Very helpful and friendly staff. I had to get prints which were not ready and they were able to print the job right away for me. In fact for self service section also help was just one step away and got it right on time.Google maps don’t direct you the right spot and you end up parking adjacent to it, so we have to keep that on mind.

Office Depot should be so thankful to have a manager of a store, care as much as this one did. I won’t mention names, but her regional was also of the same caliber The store manager made everything more than all right and as I repeated to the regional, she needs a spot in corporate because you just don’t find people like her who legitimately care about people and her company like she does.Had it not been for her persistence to make things right, Office Depot would be on my list of “never again” but she alone (with some input from regional) restored my faith in commitment to the customer!

The date was 07/09/18. Just after realizing that the nearby target did not supply what I needed(composition notebook with graph paper), I decided that the next appropriate and close place would be the office depot. Upon my arrival, I read their hours and saw that it was 10 minutes before the store closed. If I wasnt in such a hurry to get what I needed, I might have turned around because I know that after a long work day, it can sometimes be difficult to see a customer walk through the door. To my surprise, when I walked in the doorway I was greeted by a smile and a question is there anything I can help you find?. The voice backing the question was one of genuine interest and care for what I was looking for in the store. I informed him on what i was looking to find and he told me an isle number. Not only did I find the product I wanted, but I also found a style I liked with a type of leather backing. At the checkout counter, he and I had a discussion about the switch from office max to office depot and how he has worked at this location before the switch. But what I found incredible, is how I stopped by 10 minutes before close and was still given the same help and interest that someone who came in earlier likely received. On my way out I learned that the employees name was Nicholas. And I really hope this review somehow makes it to him so that he can know how grateful I was that he made a simple trip to the store brighten my night. thank you.

Worst customer care ever

Rude, lazy, and not welcoming

Had a great experience with the printing dept. I had them print and cut our wedding invitations, and they turned out absolutely beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and answered all of my questions about the project beforehand and they allowed us to bring in our own card stock from elsewhere. Communication with Tom was great. Would definitely recommend this location’s printing services. Will definitely return here for my other printing needs.

I use this location mostly for printing services, and I normally do not post negative reviews because I know mistakes happen. However, the number of errors that I have had with my printing it getting ridiculous.Last year I ordered a file to printed back to back, bound, and covered. I received it printed one sided, and the store employee said something to effect of well this will still work, right?This year, same file sent to be printed, bound, and covered. Got my order, only to find the file was just printed printed and did not bind it. In the same order, I also asked for 1 copy of a file that was 10 pages. I got that 1 copy + 9 other copies, which yes more copies is better than not enough, but there seems to be a lack of following directions at this location.I have also found that store employees question the designs on the files that I send to be printed as well. I just seems very odd.

Pam was very informative and knowledgeable about printing and coping. She seemed to have good background in printing and graphics. She was a great help for me.

Was refused print services for my medical issue not wearing a mask. If I could give this place a Zero, I would!

Terrible service. Asked for help with printer and no help, with a terrible attitude.

I needed to have something made up to distribute at a burial. I put it together and brought it on a flash drive. They had several suitable papers tgat could be used for the occasion and they printed out the copies and cut the paper while I waited. Very speedy, one stop deal.

It is nice to go into a store that is not cluttered...I find the prices are competitive, and the have most everything I need.

Only half picked my online order. I told them to cancel my order and it took them a week to refund my account. I wont be ordering with them anymore!

Horrible experience here, send my order online. Then I get a call from an employee saying he doesnt know how to do Tabs that was part of the printing job. He acts like its my job to figure out how to do the tabs, then says hell try. He then proceeded to cancel my order and send it to the Savage location without telling me. I get a text saying its done, I show up at the Apple Valley location only to be told its been transferred and Im out of luck. I will not be using this store ever again, and I wouldnt recommend others do either if you want something actually printed for you.

I have to argue with some of the reviews, I think the printing area is awesome and has creative and knowledgable staff.
