I really appreciate the educational structure of their morning time routine, and the daily videos that show the happenings and participation. The clean balanced meals (you get what you get...) are very appreciated, especially how vegetables come without cheese! Ihave told you before, and I say it all the time, I don’t know who my kids would be, had we not started them at Kiddie Academy. We are very grateful to all of you, every day, for helping us invest in our children.

The selection of staff who work with my child, the customer service I receive as a parent, the open and prompt communication from management, the security I feel by knowing my child is in capable and safe hands.

Kiddie Accademy has been nothing but top notch care, we were informed appropriately when someone was diagnosed with COVID. They go above and beyond when communicating with parents and teachers. Covid has prevented new parents from seeing the inside of the school and class rooms which is saddening but completely understandable.All of my sons teachers make an effort to speak with me at the end of the day and greet every parent and student in the morning. My son has grown leaps and bounds in the past few weeks he’s been there. Going from only crawling and speaking some words to learning new words and walking consistently. The owner, directors and staff have all exceeded my expectations. The only thing I think could be improved is the food provided, granted it’s better than most schools, I personally think more protein rich foods and veggies should be served and less carbohydrates and sugars. Thanks for all you do!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! Unprofessional is an understatement. Due to COVID I delayed my child’s enrollment. I payed the required payment to hold his spot and allowed ample time in between to let them know I was delaying his start date. Everything was fine. After the second delay I was told I would have to disenroll my child or pay tuition until he started. Due to very uncertain times with my employment to chose to disenroll and hopefully a spot would be available the following month when I planned for him to start. I was told to pick up a refund at my convenience. I made several attempts to come by and collect, but was told to come at later time each instance. Finally spoke with the owner who informed me to come Friday. I called several time before I arrived and each time someone answered and hung up. When I arrived I was told I didn’t call, so the refund was not prepared. I agreed to wait. Only to find out 120$ was being kept of my refund. My child nor I ever step foot in the facility. We weren’t allowed to. In such hard times I find it extremely cruel to keep this money from a family the daycare provided no services for. They also had multiple spots open, holding my sons spot did not cause them to lose any money. After viewing the way the owner and staff greeted the parents at drop off it’s quite possible it was a blessing in disguise. She was cold and passive. Would slam the door mid sentence as the parents would tell her to have a great weekend. I hope this helps any parents that are thinking of enrolling here in the future.

They recently had a teacher test positive for COVID-19 and did not inform any families until after the quarantine period was over. And even then, they only told families with kids in that one classroom. HVAC systems and common spaces transmit the Coronavirus throughout a facility. They are putting our community at risk. If this is how poorly they handle child care during a pandemic, what else are they hiding? And where was the contact tracing, Buncombe County?!?

Top of the line child care and the best you can find in Buncombe County. The staff is extremely caring and loving, and treat the children as their own. The food served is nutritious and they even have their own chef who prepares local farm fresh food. I always feel our children are safe and loved when I drop them off. We love Kiddie Academy!

We have been so impressed with Kiddie Academy and cannot recommend it more. The teachers in the infant room are beyond amazing and provide excellent care for our daughter. Communication is wonderful and we love our daily reports with sweet pictures. Knowing that she is in great hands during the day made the transition back to work much easier. We are so pleased with our choice to enroll her here!

I feel very confident leaving my daughter in the care of Kiddie Academy. She has been going there since she was just 4 month old and is 2 now. I have loved every teacher she has had at this school. She has learned so much!

My son has been at Kiddie Academy since he was 10 weeks old. I love knowing that he is in capable hands each day when I drop him off. The staff genuinely care about him and it shows! I know hes getting a great head start on his education and social skills. I would highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Asheville- they feel like family to us!

Have loved the time my children have spent at Kiddie Academy. Organized, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. they have an electronic app for keeping progress of your child from day to day and share pictures of daily activities, a feature that we absolutely love! Would recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone!

It was very surprising that I was unable to visit without making an appointment. No personnel in the front office, no bell to ring to make contact. I went back to my car, phoned, and was told that they do not offer walk-in visits. This, despite a wealth of recommendations that this is exactly the best way to get an accurate assessment of the facility.

We love Kiddie Academy. My daughter has been enrolled since they first opened and we are very impressed with her knowledge growth. The food is great, teachers are wonderful, it is a safe facility, and the education is top rated.

The school is new and clean which I love because it helps cut down on the spread of germs with young children.My daughter loves her teachers. The teachers communicate with me one-on-one about my daughters needs, behaviors, skills, etc.I get daily emails about the schedule, pictures of what they do each day, even potty training reports. I have an app on my phone that also updates throughout the day with the same pictures and reports.The owners are very involved in their business, they are always there cleaning, cooking and answering phone calls.The price of the school is very affordable and beats the local schools for everything included in the weekly charge. They feed my daughter a nutritious breakfast and lunch plus 2 snacks; which is great for a working mom who doesnt have time to pack a lunch and make breakfast at home. We think the weekly price is well worth it; great value.I have recommended this school to friends and co-workers who are happy they made the switch.

Our son has been a part of this caring community for two years. We are truly impressed with the teachers, meals, and activities! Cozy location with an awesome playground!

Kiddie Academy of Asheville far exceeds my expectations. The teachers truly care about the children and show them love and compassion on a daily basis. My two and three year old attend the school full-time and have grown so much intellectually and socially since starting at Kiddie Academy one year ago. The absolute best part about the school is that my kids LOVE going every day! That says a lot about the facility, teachers, activities and lesson plans. Theres nothing worse than having to leave your children crying and screaming for you.. I feel happy and at ease knowing my children are in good, loving hands while beginning their early educational experience.

The Kiddie Academy is wonderful. I wanted my daughter to be in a childcare facility that taught the basic fundamentals of education as well as getting her accustomed to participating in a group setting before kindergarten. The kiddie academy has went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone!!!The teachers are wonderful! The staff are wonderful! The building is clean as a whistle! The children even operate on a curriculum that provides a jump start to pre-k. Go ahead and enroll your child/children, you won’t be disappointed!!

Wow, so blessed by this place. I had my first child in October and the infant room is such a great place. When I first started going I saw older children with smiles everywhere (entering and leaving). My teachers are very loving. Their are special things that you notice just being in the building. For example, the older children where being very loud when walking outside in the line. The teachers use code words for quite or hush like sunflower. Its the little things that this special childrens academy does to make things better.

Progressive circulum, attentive loving patient teachers, predictable schedule, healthy home made food, clean new building, fun playground, supportive staff.

Wouldn’t trust these folks to supervise farm animals. The owner is very rude. Can’t ever get them on the phone. Three ring circus.

This is the only daycare Ive ever heard of that charges $200 per week for a 2 year old. By far more expensive than any other daycare center for the same intended quality of care.

The Kiddie Academy of Asheville is the best daycare in Asheville - by far. They are open much more convenient hours/days for working parents than most of the local daycares. Their snack/breakfast/lunch menu is amazing and incorporates such a great variety of fruits, veggies, meats, etc. Their facility is new and in a great location off the main road. They have superb outside, fenced playgrounds for the kids - they even have one for the very little babies/toddlers! They take the children on fun field trips, have seasonal parties and even had a Holiday program for the parents/grandparents to watch their kids perform. Each day the kids have a curriculum that is incorporated into their activities. They also spend time outside in the morning and afternoon. The teachers, director and owners are all great and go out of their way to be friendly/communicate/get to know your family.They have the most advanced technology around - each day you sign in/out on a touch screen monitor. Throughout the day the teachers keep up on iPads what your child has eaten throughout the day, toileting, lesson plans, nap times. They even take pictures/videos of your child learning and playing. At the end of the day, when you sign your child out, it automatically emails you a report of your childs day with any photos/videos that were taken. When you are a working parent, nothing can make your day more than reading about your childs day and seeing their smiling face in pictures!We switched over to this daycare from another well-known local daycare. The difference is night and day between the two even though they would appear similar at first glance. At the other daycare, we felt like a little fish in a big pond. But at the Kiddie Academy of Asheville, they have gone out their way to make our child/family feel important and loved. They are genuinely care about our child and show this daily through their communications with us. We are so happy we found and enrolled in the Kiddie Academy of Asheville - our child has grown and learned so much since starting there - its truly amazing! We highly recommend this daycare!

I attempted to get information regarding pricing, however the individual who answered the phone insisted on calling me back - I had previously emailed them requesting information and never got a response either. Apparently they arent very willing to answer questions, and arent looking for new clients.
