I cant express enough how significant of an impact Grace made on my life. I dont say this lightly.Grace helped me print some documents.I had a weird request but nonetheless she worked diligently on my task.I asked Grace to place the top sheet of what she printed out for me, facing down if she saw man come in and stand beside me.The man did in fact come in, and Grace thoughtfully put the printed items in an appropriate little paper bag that said Staples. Honorably and discrete, Grace displayed not just pride in her job, but a genuine care for a customer (a lost skill on customer service after the pandemic and understandably so)Grace is an MVP. And Staples, I want you to know that. I hope you value her as she valued my privacy today.I am 5 months pregnant. The documents that Grace printed were from the District Attorneys Victims Advocate. Relocation forms.The man that came to stand next to me is the father of my unborn child and the man who has tortured me for the last 2 years.Had Grace not taken the time to delicately handle my absurd request, honestly im not sure if I would be here to write this review.Staples I trust you. I trust whom you choose to hire to thoroughly represent you. You guys are consistent. Reliable and now a significant part of my life journey. Standing ovation for Grace. I hope she wins the lotto.

It is a nice office supply store, located in Jess Ranch Market Place of Apple Valley. I have frequented this establishment many times. I would visit this place to look at the prices of laptops, desks, and other office supplies. The prices, usually were fair. Furthermore, there were days when items were on clearance sale. So, I could purchase those items for cheap prices. Usually, I would purchase storage bins, to store my papers. Definitely, if anyone needs to purchase office supplies, I would recommend to visit any Staples store.

I have been at this Staples several times. They had items, that my family and I have need for our computers. Furthermore, they had office supplies, that were needed daily. Their prices, for these items, are quite fair. They have different inventory items to choose from. Without office inventory, they also have laptop bags, that were needed for my laptops. Furthermore, they also sell office tables and printers. So definitely, for office needs, I would recommend to shop at Staples.

I haven’t been to staples for a while because of a bad incident I had at the Victorville store. I went to the Apple Valley store today and Sherina won me back. She was super helpful, and professional. This is where I will shop for all my office needs.

I needed help to find an item. I was ignored. I waited in line to ask for help and was told if I can find the radio Ill call someone. Waited, no one came. I told cashier who was just standing there Im leaving he said okay.

First, daughter in Texas ordered enlarged poster photo for funeral. It was ready to pick up in Apple Valley the next day! Then needed a family collage done at the last minute and with a downloaded collage that was done in Texas, they printed it out the same day and it was great. Very helpful staff. Maybe need help in self-service because customers needed help taking away staff from printing area.But on the whole, excellent service!! Thank you!😄

They were closing and didnt have very many things left in store.

As a teacher and parent, I usually do back to school shopping at Walmart for lower prices but this year, my daughter and I decided to shop at Staples in Apple Valley. Guess what?! I’ll never shop anywhere else for back to school!!!! It was the Saturday before schools start back and they had amazing prices (rivaling Walmart!), they had pizza, lemonade, snacks and popcorn for customers and employees everywhere to help you find your items. It was such a different and pleasant experience compared to my past experiences at Walmart. The lines were short, items were stocked on the shelves and selection was good. So many sales!!!! They also had a raffle for teachers and free gifts for teachers as we entered the store, which I really appreciated. Staples knows us teachers spend s lot of our own money on our students and they want to recognize that. Customer service in general has always been excellent at this store. One time, a stapler I had bought there for my classroom had come apart and I couldn’t fix it. Since it was an expensive stapler, I took it in to see if they could help me. A nice young man looked it over, did this and that, and fixed my $20 stapler just like that! I was so grateful. Management has really created a culture of kindness and service to the customers and they are to be commended. I really don’t want to go anywhere else for my office and school supply needs!

Its service was great but finding the place was very badd. Cant see the office from the street. I called up they just told me the general area where it was it would been better if they had said Hey its in the High Desert Medical building two doors down on the side.

I give this Staples 5+ stars because of the staff that work here. A lot of my dealings with this Staples has been in the print section (business cards, etc...) and they are really really nice. For some reason, versus other Staples, their print department is always super busy but they are very nice. This Staples is kinda small versus others in the SoCal area - parking is a little tight (being next to a Target). While waiting in line Ive seen the computer tech people be very patient and very nice with customers who need help with their computers.

Worst customer service ever from the Copy and Print center. Went in to have 1 picture to be printed and the 2 workers working today being an older lady and a semi young phillipino worker who went on about talking about there plans didnt get acknowledged until my husband had to ask for some help.We told them we needed 1 pic to be printed and was told they couldnt help because the wait time was 2 hrs due to a large order is in front of us to use the self service when asked for help they called someone else and didnt make eye contact with us. We wee helped by a Sup who was very nice and another nice worker to print the 1 picture. Ill be following up with corporate.

Original email for Staples was running very slow on responding back and Bryce (I think his name was) gave me an alternate email that worked and he was able to print what I needed. Great service...

I just had my important documents shipped there at the UPS section. Im new to the UPS shipping process and I stood there for a while thinking that somebody would come and help me. These ladies for sure knew why I was there since they saw me walk in. Finally this lady came to me and asked me if Im done so I said no. She then showed me how to do the shipping label so I did it and she came back to do the receipt and quote me how much would it cost for next day delivery. She gave me the receipt but I noticed there was a missing name for the attention. I told Im specific with that because it might end up to nowhere as it happened before. She was in a rush like she didnt care what my point is. I came out read my receipt and I dont understand why some letters were changed like MS and it showed STOP in my receipt. As Ive said I wanted to be specific with the names and address so it go to the recipient asap. This ladys got some attitude. Grow up young lady!

I feel sorry for the employees here. They are always understaffed and overworked with faulty equipment thats always breaking down.Mary is printing is a miracle worker. I feel sorry for the employees that are excellent with customer service. They are always pressed against the wall with the faulty corporation b.s. OMG, please! Give your employees what they need to succeed! Stop treating them so poorly.I have bittersweet thoughts about giving Staples a high ranking. I want to give the staff a 5. And the upper management/corporation a 1. Its only that high because of the quality of staff in thier store.I hate going here. Its always a tragedy.Please have some integrity Staples and start taking care of those who take care of you so well!

I went to print a resume and they charge when you are using their computer by the minute now i spent my little bit of money and didnt have enough time so i wasted my time and money because i couldnt finish the time given

This is the WORST Staples I have ever been to. The staff have absolutely no care for not only their customers or job but no compassion for another human being. They are obviously more concerned with getting off work on time then extending a hand of humanity to someone in a time of need. I went in there on mothers day to have pamphlets printed for MY MOTHERS FUNERAL which was the next day. They told me I couldnt have it done because they were going to be closing in 30 minutes and theres two print jobs ahead of me. I asked the girl at the counter if I could talk to the manager, I told him my situation. Its mothers day, I have my daughter with me, we just drove 2 hrs to get here, I need to have these printed for my mothers funeral tomorrow morning, is there anything you can do to help me? Obviously he had no heart or care because he said no, they HAD to close the store. There was no apology, no trying to help the situation, his only concern was getting off work on time. I ended up going to Office Depot in Victorville, where not only did the wonderful staff helped me print my items but she apologized to me for disrespect and disregard I encountered at Staples.

Personnel are well informed, regarding merchandice and go out of their way to help one find what he needs.

Ive never had any problems with the staff except they never seem to be around when I really need them. The copy and print staff are the exception. I received lots of help when I needed it most.
