that took place. It felt good to know that my child was enjoying his summer rather than being bored in a day care setting.

My god, what a dramafest! So much back and forth putting the business of parents on the web how disgraceful! I see a lot of reviews about the director not knowing what shes doing and since my only experience with this place was that they allowed a person with no parental or custodial rights to admit a child a child I know only to end up calling the father because the person had no arranged way to pick the child up on time and that was how the father found out that the child was even at the daycare but they are taking the child in without any permission of signatures from actual parents... and after finding out that they did this they just put pressure on making sure paperwork out signed so they actually had the right to have the child attend... I still considered admitting my baby here but Im glad I read the reviews first. I find it funny I see that someone named cocaine rain give a one-star review and probably didnt read comments so that they couldnt be identified since apparently this daycare loves to get DCF involved and put parents on blast and the director responded to try to get that person to a library but they didnt make that response to any of the other one star reviews that didnt have comments. My goodness what I have seen in these reviews and she certainly says a lot about the people running this daycare center. Thank God for Google.

Seeking daycares just moved in the area, but these back and forth reviews with an employee is so unprofessional. I won’t consider this place based on that alone. I say this to have the owner consider getting this mess removed because if your a decent center you will lose people business.

My son was 10 months old and went there for about 6 months. At first it seemed ok, but my son needed some extra help with eating and using his utensils. I asked the teacher why he kept coming home with a dirty shirt and she said oh, he does not hold his silverware correctly and I have other children to tend to. I brought this to the owner, Angelas attention and she stated, oh he should not be coming home with a dirty shirt. Red flag, In my eyes my sons development is way more important than a dirty shirt. The last week my son was there, he fell and hit his head..they let my mother pick him up and did not explain anything that happened. My mom walked back in and had to wait for 20 mins while they went around a created an incident report, once completed..it stated he fell and bumped his head. That is very vague and I was not given any details from a teacher. None the less I am happy that he no longer attends school there. I wrote the owner a letter expressing my concerns and received no response, I would not recommend this daycare. Hopefully my review is useful when parents are choosing a daycare for their children.

This place was great for my daughter she just completed the vpk program and did very well. Ms aura and ms. Carmen were great teachers.

To clarify the post that Mrs Spann wrote, DCF was not called on you because of that one in particular day. DCF was called because a staff member and a parent witnessed you almost run your own child over in the parking lot. Not once but twice. Mrs Spann two times put two of her kids in the car, failed to put them in proper restraints, and the older child wasn’t even in when she began to back up at unsafe speeds almost running him down. To top that off, everyday the two older children have verbally expressed them selves about how their mother never feeds them and they come in starving. She came in late with her youngest one time with a slurpee and it was clear that is the only thing he had all day. So the staff gave him food and he ate three plates and was crying for more. So “ mamma bear” DCF was called on you for not being such a good momma bear. And Mrs rose was not the one who called DCF so if you are going to make a post at least have your facts correct. It’s funny how she was so unhappy at kinderoo but yet her husband was begging the director to let the kids stay. After DCF was called on her she continued to bring her kids to us for a little over a month afterwards. I’ve seen a lot of bad parents but this woman pushed me to my breaking point.

Hello my name is Shalisa Kelly I have worked in daycare on and off for the last 16 years. I have worked at Kinderoo in particular for several years. I have 3 beautiful daughters who attend this daycare. The care my children receive makes me feel confident And comforted to leave them in someone else’s care when I am unable to be with them. I’d like to address Mr Alacan’s comments below as this is not his first or even second time of slandering my employment and myself. First I’d like to say this is personal and I prefer to try and keep my life personal but obviously Mr Alacan is going to continue to keep posting things about me as this is his third time. I am a victim of domestic violence. In this day and age verbal, physical, mental, and emotional abuse seem to be all over the place. I seem to attract these sort of men like a magnet. I have had issues with my current husband in which I received assistance from CPS to ensure my daughters and my own safety. I don’t think that needs to be announced yet it keeps popping up on this review page by a man who continues to mess with me, thus my addressing Mr alacan as he is the father of my oldest daughter. After I removed myself from that relationship for my own safety and sanity Mr Alacan disappeared from my daughters life for over five years then decided one day to show back up. My daughter at 7 years old had to meet her father and had to start having regular visitation and split coustody regardless of her wishes. It’s been a huge personal challenge for my whole family having him back in the picture as he doesn’t pay his child support, drives on a suspended license and is just the type to let’s just say not do things the right way. He is very vindictive and combative. These reviews he keeps posting are not something he just does to me, but my father and other husband as well. He does not stop at my family, he does this to his own family as well! I’d hate for this mans immaturity, boredom or simply his personal vendettas to effect these wonderful women I work with or even someone like you the reader who is just trying to find a place where you can feel comfortable to entrust your babies. I can ensure that we love all of our kids as if they were our own. In fact many of us have our own children and grandchildren here because this is the only place we know for a fact our babies are being cared for by people who will go above and beyond with the care they give to these children. Kinderoo is more then a daycare. We are a family and we care about each other and our children. We pay attention to the little things. We actually listen to our children because we know they’re emotional needs are important and their observations are not to be dismissed. We are not perfect but no one is. We are human with the instinct to take care of our young and that should be the primary focus of these reviews, just saying.

This started out as what I “THOUGHT” was a great daycare for my kids and turned into a complete nightmare. It all came about because I had a funeral and brought my kids in at 11 instead of 9am, When I came in I was questioned why I brought them in late and I just felt it was inappropriate being that I had to pay for my care. I stood for about 2 minutes as the owner and my 2 year olds teacher complained about them coming in late and then the two year old teacher reached for my child aggressively trying to get him from my arms. At this point I turned into mama bear and wasn’t having it got all my kids and left after telling them about what a terrible place they were and addressing her trying to grab my son in that manor, I was livid. The very next morning dcf Was banging on my door, I am not kidding. This crazy woman called DCF on me Because I addressed them aggressively trying to reach for my child and because I said somethings they didn’t like. Dcf has no findings and completly closed the case same day and when I addressed this with the owner all she talked about was the fact I put up a google review on her, Even though she didn’t know I had already been informed on who had done it and it was done by mrs rose who works in the facility. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. The only decent teachers are mrs Carmen in vpk and mrs Giselle the rest are terrible including the owner. And to top everything off my sons teacher was so upset that they did that when I picked my kids up she pulled me outside so the staff could not hear her and told me I should sue them and she would be willing to speak on it as long as her name did not get involved because it was so wrong what they did, She begged me to keep my son there until vpk was over so he would be ready for kindergarten. I also have videos of my sons hair being ripped out with dirt in it, Multiple bite marks that where not reported and horrible diaper rash from where they don’t change them and then they will say did u know they had a diaper rash. if they potty before parents pick up if that room was already closed, My kids came home everyday crying saying they were still hungry because they gave them a sandwich. My kids eat real food not sandwiches and chips, That does not fill them up, and every single morning they give cereal. Never anything nutritious just cereal. Mark my words and read the reviews the only good ratings are the owner and staff adding ratings. Be careful, Very unprofessional

Ive heard nothing but horror stories about this place. Inappropriate behaviors and the owner could give 2 craps. Horrible.

Worst experience ever. They dont know how to care for a special needs student and when i brought that up to their attention they didnt even care. The owner doesnt care about your childs safety what so ever. I wasted money on this place. Dont ever bring your child here!

Its rather unfortunately what Niki Z stated earlier, but that was not my experience over the last 9 years, since around 2005. We took our oldest when she was around 2.5yrs until 6 yrs old and our 2nd oldest from 2 months until maybe 2.5yrs. We only stopped taking them because we moved from to over 20 minutes away (30 with traffic) and of course they didnt pick up from elementary schools that far.The wife & I recently had our third child and decided to make the trip back to our old daycare, even though we had been using ones nearby. We just felt more comfortable with Angela (the owner) and her staff to take care of our newborn.We always receive tons of feedback from the staff, anything from our oldest hiding under tables to our newborn daily papers showing naptimes, feedings, amounts, etc. I remember when one kid bit our kid (crap happens), we received a note and Angela or the staff told us all about it.Angela has always cheery with her still-not-lost-english accent greeting us hi and goodbye. Weve always felt welcome and always felt more than comfortable with our babies in their care.

Great daycare, my 4 kids loved it, clean and friendly staff. I reccomend this daycare for everyone!

Do not take your child to this daycare. The owner is incompetent, has no idea how to manage the facility, staff or accounting and her attitude towards parents? Wow disgusting.. Half the teachers are not certified to perform the tasks they are made to do. Kids are being bullied and nothing is done about it. This place is appalling! It doesnt even deserve a 1 rating!!

This place is ran with no class. Im mortified by the owners responses and lack of professionalism. Should have a negative star rating.
