The Arvada West KinderCare center has made me feel like apart of their family. I am truly grateful for all the teachers have done for my family and I, to go above and beyond to make my children feel loved and cared for every single day! During the beginning of the Covid outbreak, Nikki, Sherry and Diana did an amazing job holding the center together while they did not have a director. Jen has also been amazing since she became the director and really took the time to get to know the families and meet our individual needs. All the teachers have been kind and remained positive during this trying time. Happy to be apart of this amazing team and blessed to have my children around such effervescent loving energy.

Weve been with Arvada West KinderCare for a few months now and I couldnt be happier. They are very caring and attentive and communication is spot on. Love this KinderCare!!!

My daughter has been attending Kindercare for over a year. My husband and I couldnt be happier with the amazing love and care the teachers provide her everyday. She loves going to school to see her teachers and friends and is learning so much at 26 months; she can count to ten, sing the ABCs and says please and thank you ALL the time. We love Arvada West and we are so thankful to all the staff and teachers!

We’ve had our two children at Kindercare on Simms for almost 4 years. Friendly, supportive and caring staff. Great communication, and our kids love going to “school” each day. Thanks for running a great environment!Nate

My daughter has been going to KinderCare since she was just over 2 and shell be 4 next month. She absolutely loves it. She loves her friends, loves her teachers and loves the activities she gets to do for every different season and holiday.You can tell that every teacher and director cares about how the kids are doing, and keeping the kids involved and happy. I feel comfortable leaving my baby girl there each day, never once have I had a worry. Each day she comes home from class and has something new and exciting to share about her days.The teachers noticed she needed a little bit of something to change up her days, so they recommended she attend the STEM class KinderCare offers and she loves it! It was great to know that they can recognize how a child is developing and be able to recommend new and exciting things tailored to kids in her age group.It really is an amazing place for her to be. I wish my older two had attended KinderCare when they were younger. :) If I could give 10 stars I would.

To start, we were new parents bringing our child to daycare for the first time. We were nervous from the beginning about daycare but the staff at Kindercare Arvada could care less. The first week my son was there, he came home with a scratch on his forehead that clearly had dry blood. WE DID NOT GET A PHONE CALL AT ALL. Instead when my fiance asked what happened we got Oh... he must have fell being that they could not answer the question confidently, it worried me. When we reached out to their director to see what happened the story continued to change from he fell, to he was playing with a toy and slipped and that he may have done it when no one noticed.. When no one noticed?? who is watching my child? The second incident came days later where my son was bit by another child and again, instead of calling us they waited nearly 5 hours to tell us what had happened. They were waiting from the swelling to go down before they called us. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Nikki pretends as if she is concerned and going to make changes but did nothing at all. The staff was rude and direspectful everyday during drop off. Diana would hand us our child at the end of the day without saying a word or she would sit inside the building and just stare at us. (When other parents showed up, she would be overly nice to them and ask questions but with us... it was silence.) Eventaully my fiance had to ask Diana had an issue with us to which she stated NO. Time went on and the attitude was still coming from Diana and absolutely made us uncomfortable to bring our child there so I finally asked Diana in front her boss nikki if there was an issue.. Diana says Actually, I Do. The problem was being that we were nervous parents she felt she didnt have to talk to us or engage with us because we wouldnt talk to them as much as other parents.. (REGARDLESS IF WE SPOKE A LOT OR NOT AT ALL, THIS IS NO WAY FOR A PROFESSIONAL CHILD CARE PROVIDER SHOULD TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO COME THERE ON A DAILY BASIS) Nikki stood there and did nothing but said Diana mentioned she had an issue and wasnt to do anything and Diana stood there confidently and lied to us that she cared and wanted to make things right. NOTHING CHANGED. The last thing that happened occureed when my son came home roughly 30 minutes after he was changed and his bottom was absolutely raw and red. THEY LIED AGAIN AND SAID THE LADY WHO DID CHANGE HIM SAID HE WAS FINE WHEN SHE CHANGED HIM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE BECAUSE THE TYPE OF REDNESS AND RAW SKIN HAD BEEN THERE FOR AT LEAST HALF OF THE DAY. I DO NOT THINK JEN, NIKKI, DIANNA, SHERRY AND THE REST OF THE STAFF SHOULD BE THERE. THEY ARE RUDE DISREPECTFUL AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF OUR CHILDREN OR ANYONE ELSES FOR THAT MATTER. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER AND I WOULDNT RECCOMMEND A PACK OF WOLVES BE TREATED HOW THEY TREAT FAMILY. I HOPE NO ONE GOES THERE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN. DONT GO HERE!

I love the care my children receive here. Such a warm wonderful caring staff. Everyone is always so attentive and always giving my babies the safest and cleanest environments to learn and grow in. Best center my babies have ever been in and happiest we have all been with care from a facility.

Kindercare Arvada west is an amazing place to be for my children they’ve been there for almost 4 years and seeing my children grow and develop individually! Thank you A West family you all are truly amazing!

Can I tell you all how much we appreciate you?!?! I have friends going through the process of choosing and starting at a daycare and am realizing how good we have it with you all at KC! Our son plays all day with his friends doing age-appropriate activities, he eats a healthy lunch, and goes home exhausted and happy.Thank you!

I absolutely love being part of the Arvada West KinderCare family! The new director is amazing, the staff is attentive and caring. My daughter loves going to school while learning and growing with her friends.

Absolutely love this place and so does my son! He enjoys going and participating in the extra curriculum activities they offer. As a parent, I was nervous about the whole idea at first but they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Miss sherry and miss celeste had a BIG part of potty training my son! I would highly recommend this center because they love and care for your child while theyre there!

This place is amazing! Winterfest was so much fun and you can see how hard the teachers worked to create such a good memory for the children! They always make my daughter feel so welcomed and she always has the best time!

Weve only been at this KinderCare since August, 2018, but the staff are lovely and caring, and our child is constantly learning. Were so happy we enrolled him in this daycare. Every day I drop him off, I know that hes being loved, educated, and well-taken care of.

My kiddos have been going here for a year in April and I am beyond happy with the staff experience and teachings these wonderful women give my children . I know they are safe here , and they are very welcoming . Its easy to warm up to the ladies here . We love them (: my kiddos are happy , so that means I am too !

The staff and teachers have been so wonderful to my daughter. They are so good with her and she has learned so much. They treat us like family.

The staff here is like family! Our son loves his teachers and we are pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the KinderCare team. We trust that our little one is in great hands when he is here. We definitely recommend this daycare facility.

This is a very good place for kids, my daughter went here for about a year for pre k and i loved her teachers and the staff and so did she, she learned a lot and is kindergarten ready thanks to this kindercare.

Very disappointed with this center I spoke to several people at this facility about enrolling my daughter in care at this center and was not told ccap wouldnt be accepted for infant care. When I spoke to the director Shannon she was her cold and uninviting almost as if CCAP was not good enough. Beware of this place.

The Girl Name Danielle who I spoke on the phone with was very rude saying they dont offer after school programs no more with that kind of Attitude Im not going to put my kids into any kindercares especially this location.

When we moved to the area, I needed reliable full time daycare asap and this was my first go to place. I wouldnt recommend this environment. The majority of the teachers have been in the business for decades and they dont have the notion of loving child upbringing. The atmosphere is much more focused on maintaining discipline. My kids werent used to that... they got visibly sad after a few weeks at Arvada West KinderCare. My son who never complains said that he didnt want to go because some of the teachers were shouting at him (something that, I was told at the KinderCare, was out of the question, not possible, they were probably just talking loud... well, either way!). After a while my kids started swearing at home - something that a certain boy taught them; a completely new thing in our family. Once I was charged $36 for being 6 mins late, even though I called them from the road to apologize (unexpected roadwork): apparently, they charged $10 per kid for being late, then $1 per kid per minute until we got out the door. :) The place is also quite claustrophobic and very contained, low ceilings, little light... no views... not a single alive plant inside or in the yard. Not such a healthy place for children to be in. I searched around and found The Academy Early Children Education in Arvada. I highly recommend it, weve been very happy there.KinderCare Pros: They were able to accommodate us right away. They were picking up my older child from her elementary school for after-school care - that was important as I had a full work day (The Academy ECE also picks up from schools). What can I say... it was safe, reliable, and overall not a complete disaster. But if you have a choice, choose something else.
