My kids went to this daycare , they had a high turn over , though it might be the hrs, pay, maybe the person didnt like the job of watching kids all day . Now on the outside looking in and k owing a few teacher that still work there its the poor management, they will get a good one that want to good for the school and employees and the one above the director will run them off and get one thats a friend or just a plane rude person, the teacher that have stuck there are very good teachers and love the kids, if something happens like lice you will not find out until your kids or kid gets it , they hide stuff like that. And childcare network dont comment on this like you care because you dont, I called yall a few time when my kids went there and still nothing done after 3 yrs .

I have two children who have gone to Childcare Network #179 for two almost three years now. The staff is wonderful, the programs and activities they do are well structured and interactive. They keep my kids learning and intrigued! I am so thankful I found this facility when I did and to have both kids go there, and have my daughter transition up from the twos to the threes and into the fours! It is almost time to prep for Kindergarten, but I will have her attend after school here as well. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to any parent looking for a safe, fun, clean, place to send their children. Emilie and Nikki, and Kaitlyn do such a wonderful job!

My son, now 11 months old, has been attending Childcare Network since he was 10 weeks old. The staff made the transition of going back to work easier. He is always happy when I drop him off & when I pick him up. He loves Mrs. Morgan & Ms. Kristy. They take such good care of him and I believe being around a structured environment with other children has helped him develop at a great pace. Thanks to Emilie and Stephanie for making things run so smoothly. I really appreciate all you guys do for us! I can feel really comfortable knowing that my little man is well taken care of.Update 7/10/2017: I moved my son to a different day care in September 2015. My reason was that I was having another child and the cost for 2 children was too high (they did offer a 5% discount for the second child but that was not enough). We placed him in our Church Day Care at Crossroads Childrens Center. Since I now have another day care to compare to I would definitely change my rating to a 3 star or lower. I feel that perhaps it was a new director at Childcare Network or maybe the teachers were not as involved. My son was bitten almost every week and I asked that they please keep him away from the biter....I know it happens, they are babies and children but it seemed no one was watching. I felt like some of the teachers were on there phones a lot. The level of care my boys receive at Crossroads far exceeds what we experienced at Childcare Network and I am so glad we made the move.

Understaffed and they would send an email to me every day of all the activities they did with my child and come to find out, they weren’t doing them because they didn’t have enough staff to allow it. I was mostly upset over this because I felt like I was being lied to everyday. Also, the 2yo play yard is small and fenced in with concrete and no shade. The grassy area in the back of the daycare has some kind of water issue that wasn’t fixed the 3+ months my child was there so the kids would play in a glorified dog lot. The one teacher Ashley was awesome with the kids and that’s why I’m giving this daycare even 2 stars. I hate to write bad reviews but I would want to know anything and everything before hand when involving my child’s education and safety.

We have 2 children and have been with Childcare Network on Sardis Rd for 5 years. We love the curriculum and staff. Friends whove had their children start school say that their child was well prepared, ahead of most of her classmates, for school in academics and behavior expectations. Over the past 5 years weve had many teachers and each year we have at least one teacher that is outstanding. Our youngest has special needs, Trisomy 21, and the whole organization has been proactive in supporting her in order to keep her with her classmates. I cant say enough about the staff and especially the current director.

My now 4-month old son started at Childcare Network when I returned to work when he was 8 weeks old. As a first-time mother, the staff was more than accommodating of my phone calls to see how he was doing. When I pick him up each day, he always seems so content and genuinely happy in his environment. As hard as it is to leave him every day, I know they are taking amazing care of him! My family & I feel blessed to have found Childcare Network and look forward to watching our son grow and thrive there!

My son, now 2, has loved Childcare Network on Sardis Rd., and therefore, so do I! The director and teachers are very responsive when we have any questions and I love getting a report card every day that says how he was during the day. My son is so happy when I peek in on him and I know theyre helping him with his numbers and alphabet, too now. I highly recommend this daycare over the others in Asheville after talking with other moms and researching the others in our area.

My son started at Childcare Network over two years ago, and is now in his third classroom (Toddlers, Twos, Threes). We could not be happier with the care he gets there. Emilie and Stephanie are amazing administrators who are also great with the kids (and the parents). And, I have nothing but good things to say about the teachers that he has had. Never have I seen any of them act like its just a job. They are very caring and provide great activities for the kids. My son absolutely loves going to school. And, as a working Mom - it is just a little bit easier to leave him every morning knowing that he is so happy and will be so well looked after. If you are looking for a day care, I highly recommend Childcare Network on Sardis Road.

I love this daycare!!!! The caretakers are super nice people who obviously care about my daughter, and she appears very fond of them too! My daughter comes home with tons of artwork and always seems to have learned something new. She is not even 2 and is very good at wiping up messes and washing her hands. :-) I have had her with them since she was around 4 or 5 months old and havent regretted choosing them yet.

Very UNSTABLE! Turn over is really high. Leadership is none existing. Honestly I did not feel like my child was safe! Stay away!

A few months ago my son was in rolled at the Biltmore Academy on Hendersonville Rd until they labeled him a bad kid he was completely removed from the program after being suspended 4 different times and sent home early almost every other day! I brought him to childcare network and not once did I hear a bad thing about him! He loves this place so much! His teachers are amazing and hes always happy to be there! The staff is great all around and make him feel welcomed!! They do so many fun activities! He learns something new everyday and looks forward to telling me when I pick him up! I dont know why I didnt put him here in the first place!!

I have 2 children that go here and they love it! My son loves his teachers in the Pre-K/ 4 year old room and is learning so much! He attends a computer pal program that they offer and loves to learn. My daughter attends the after school program, they do so many different arts and crafts and role playing and they help her with her homework! The teachers and directors are the best! They are great at letting me know if school is closing early or if my kids get sick. They are also open a lot of days that other daycares are closed and as a working mom that helps me not to miss work! I love to see my kids so happy to go to school!

If I only had the option of no stars. Ive been on the list since September of 2016, and now Im told the list has been extended till September of 2017 as people have changed. This is NOT a stable environment for young children if that many people have left. The lady on the phone was not nice and confirmed my thoughts of childcare.
