I had an awesome experience in taking the sky with Matt Shaw. He teaches very clear and made the lesson seems easy. While over looking the city, it didn’t seem hard to learn how to fly the helicopter either. It’s good to fly sometime.

We took the 30 minute Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead tour. The helicopter felt sturdy. There was a little wind but nothing that made me feel like the helicopter was getting tossed around. Our pilot was Cody and he flew the helicopter with ease. My husband is 290 pounds and I am 130 pounds and we both sat in the back of the helicopter with no space or weight issues. I am 56 and my husband is 511. I believe each person cannot be over 300 pounds. The views were awesome. During our flight Cody pointed out the Ponce City Market that has a rooftop restaurant (9 mile) where you can see the sunset. We ended up having dinner there and it was a fabulous experience.

I had a great time! My pilot Matt was amazing and very informative. The helicopter tour was a lot of fun and my pilot taught me so much and I plan on returning one day with friends.

I give 5 stars. The helicopter tour was amazing. My fiancé and I did the 45 minute tour right before sunset and got the best of both worlds. Although I wouldn’t recommend any flight less than 30 minutes.Our pilot Matt was one of the best pilots you could ask for. He was very knowledgeable about the city and answered all of our questions and then some. He was extremely nice, and passionate about what he does.The day we booked they were only taking flights/tours out of Fulton County airport which I think is better because it was closer to the city.All in all I would highly recommend. An experience that will last a lifetime. Breathtaking views. Smooth ride. I didn’t want to leave the sky. I might be booking for a discovery flight soon and explore more options about schooling and learning to fly myself. It’s very safe. I called this company and asked them did that have any openings today. The new young lady (by the way she was amazing customer service wise ) said they had multiple openings for today so i said great she went over the different tours i explained in detail the one i would like and how many ppl weight etc she said sure ok i gave her card info she reserved it so i thought. Then she comes back saying it’s not showing on her end i explained it showed on my end on my acct i took photos and sent it to her called my bank and got a confirmation code for them to verify I’ve been charged. She called back and said he has a 2pm and he can fix the problem all you will need is that card and your ID while on the phone setting this up she then says well looks like he just filled that spot also at 2 can you do another day. This coming from the lady that says they have a lot of openings for today. I’m very upset extremely i have no tour they have my money i can’t even get a refund today if i wanted due to it being processed on a card. I’m done with this company

My Wife booked this tour as a surprise for my birthday (12/29 Capricorns Rule ♑) and I had a Great time. Our Pilot Vance was very friendly, funny and gave us a breakdown of every landmark we flew over.... Excellent Service!!

The pilot Vance was fantastic and so funny. The owner came and met us after our flight and he was stellar. I am definitely going to use this company again.

My husband and I booked a tour. This was our first time in an aircraft and we loved it. Lauren was a great host.

I scheduled with this Atlanta Helicopters after having a bad scheduling experience with Prestige Helicopters. The flight was so much fun!!!!!! The pilot was kind! I would definitely recommend using Atlanta Helicopters!!! This would make a great birthday gift for anyone adventurous and/or a great reward for kids.Tips: Listen closely. My headset volume was a low (or the pilot was speaking low).Bring a tip for the pilot! Everyone likes to feel appreciated!!

The host was babysitting her child at work. Seemed very unprofessional. When taken outside she pushed my cell phone down and said to not take pictures until inside the helicopter. The pilot wasnt friendly and he seemed annoyed at me when I sat on the seat belts. During the tour he barely said anything to us.

I was very excited when I booked Atlanta Helicopter Ride for my sister in law as a birthday gift. My brother and she went on ride, When I asked them about experience, they said it was exciting, pilot was a nice guy and he made their pics too but flight time was not 10 minutes. It was 7 minutes. They ad clearly says Its 10 minutes in sky guests spend 10 minutes soaring though the sky as the pilot loops around the 34-story King and Queen Towers in DunwoodyI wanna book one more flight for my sister but worried...

Al is an awesome pilot. Professional and fun. We really enjoyed the music on the tour and the informative history about sites we saw in Atlanta. Price was reasonable. We will be back to visit Atlanta in the spring and will book another flight.

Its fun to ride in a helicopter and see the sights. Whats not fun is being an hour late to start. We were told to be on time, as they were supposedly booked solid all day. We had a relatively early start time so theres no excuse to be so late. General staff was not particularly helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, meh.

Al was my pilot and I can say I truly enjoyed myself. Service was great I felt welcomed. Id definitely do it again 😁
