This studio is the best I’ve been to as of yet. There’s knowledge given not only on acting but also on the business side of the industry. I absolutely adore this studio! Not only is it fun but it’s real raw ; and the teachers actually care about you. Nick is awesome and so personable and him and my teacher Scott are not afraid to keep it real. I haven’t had any other teachers there but I’m sure they’re just as great. You can tell they have a passion for the craft and the best part is it’s extremely affordable. So many studios charge an arm and a leg and you don’t nearly get the experience you get here .

I cant recommend this studio enough! Scott does an excellent job at communicating and conveying techniques to the aspiring student. I had previously completed my education at a university for theatre, but Scott managed to help me tap into my true potential as an actor.

I thought I was a pretty good actor because I won a national acting competition without training but when I had my audition with a agent I bombed it ..I then understood i needed real training to learn what I didnt know so I wouldnt get ever be that embarrassed again.. that was 3 years and I been in class here training ever since I cant believe i thought I could actually be competitive without this knowledge..long story short this school is amazing and Scott Oakley is a great teacher 🙌

I’ve been attending this studio almost a year and love how professional, talented, and knowledgeable everyone is! I’ve trained with Scott Oakley who is really passionate about acting and good at knowing each students strength and weakness and how to work with them to make them better. The classes have actual working actors who are very encouraging and that you can always learn something new in this constant changing environment. I love how it’s hands on versus reading books like in some other places I checked out (really, how is a book going say something about my performance?!). I’m now with Nick Conti who is also really passionate about acting and helping his students become better actors. Since the age of five I remember I would set up a stage with bedsheets in the living room and perform dances acts with movie dialogue for my family with my cousin, told them that this is what I’m gonna do when I grow up, is act. Then life happened, did everything but act. Today at the age of 47, after I sat in Scott’s class, I saw that he was not only extreme talented and excellent as an instructor and actor but that he blew my mind away. He helped me by opening a brand new door towards vast array of possibilities with this passion I had suppressed in me for so long. For me it’s now, a dream come true. I was happily surprised when I audited the Actor’s Studio. I had audited several studios in both L.A. and Atlanta and none compared in quality or cost. I sat in on Scott Oakley’s class. I cannot recommend him enough for a virtual class. He offered an exploratory experience by consistently pushing his actors to reach a little further through constructive criticism...yet his class felt relaxed and comfortable. He gave important industry information, motivation, and the trust in the room was palpable (which can only be attributed to the instructor). I enjoyed watching the class and Scott work SO much, I have decided to schedule my own audition for enrollment into the studio’s classes. I also need to mention the supportive nature of the studio’s owner Nick Conti who proved himself a wealth of knowledge and support to a complete stranger.

I have been professionally acting for over 20 years and I decided to take an acting class with Nick Conti Professional Acting Studio as a way to keep my muscles exercised and I must say I appreciate the workout that I am getting. I take an Advance class and we are able to fully emerse ourselves in the work and be critiqued based upon how the industry will see us. We get an honest review from our peers as well as our instructor of our work in addition to learning more about the different techniques that can be used when diving into character work. I highly recommend this space whether you are a beginner or someone who has a little experience yet not quite to the point where youre booking regularly or an old hand at the business and you just need a good gym. WOW! The TV & Film Combat Training was an awesome experience. The two days taught us safety when on set with firearms. Scott also had an amazing amount of experience in his career dealing with weapon safety and room clearing. Other topics were broken down using commands, shooting stances, tactical maneuvering and more!! We received a certificate of completion and endorsement from the Professional Actors Studio. It is worth your time to invest in your career with hard working instructors that care. I drove from Nashville, TN to receive OUTSTANDING guidance on tactical training for the/film. Please, please, take this training with Scott Oakley. You will not regret it!

Ive been in the beginners acting class with Scott Oakley for almost two months now & Im really enjoying them. Very fun & insightful.I also recently took Scotts Tactical training class & it was a great experience. I left the class with loads of information & lots of new contacts. I highly recommend taking the tactical class for actors looking to expand their repertoire, especially if you have any dreams of playing a cop/soldier one day.
