I took a friend on a helicopter trip for their birthday and they loved it! Our attendant was Aiden and our pilot was Kirsten. They both ensured that her surprise present was a success! They need a raise ASAP, and I cant wait to recommend their services to others as well. Prestige Helicopters is a great company with great workers AND a great service.

Had a great day. Took a flight out to Atlanta and Buckhead. Matt is an excellent pilot. You get your moneys worth and he points out all the special attractions. Dont use Groupon. They will give you the same rate as Groupon would have given.

My girlfriend and I took a helicopter ride between Christmas and New Years and it was amazing. The pilot was awesome and super easy to talk to and he adjusted the flight path creatively, showing us parts of town that were particularly interesting at that time of year, flying us over our own apartment, etc. Highly highly recommended!!!

I scheduled a 1hour tour from 6pm-7pm for my daughters sweet 16. My group had a tight schedule with the party bus, and dinner reservations. When we arrived, we were told that the pilot was late and she assumed we would board at 6:30pm. We waited over an hour to get on the flight, which was after 7pm. We had to beg the restaurant to accommodate our large party at a later time even though the were at capacity. We also had to pay for an extra hour for the party bus, because our 7:30 dinner couldnt be seated until 9:30. Prestige did not notify us of any delay, and when I called at 6:40pm, one of their employees told me she would check and call me back. I never received a callback. Russell from Prestige thought a complimentary $80 video was a good solution, along with a long list of excuses. Will never use them again. Helicopter tour was nice though. But that was compliments of the pilot.

Absolutely unbelievable company! I post a lot of national reviews on google as a local guide! However it my pleasure & honor to tell you about this company! They took me & my girlfriend up in a helicopter 🚁 tour! Where then on the return flight I ask her to marry me! They had a pre made giant banner you can rent waiting on the landing area when we arrived that read “WILL YOU MARRY ME”!! I had several of her family and our friends standing on the corners of the banner when we arrived. They were all waiving! We hovered over it for several minutes before landing. In the air I proposed as she saw the giant sign! She was so surprised! She loved it ❤️ She had absolutely no idea 💡 I was proposing and the entire Prestige staff & pilot knew and kept it a big secret:)))) She said yes! Woohoo!!! And I put the ring on her sweet finger 💍 The family & friends were able to celebrate the moment from below waiving up!! The best part is they recorded the entire tour! With several go pro cameras 📷!! One on the inside, one on outside on the helicopter & one on the ground as we were landing!! They then cut out clips and edited the video to the song of our choice!! The entire staff from beginning to end was completely professional & so helpful! They did a top notch job! The video is priceless! We shared it on social media & with all our family & friends!!! It was a hit & brings tears of joy to many who watch it! I Highly! Highly! Highly! Recommend this company! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would!! The price for the services are worth it and more than reasonable! They also have several options! In addition the staff at the PDK airport in dekalb Ga deserve a lot of credit as well! I had the tour over Buckhead, and the King and Queen Towers. It was my first time flying and i wasnt sure what to expect. However, I was throughly thrilled with the whole experience! 10/10 would highly recommend!!! Also, our pilot Bob was an absolute sweetheart, he was very informative and he even passed right over where my mom worked which was really cool! I will definitely be flying again with them! JG was awesome! Our appointment was scheduled on a day where it was pretty cloudy and raining and he checked the reports more than once to make sure it was safe for us to fly. I booked online for my partners birthday. I was contacted the day before our reservation and informed that the time and date was not available. So we rescheduled for a different day since we were there on vacation. Next, I paid extra for video to have the memories. Almost one year later and several unreturned voicemail messages and contacts, I still never received the video or a refund for the money paid for video.

Claire was so helpful and responsive no answering machines on the weekend which is unbelievable!! Mike the owner Called me back within an hour( what owner does that ? ) He was responsive and touted his 7 day work week Ethic wow ! This business was recommended to me by my multi engine multi certified pilot friends for training and I am looking forward to it !

It was Amazing. I made the reservation with about a month in advance for an hr for pictures with a car and the helicopter ride. The day of ride our helicopter was late due to weather but they let us go take pictures with the other helicopters well we waited. At the end it rain and we had to reschedule. The day of the final ride our pilot was super nice, took as many pictures as we ask. I highly recommended, our pictures are amazing, the champagne 🥂 was good, the ride was beautiful and the time was perfect 7pm the sun set made the experience Even more incredible.

The ride was really fun and smooth! Id take another tour any day with these guys.But whatever you do, dont pay for the video they offer. The quality was horrible; the exterior shots show the window reflections of inside the helicopter... I took better videos on my phone so definitely not worth $60. The ride was great though!

We had a wonderful flight. Rachel was our pilot and she is awesome. My 8 years old loved to chit chat with her with the headphones and so did my 3 years old. She’s the best. We had King and Queen and Buckhead tour and it was mesmerizing. A very unforgettable day and a very experienced pilot. Thumbs up for such a great company.

Andy and Team did an excellent job with making my proposal experience memorable! What looked like a terrible day due to weather turned out to be one of the best days I’ve had. They were extremely attentive and caring in making sure we had the best possible time! Thanks again guys!

On Friday 13th I had a ride scheduled for that night. I called that morning and spoke to a man to change around my ride to a lesser costing ride. I said plain, “Please call me BEFORE you run my card”. NEVER got a call. I looked back at my account, it’s say $0.00. They ran my card without calling me first. So I call them to get a refund on the amount they took, they they proceeded to tell me that my card was declined. So I go through all this mess with my bank back and forth. That entire weekend I didn’t have any money because they decided not to follow directions and call me before running my card like I asked. And all I got was “I’m sorry I won’t charge you a cancellation fee because it was our fault”. What does that do for me? I lost $354 which I still haven’t received back. At least they could have offered their shortest ride since they decided not follow directions but they didn’t.

This family-owned business has been in operation for 30 years! You cant go wrong.... Conscientious, fun pilots and caring owners will do their best to insure you have a wonderful time! One reviewer complained about being contacted 2 hours before to cancel the flight, but would he rather take the chance of flying in bad weather? (This would be dangerous , & and unprofessional.Also, the pilots know their passengers will not get the full experience with dark/low visibility).... They wait until absolutely sure before cancelling because theyve learned that weather changes on a dime around Atlanta. So, gotta trust the process! We did, and my daughters and I had a blast!! Great graduation gift. 😊 Enjoy!!

What a blast! I decided to buy my husband a ride on his birthday and it was fantastic! Customer service when you book your flight is great and very helpful answering any questions you may have. Our pilot was the best, young, dynamic, very social and willing to explain and describe the areas you’re flying above! I highly recommend them and we definitely wanna do another flight with them, maybe in the fall once the trees get yellow?

I absolutely loved it from the beginning to the end. Our pilot Scott was very nice with a great sense of humor. I propose to my fiancé during the ride and it went great. Scott was nice enough to give me a call before the ride so we could plan everything. They also created a video of the ride that captured the proposal that I will keep forever! If I could give it 10 stars then I would. Thanks again for being apart of our special day!

So Brandon Marshall of the NY giants was in the lobby when I showed up but I cared little as a Dallas Cowboy. Victor was my pilot and his awesome fun facts about the ride really made the experience. He took me over Lenox and Perimeter mall and pointed out the Kennesaw mountains as well as Stone Mountain. He was more than good and profession. I felt safe the entire time. Thanks victor!

I guess the bad review should be for Groupon. No where did it say weekends arent allowed. But when called, this company said absolutely no weekends for Groupon. Both companies are misleading. Ill go somewhere when I pay full price.

I had the best birthday ever!! Once I scheduled my appointment, they called me to confirm ten minutes after!! Very thorough. Our pilot was Matt not (Clay) lol! He was the best pilot I ever had!! He was very professional, knowledgeable, He made us feel comfortable immediately! He was Soo funny & easy going!!! I loved it!!!!!! I will give 1000 stars! This is the most sincere advice I can offer to Prestige Helicopters. REALLOCATE THE SCHEDULER TO A DIFFERENT POSITION AND/OR REVAMP YOUR SCHEDULING PROCESS.MY SUGGESTIONS TO THIS COMPANY:-Pay attention when scheduling. If you can not multitask, DO ONE THING AT A TIME.-Call to VERBALLY confirm the date with the customer.-Give ARRIVAL instructions during the confirmation call.-If you did not make a successful contact call, SEND AN EMAIL ASKING THE CUSTOMER CALL AND CONFIRM THE DATE OR REPLY VIA EMAIL THAT THE DATE IS CORRECT.******The scheduler was not rude. She just made a wasteful oversight.********My Experience:1. I wasted 3 hours of my and my familys life (1 hour driving to Prestige- 1 hour in the lobby waiting -and 1 hour driving back home). The scheduler input the wrong date. I did receive a receipt 5 days after I scheduled the flight. I booked through Groupon, so I didnt feel the need to open the email (especially sense my flight was SUPPOSED to be the day after I got the email).2. I called 15 mins after waiting in the lobby to notify Prestige that I was there and waiting. The lady at Prestige told me I was in the correct place. SHE COULD HAVE TOLD ME THEN THAT THERE WERE NO FLIGHTS SCHEDULED. SHE FAILED.3. 45 minutes later, I called Prestige again only to find out the flight was booked for the previous day. WRONG!!! I initially called her to schedule during the time that she was rescheduling others due to bad weather. My guess is that she input my date wrong date b/c she was busy rescheduling others. I REQUESTED A FAMILY MEMBERS BIRTHDAY- which was ruined btw. Who wants to spend their birthday in an airport for no reason?????While we were waiting on this imaginary flight, the scheduler was kind enough to call the pilot to see if he would come in. Of course he said no (which I sincerely understand). Though to add insult to injury, a Prestige employee (most likely the pilot) walked right past us (after his last flight) while we were waiting in the lobby for the imaginary flight. She said he called and left a message the previous day while he was waiting on us. NOT ONLY DID I NOT HAVE ANY MISSED CALLS, I DONT EVEN HAVE A VOICEMAIL SET UP. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WAS A NO SHOW. I hate that he wasted time waiting for us. Had she scheduled it CORRECTLY, he would not have had to wait.Who would intentionally forfeit a deposit? Who would intentionally sit in an airport for an hour on a relatives birthday for no reason?This was a very distasteful experience, and I plan to share my experience with management so that no one else wastes 3 hours , a birthday, and so the pilots dont waste their time. The wasted money, excitement, gas and most importantly TIME/BIRTHDAY was incredibly disrespectful and could have been avoided with proper ATTENTION TO DETAIL or even if the scheduler would have caught the error while I called her shortly after arriving in the lobby. I planned my familys entire day around this failed trip. Wasted birthday. Awful, Awful experience. I hope no one else has an experience like this, especially on a special day.
