I feel really good about the care they provide for my son; I know that he is safe and well cared-for while they are watching him. Staff are friendly and it almost feels like we are leaving him with family. The only unpleasantness I have experienced with this company is with the billing office; their impersonal approach makes it feel like they grew too quickly and let corporate greed outweigh good customer service. Aside from that, very happy with the care they provide.

My son attended the Jewel Lake site for preschool, and also dropped in a few times as a schoolager. The teachers are friendly and happy to see us each day we visit, and he has a great time throughout the day.

The staff is very friendly. My child loves going there everyday, she is as happy when I pick her up as she is when drop her off.

To whom it may concern... i can only speak of the jewl lake location as my daughter went there for two years. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE!. The place has a very bad odor of urine, the parking lot is also terrible... Carol (manager of the jewl lake location) lacks in customer service and management skillz. They run through “teachers” almost weekly and do not teach your kids anything which is very dissapointing givin its name as an early learning center. It was the first daycare i had taken my daughter too and i did not know what i was missing until i left, the ammount of bad habbits and behaviors my daughter developed there made it hard for her to adjust to her new daycare and also was causing problems at home. There was also an obvious lack of supervision as everytime i dropped her off or picked her up the “teachers” were just sitting there. I can count on one hand the ammount of times i saw them engaging in activitys with the kids. When i finally put two and two together and got her out of there they also charged me extra dispite giving them the two week notice saying if you so not end it at the end of the month they charge you the daily rate instead of monthly. It was a very unpleasant way to end what was a very bad daycare to begin with... i wish i had looked around before enrolling my daughter here...

The staff at Bright Beginnings are awesome my daughter has been attending the jewel Lake site for over a year now and if I could tell you one great thing about Bright Beginnings is that they truly care about the children

My oldest attends this location and its perfect for her! Teachers and other staff are really patient with her and helps her with anything she may need while in the centers care.

The employees are thiefs LACY , they order service (Taxi) and dont pay for it her manager TASHA says she cant do anything about it and it seems like when you talk to the company they cant help you either. So DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
