My experience has been nothing but humbling and the best. Availability -100, Professionalism -100, Value People -100 and my Recruiter-100. I received the tools and the knowledge to study the career of Real Estate. My first final exam was not passable but it was because of my anxiety and not applying the vocabulary. I went back to my desk, stayed home and studied everyday and went back in the second time and passed the final exam. I always had the tools in front of me. I just had to apply them. Having a recruiter like Misha encouraged me along the way. Many times I wanted to quit because I thought I was too old to recall what I studied but she did not let me quit. My instructor Molly gave it all she had during class time. We had a small group that became friends and studied small groups. Misha listened to my tears and reminded me of my future. Walking in the office for a tour with her made me determined even more and motivated me that one day I will be sitting in the office too. I am in the stages of preparing for the state exam and working on a goal to PASS!! I keep looking towards the future and planning to have a long lasting relationship with Metro Brokers.

Terry young is very rude and condescending, two days before my class ended, she dropped me from the class because she said I missed too many hours, she never told me the number of hours that I missed And if my calculations are correct I was right at 12 hours, but Im not sure because no one reached out to me to produce verification of the hours. The most important part of this review was I missed one class due to a storm which caused my power to go out I never knew that would be counted against me. This schools integrity is in question. They want your money then they assign you a career advisor that you will only have contact with upon entering the program, so dont expect for them to reach out to offer assistance. This was a bad experience

I signed up for the weekend only, virtual class. Ive taken online classes before, but never a virtual class. Be prepared to be glued to your seat unless theres a 15 minute break or 30 minute lunch. Theres no finish early log off or extra minutes on any break or lunch. Its so ridiculous. Turn your camera on. I dont see you on the camera. I got tired of that ish day one. If youre able to get in your hours at another school, Id suggest you go that way. MB is a money grab at every turn.I had a feeling it would be just what I thought initially . A day or so before the first class, the instructor sends an email advising you should be reading ahead and have read through chapters 1-4 by the first class. My book arrived in the mail Thursday afternoon. My thought was to get a refund before the class started, but I went against it and sat for the class. Unless you can complete the class for certain, just know that you will have to pay an additional fee if youre dropped from one class and want to sign up for another session. None of your classroom hours will transfer, btw. Yes, you will start all over.No thanks. Ill go to another real estate school. I didnt care much for MB back in the day and I still dont. I shouldve stuck with Barney Fletcher, but wanted to get in and get it over in July.Im not giving them more money just to take the class in a later session. Yes, Ill pay to take the class all over at BF. Lesson learned.

Wonderful School- If you want your real estate license, this is a great place to get it! Both my husband and I obtained our schooling at this school. I have had my license since 2000, my husband took classes in 2009. I found that the instructors were very down to earth and made the material easy to understand. Now, years later, we are running a mid-size real estate team. In a nutshell, you will determine what happens to your business once you leave school. It is a business about relationships.

Just finished my class with T. Edward Collins. What a GREAT instructor. He is dedicated to helping you understand the information. And there is A LOT of information. I put in the time and did the homework; read before class, and it was still alot to know in just 20 days. Thank you EdwardGreat Instructor - Great class

Great pre-license course and teachers. Ennis Antoine was an amazing teacher, he has sooooo much knowledge and skill about the industry. I would recommend using them for the course and having Ennis as your instructor if possible. They also have great training courses after joining the company should you decide to come on board. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROGRAMS!!!!

I attended the Metrobrokers Academy Stockbridge location, which is taught by an excellent instructorMr. T. Edward Collins. Mr. Collins took time with us and made sure that we had a full understanding of real estate. He would take time even after class was over, and still answer questions and explain thing to. I must say that Mr. T. Edward Collins goes above and beyond for his students. Thank you Mr. Collins for being a man of excellence, and caring about your students.

I was treated with such disrespect when I called in for a simple question to be answered. The director was so non caring about how I was treated and refused to even listen to my concernShe totally disregarded how I felt and the foul treatment from her employee displayed. It is no wonder why they have a 3.5 star. Terrible place!I would never recommend this place to anyone!

They have an awesome school, especially if youre lucky enough to have Tammie Carpenter as your instructor. Their post license courses are great as well. Ive been an agent with them for about 3 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. If you are contemplating wether or not to get your license, you cant go wrong with metro brokers.

Because of Metro broker, my real estate career will be pushed back months.Use extreme caution using metro brokers if it involves taking off time from your regular day job. They canceled the class 2 DAYS before it started and said and that they are running a business and their classes werent popular enough to be filled to start in Woodstock. My largest issue with this, is that I dropped down to part time at my current job in order for them to accommodate my classes...I never expected them to cancel so short notice, if I had known their classes were not on track to be filled, I could have reversed my schedule change. There is no excuse for canceling a class two days before it started with 0 warning beforehand, after paying for it months in advance. They tried to sign me up for another class MONTHS later with the same unexpected attendance, so basically they want me to wait months and MAYBE that class will have enough people to actually start.HUGE waste of time and bigger inconvenience for me at work as its too late to reschedule me the hours I gave up, resulting in lost income for no good reason.

I would strongly avoid that school. Their goal isnt to produce more qualified agents, but to get all of the money they can get from their students. The class is $450 (they give you a book and link to do online homework), but then flashcards are $50, the 2 day review is another $50-$100 (cant remember exactly), then you have to pay $135 to take the state exam. Moreover, you cant ask teacher any questions in regards to the material because she responds with ask your broker or ask your lawyer. Then, she spent way too much time explaining simple math that any 5th grader would know...The book is outdated- it was written using old data and fixed fees; its poorly written and information does not flow at all. - Very disappointing.

I would give this school no stars the staff is rude, I called to get some information on the school because I know nothing about real estate and I just wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for my life. And the person I spoken with was clueless about her job she told me to Google what I needed to know WOW then call back with a quicker question

I have taken many exams and passed all of them or felt like I did at least my best. I cant even feel like this journey is left up to me on how well I do...I dont feel like I got prepared to even go out and try. Horrible classroom experience! From equipment failure to information changing as you go. To very poor transitioning between one topic to the next. I drove a hour away to class to get nothing, but left with feeling of me having to teach myself.

I recently finished the pre-license course with Metro Brokers Academy at the Northlake Location in Tucker, Ga and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I had previously taken this course at a different school. The course was offered on two separate sessions that had to be booked at two separate times...which, of course, leaves room for you to lose some of the knowledge you have obtained. However, at Metro Brokers Academy, the full pre-license course is done all in one session. I was extremely fortunate to be a student of David Del Priore. He is an excellent instructor who is highly educated and knowledgeable about Real estate and its practices. He genuinely cares about his students and does any and everything in his power to help them pass this course. He is always available for any questions and/or concerns. He takes the time to make sure his students know the material or have every avenue to obtain it. As a matter of fact, my ENTIRE class passed the final exam! I highly recommend David and Metro Brokers Academy for anyone looking to get into the real estate industry.

Metro Brokers allowed me to attend evening classes, which were better for me due to my day job and they have several resources in addition to the classroom training that aids in preparing you for your exams. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Kim Moneypenny! She is my recruiter for BHGRE Metro Brokers. She has been outstanding from the first day that I spoke to her about signing up for the class to present day. She is so professional, organized, responsive, informative and funny. She makes you feel comfortable, follows up regularly and she encouraged me throughout the whole process. I passed the course on the first try and I passed the State exam on the first try (which was my goal). STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!!!!! I am now a licensed REALTOR and the amount of post license training that Metro Brokers provides is AMAZING! Training is really important to me and its one of the reasons why I chose to become affiliated with BHGRE Metro Brokers.

I recently finished and graduated the 6 week evening pre-license course with BHGRE and could not have been more satisfied with my experience. My pre-license instructor, Tammie Carpenter, was excellent and instrumental in my success through the class. Tammie was very energetic, personable, knowledgeable and always willing to help during class and even after. You could tell that she truly wanted people to pass her class and go on to the state to pass as well! She was literally the first person I reached out to when I passed the state exam - she made that much of an impact on me during class. I have also recently joined BHGRE Metro Brokers as an agent and I have enjoyed myself so far. Keep in mind that this is not a cheap industry to start up in, but I believe BHGRE provides you many ways to make the start-up costs feel less overwhelming - this along with the support I have received so far is why I chose to place my license with them.

I received training from this academy, and I must say it is AMAZING!!! They offer different course times to accomodate various schedules. I chose the accelerated day course in Gwinnett County with Greg Kane. I took a makeup class at Northlake with Curtis York. Both instructors were good. You, however, have to do your part, and STUDY. It takes a lot of work to cram info from a 400 page book into your mind. Also, I highly recommend the CRAM COURSE they offer for about $70+. And lastly in the words of Greg Kane, It will be a mistake if you wait too long to take the test. Take the school test and state test while the knowledge is still fresh. Im a Realtor now, thanks to MetroBrokers Academy!!!
