Whether you wear pants with plenty of ball room or not is entirely up to you, but one thing is for certain - this ballroom is clean, trimmed, proper, and friendly... 5 stars! 💃

Asheville Ballroom is as good as it gets! Kim Overby is a phenomenal instructor! He has 46 years of experience teaching dance and makes lessons fun and exceptional! He has a heart for teaching young people to dance and his enthusiasm is contagious! We could not be more pleased!

I just had to post a review! I had visited the Asheville Ballroom/Asheville Event Centre back in May of 2018 and immediately thought I would never come back. The food was terrible, the banquet staff were rude and the director was extremely unprofessional to put it mildly HOWEVER... I have since visited the Asheville Ballroom/Asheville Event and Dance Centre 3 times and counting on both business events and personal events since October of this past year and EVERYTHING has changed and WOW- for the better, INDEED!! The new Director is not only extremely professional but as sweet as they come, the new banquet staff are beyond attentive, and the new Chef- Dean I believe- his food is absolutely DELICIOUS!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would but I HIGHLY recommend the Asheville Ballroom aka Asheville Event and Dance Centre for all your personal and business events and I thank the owner/management for all the extremely smart changes! Your business will soar now and I will definitely be back!

The school is pretty good if you enjoy dancing with a bunch of old men. a few like to get a little fresh which makes the partner dancing kind of uncomfortable. watch out for that Zeki Maviyildiz guy. hes a real womanizer.

We had our work Christmas party in one of the large rooms here and it was fantastic. Lots of space for dancing, seating, and tables for food.

Had 5 tour buses with reservations and ran out of buffet menu food. Staff really didnt care, just shrugged and hid in the kitchen. Only resolution when one of our participants finding the manager and demanding food......even after that incident on the main meal, they ran out of peach cobbler........
